Great atmosphere but this arena is definitely getting older!

Honestly the security theatre at this place is so intrusive I don't want to attend events here anymore. I'm not even allowed to bring in a standard size purse, only a small clutch that can't even fit a standard size envelope. If you rideshared over and are met with this policy, congratulations, you now get to fork over $5 and your personal belongings in exchange for a clear plastic bag that you'll never use again (sorry environment). Now your wallet and other essentials that you brought are on display as you carry it around in this silly clear clutch that is awkward to carry due to not having typical purse straps. Anyone looking to steal from me now knows exactly what I'm carrying and where it is, thanks for keeping me "secure" SAP Center.
We did not have a great time, it was a great show and remembering good music of the MANA group .... of its beginning in 1986 ..... When I was 14 years old and now I have my 47 years of life thanks to God and how they are things now that I am instilling in my son good music he is 14 years old he was also born again .....
My son and I had a blast. My son who is the Monster Truck Fan enjoyed it the most. It to small for the trucks, but much fun.
Clean environment, concession stand prices are not terribly expensive for arena food. Event staff seems to be efficient. Hard to find a BAD seat.
Friendliest staff of any concert venue I ve been to. Worth the drive from up north.
Excellent concert by childish Gambino. Unfortunately parking is a nightmare for this place.
Beautiful scenery nice place I went for a walk with my wife
Love the SAP CENTER got to experience great playoff hockey these past couple weeks and huge shout out to the organ player Micheal james Day always gets the crowd pumped and on there feet
Gone to 2 Bellator fights at the SAP Canter now and they've been good events. The staff is always polite and helpful and the food and drink isn't too overpriced for arenas I've been too. Accessibility seems adequate and they get lines through quick and as painless as possible. Bathrooms are good with some having way more urinals than others so see those out if needed and not disgusting either. Might try a hockey game sometime.
Hosts my favourite team so of course I'm rating it 5 stars.
Go Sharks! Comfortable seats. Easy to get in and out of. Wish there were more vegan options for food but the sandwich at Ikes is delicious.
Great venue for concerts. Thank you for bringing K Pop artist to San Jose
They seem to sometimes be more focused on their rules than on the experience of their customers.
Great time as usual at this venue great game with the barracudas
we had wonderfull experience in watching federer match..i like it
Go Sharks! Going to the SAP Center and seeing my team play! Able to cheer with other fans. Amazing. From Vancouver, BC.
Nothing better than the experience at The Tank for Playoff hockey! GO Sharks!
Great atmosphere, in a good distance of the downtown area, made before nd after game night a blast!!!!!
SAP Center is a most wonderful venue to watch hockey in! Moving here from out of state, I was a bit hesitant about hockey in California, but I can confidently say you ll have a great time at a Sharks game regardless of where you sit!
The staff are very friendly and there are ample food options around the concourse!
SAP is extremely close to the Caltrain, which makes attending games without a car a breeze.
Easy parking during concerts with decent (but expensive) food and drink offerings.
The Citrix suites are great. My second time and it s a very memorable occasion. Well looked after by the staff. Visit to club seats for a period as well.
Great venue for shows and sharks games. Parking is easy and also easy to get to by train. Very expensive food but that is yo be expected I guess
If you're delivering to the SAP Center make note you can park there after midnite , loading docks are off to the right , adjacent to the front of the Sap Center sign ...
Always good experiences with personal and food tenders
Excellent arena. Love seeing the Sharks play there!
Sharks won! Hadn't been to a daylight game in years but was nice being able to see on drive. Traffic guys were unusual but I think it's just luck of the draw.
It was off the hook an concert was great will go there anytime
Not ridiculously overpriced food options, and lots of restrooms. Now if they could only get their WiFi back to strength they'd get that last star.
Great place for events but drinks was too overpriced
I come to the Sharks games and every seat is a good seat, they got some new food vendors and seems like there are more bars so that's awesome. I love the nachos from the iguana place, real nachos not just cheese!
Watched a Sharks game here. Had good security, nice touches to the arena such as the banners, and the tickets were affordable even though the Sharks are a good team.
This venue is one of the best in the nhl and the crowd is very loud and passionate about the game, it is great after every win.
Great venue, easy to move around use restrooms and food court is good. Parking is great, but getting out of there take a little work.
Sharks and Barracudas hockey games. Great experience all ages.
Great venue to watch a game. Concession prices are a bit steep.
Went to sharks game. Access reasonable for amount of people attending. Food prices have risen or portions have declined over recent years. Until recently the Philly cheese steak was best buy.
Event parking across the street is usually expensive, and you may find cheaper ones one or two blocks away. There is a little playground cross the street as well, good place to go with little kids before or after the performances.
Wow!! It's a great stadium and it was fun to watch the women ice hockey match between US and Canada...and also quite appetising nacho chips with hot cheese n salsa dip.
Great place to see events - hockey games, concerts, comedy shows, or any other type of entertainment. Within walking distance of a number of good restaurants in downtown San Jose, particularly San Pedro Square. Lots of options for beverages (beer, wine, mixed drinks) and a decent variety of food - especially for an arena. Parking can be a bit hectic, so allow enough time to find a spot and go through security (which is fairly quick).
Huge! 15K of us or more attended and lots more space at the top.
It's a stadium. Met expectations for a new stadium.
The SAP Center is incredible. We saw Tony Robbins there, and seeing the hockey arena and the entire facility is so great. What an awesome facility to have in San Jose.
Sharks game, there and lots events to give opportunity to people gotten jobs, yes
Marc Anthony's concert was amazing. He is so talented with such a unique fantastic voice. Unforgettable concert that my son and I we're able to enjoy together.
Thank you,
Marc Anthony
We are forever grateful
True fans forever XO XO
Take care and God bless
Beautiful arena. Awesome place to see a hockey game!
Good experience, off site parking still close in and public transit
Nice Arena with good facilities ! Located in San Jose downtown ! Ample parking in and around the arena ! Food is a little expensive, but that s expected !
What you would expect from an arena. Lots of overpriced food/drink but a fine venue regardless. Acoustics for music events can be iffy.
Go Sharks! Such a great venue. Lots of food options. Also great place to see a concert.
Good good choices, easy to find seats and there is always nice helpful staff to guide you.
Fun venue. Only been here for Sharks games, which are super fun to attend. Seating is tightly packed, but no concerns about being able to see, even for a short person like me.
