Went to see Roger Waters! This was my first time at SAP Center. I waited in line for 1/2 an hr. to get a Pepsi and something to munch on before the consert started. When I finally get to the counter they asked what I wanted, I told them a large Pepsi like it was printed on the menu behind them. They pointed to another long line and said that line is soft drinks, and the line I was in was for beer & hard alcohol drinks. I pointed to the menu behind them and they said that was for last nites show. I grudgenly stomped to the other line and waited 15 min. when I heard the concert starting. I watched as a bunch of people in front of my break from the line to get their seats, leaving me a path to the counter where I fast walked to the order stand and said loudly: "LARGE PEPSI AND BARBEQUE". I was served in 2 min. so I rushed to my seat. I wished they wouldn't say they were selling something in a long line then send you to a longer line. If I was working that counter, I would have sent someone or gone myself to the soft drink counter and got the large Pepsi and apologize for the menu error.

A large venue ... The family and I attended the season opener for the San Jose Sharks. Surprisingly it was a breeze for parking nearby for 25 bucks (directly in front). The seating is a bit tight but there was no bad seat in the house. Traffic getting out was not bad at all.. over 17, 000 in attendance. Good times.

Club level is worth it for the drinks and food
In the seats as well as the comfort level. Seats are cushioned and not as squished as
Upper levels. One of my favorite things about SAP is that they have local restaurants inside (especially iguanas). The gelato down in club level was fresh and delicious as well as the fresh baked enormous cookie!

Didn't like this venue sound system. Will avoid going to concerts here again. Sounded echoey and the vocals were hard to hear because the echo was so bad. Music was unclear. What a disappointment. Also terrible selection of food and sad drinks for way too much money.

7/6/18 This place was waaaaay under staffed, 1 he in line for food and drink the parking was ridiculous, all combined caused us to miss 80% of the Sharks tryouts event and it really was an awful experience. Which is HIGHLY disappointing because it is usually a very well run machine.

There are many ways to get to or from this facility which makes it bearable to deal with traffic, bumping up this arena from a 2 to a 3 star. Food situation is pathetic. If you want mediocre tacos, a hot dog, nachos, or a defrosted frozen pretzel they've got you covered. You'll be happier grabbing a bacon wrapped hot dog from a street cart after the game. For the life of me I can't figure out why they have the suites above the nose bleeds seats. You'll have a great view of the USA flag and will be super far from the ice for ~$5,500.

This is my first visit of SAP center. Easy to get to and good parking as we arrived early. The facility is clean, seating is comfortable and with good location of restroom and food vendors. Traffic control was also great after the event, we were able to get on 280 rather quickly.

Great place to watch a hockey game (I sat in section 110 lower bowl)! The staff is very helpful and the arena is well-maintained with a lot of great food options! I highly recommend any Sharks fan (or hockey fan) to come by and see a game. And also look out for any artist you like that might come by and play here.

What else can be said about the Shark Tank!

Great facility, small gift shops, and a large gift shop down the stairs on your way out.

Tons of choices for food, drinks, and alcohol.

Recommend either prepay parking to use the parking lot for SAP center, or a short drive down the street has plenty of other choices (the price goes down the further you go... But plenty of restaurants and bars along the way)

Having been to the Monster Jam event at Levi's Stadium previously, it's very obvious that SAP center is a little too small for hosting this. Ok the flip side, it was still an enjoyable experience considering the ease of parking and smaller crowds.

The shark tank is always a fun place for hockey, WWE wrestling, MMA events, concerts, etc. A sharks game is crazy fun every time. The only thing to miss here is monster jam. The arena just isnt big enough for the big trucks to do anything but drive in a small circle. Everything else I've been there for has been a blast.

First game ever and I absolutely loved it! Wish we won but it's ok because I'm a Sharks fan for life!! A bit expensive for food and beer but what do you expect at an arena? Definitely can't wait to go again!!
