Nice facility. Food prices are high like most arenas. Barracuda games have less expensive tickets and food than Sharks games so if you want hockey at SAP, there is a less expensive yet fun alternative to the Sharks.

I've been here a few times for concerts. The sound has been OK.
The parking situation is a bit much. $25 to park at a venue where the only way to get there by car is just silly.

Only been once to see Panic! At The Disco. Was a great, but halls were small and crowded and it was hard to get into seats
What an amazing place to visit. I've come here three times. Once for a Tennis Tournament, once for Ringling Brothers Circus, and more recently for an expo for the Rock and Roll run. The employees are helpful and the entire facility is large and well maintained. If your event is using this venue, that's a big plus.

Great arena. Sold out Sharks game. Lots of energy. Food and souvenirs very expensive. Easy flow in and out.
My very first time going to a Sharks game with my son.. even though his been to more then 8 . Had a blast with my son we DIE HARD SJ SHARK FANZ BABY! We don't bark we bite.... food is high priced though and you can't bring in food so that sucks.

Great venue. No bags larger than a big wallet or clutch are allowed, so plan accordingly. Also a little larger bags may be an exception if they are clear. Check before you go. I was one of many people running a purse back to the car because it was not allowed through security.
No matter where I have sat it has been a good seat. Lines move through security pretty quickly. 4 stars because the concessions and drink lines move so slowly!
Had a great time watching the Sharks' AHL team, the Barracuda. However, the nose they play during warm-ups is horrendously horrible.
Went to Tony Robbin's UPW, he invited PitBull for a suprise concert! Nice venue. The food is subpar, walk down the street to Wholefoods. There are way better options there.

Nice arena, not a bad seat in the arena. Tickets are very reasonably priced compared to other major cities (Montreal, Boston... Would be $50+ more a ticket!!)
I was surprised there was no sit down bar or restaurant in arena or attached to it and was only walk up food stations.... Plus No walking food vendors going up and down bleachers selling drinks and food!!!

Everyone in a blue jacket is a horrible human being! Watching a sharks game was fun though, even the top had a great view.
Fun, family friendly entertainment. Sharks vs. any team is fast paced and great to see with friends. Most seats offer great views of the ice.
We went there for San Jose Sharks hockey. It was nice. But before the game, they added another step to change your bag with clear bag. If you have that kind of rules, you need to let the people know before the game. I didn't like to leave my personal stuff at outside. If I would know it before, I can go there with the required size bag.
Love coming here for the sharks games, nice concessions as well, but over priced like any other arena
Always a great place to watch hockey or ice skating like we did today! Every seat has a pretty good view. Lots of places to park within walking distance

Went here as my first ever hockey game. Still my favourite arena to date. Sharks are still my favourite team.
Just saw SLAYER there and it was awesome, seats are really close together and kind of cramped but slayer made it all worth it.
The place is nice - just the right size. The fans make this place awesome!!

I went to my first live hockey game and it was intense! This stadium is thoughtfully set up with great food selections, in seat delivery from the bar and super friendly staff. I highly suggest to stop by and see a sharks game if you have not already. If you have, go again:)
Easy to navigate. Security queues move quickly. Food reasonable but drinks are expensive.
Best place for Hockey anywhere in the world. Been going to this place since early 90s. Great for all ages. When your in San Jose, take a tour, eat some food, and maybe get a Shark game in. Either way...you'll love it.

Best arena in the whole NFL. The seats are very comfortable with excellent views. Every time I've gone to see the Sharks play, there was a sold out crowd. This didn't effect my comfort in the seating. I highly recommend anyone go to a SJS game and "TURN UP THE TANK"!
