Amazing place! I always have great moments at this place.

Very impressed. After the Slayer show, it was still very clean. Easy acces to facilties and seat. Neighborhood is clean and felt safe

I have been a fan of the Sharks from the very beginning. I live in Quebec, Canada and it was a dream to be able to visit the SAP Center to see a Sharks game. I loved the place and the atmosphere. It is a very beautiful amphitheater despite its 25 years.

First hockey game my partner and I have ever seen. Great Stadium, amenities good and beer is pretty expensive, but we expected that.

Great place to watch Bill gates play tennis. Was a very nice event space, good seating, lighting, and sound. Good good options too

Modern sports complex and concert venue helped by its great proximity to downtown. Many high quality food options in San Pedro Square area, and plentiful parking in the area allows open to avoid the mess and wait of official parking. Consider taking Caltrain to Diridon station to avoid 101/87 traffic for weekday events.

Every seat has a good view, the only thing to look out for is leaning forward in your seat as it can obstruct the view for people behind you.

Seats were comfortable, the game was good and the food options were mediocre.

Better local beer selection. Any local beer selection...

Great place to see a game. Parking in one of the side lots is recommended as getting out of any of the main lots is a pain and takes about 40 minutes.

First family trip to see the Sharks and while they lost in OT it was a wonderful experience.

The Shark tank is what its called, I come here once a year for a game with my family.

Excellent service! We lost the wallet with cash in it and returned it to us. Very honest employees!

It's huge with tons of seats. Great staff. They keep it super clean.

Now the newest or nicest arena, but getting in and out, getting food and short lines at the restroom.also great atmosphere for a hockey game. Go Sharks!

Perfect space for our ACN Convention, prices for food need to come down some, It's ridiculous.

Expensive place: food and beverages are unreasonably EXPENSIVE. Admission to events also are through the roof

Went for a concert and security was a breeze; small umbrellas are okay to bring in though no backpacks.

It s a very big stadium, and the artists love us there.

It was packed for last nights event, 2CELLOS, but the staff there was Incredible!
I be handicapped, but I try to do as much as I can like a normal person. Staff got us all thru security check quickly and efficiently. Guidance to our seats was everywhere. When I was having trouble walking and breathing s very kind blue jacket named Mary, was quick to offer assistance. She was able to order me a wheel chair for the end of the show, so I did not have to trudge thru the crowd. Another very nice man, Daniel, arrived before the ancores and waited thru all of them before escorting me and my party out of the building. They were simply the best!

The food vendor selection was very poor. They had very little healthy options. And they restricted outside food. But the facilities were kept very clean.

I love this place I've been going here since I was a little kid but San Jose is getting worse and worse I've walked by under overpass River and I seen this on the sidewalk

Great arena with nice food and sufficient restrooms.

Nice facilities. The upper bowl was a little scary scooting past people to your seat - if you trip or stumble, you could easily just fall over the entire crowd. I saw people hanging on to the people they were trying to get past, trying not to fall. Imagine after a few drinks? Just be aware!

Im biased in that this concert center is close. I have watched Wwe and a few concerts here and well its not bad. Also if you get beer here you should probably Pre-Game.

Great venue for concerts and ice hockey games. Can park at San Pedro Square for $5, eat there and walk. Avoids the jams and is fun!

My husband and I saw James Patterson and Bill Clinton discussing their co-written novel. Seats were great and audio was also great. Enjoyed very much. (Never realised how many secret service agents follow our former presidents; quite.a few)

Great place..I've been there so many times..and always have fun..I loved it, ,all my Latino Concerts, ,,seat and drink! !!

Great place to see hockey and so much more. The seats and the suites are all good, and there are enough food and beverage options to meet most people's needs. If not, there are lots of local restaurants that offer everything from traditional bar food to fine dining. The bethrooms at the stadium are kept clean and well supplied. The stadium stewards are curtious and observant and guest services is present and professional. There is a lot of parking in the area, but at a price.

Nice venue for hockey. Drink beforehand, beers there aren't cheap.

The installations are well maintained, globetrotters were great!

Its was easy to get my seat. The crew was excited to see the crowed. I think was the Andrea atmosfere around us. The acustic was excelent but the big screens were off.

Location is in downtown San Jose. Good parking lot that is easy to enter and exit. Very close to the freeway!

Hugh Jackman was really good. But SAP Center is a terrible venue for music as it has horrible acoustics.

The Concerts they put on there are give you a really great experience.

Overall nice arena. Wasn't open at its full capacity, but spacious nonetheless. Event staff was friendly, and it was easy to navigate the surrounding neighborhood.

Love this place. Decent views throughout whole place no matter the event: concerts, hockey, indoor football, etc. Will always be called the Shark Tank to me, no matter who the sponsor is haha.

Visited to watch UFC and was totally impressed by the facility and the service!
