It's a typical arena experience for concerts. I like that it's across the street from the Caltrain station.

The people working there are great, they helped me and my sisters get accommodated better due to my broken ankle, that was very thoughtful of them.

I came to see Fluffy and I recommend rows 1,2,3,4,5,6 from sections 117-116 and 128-101. Love it. You have decent seats. Great service. They have a good whisky sour. Enjoy it.

I love going to events and games at sap it s well kept up has easy access and a ton of stuff to do around it as well

It's nice but difficult to get to through sketchy neighborhoods.

Great venue with easy access for street parking. If you park along S. Montgomery St.., there are several places to park that are not expensive ($6 at the Stephens Meat parking lot). Also, after the event, Montgomery St. is a one-way road that leads you away from the venue with easy access to major roads.

We saw Britney Spears and Justin Bieber is really cool up close

I enjoyed this center and location. The only 4 Stars because the prices at the food court were really high. $6 bottle of water.

Came for a sharks game, had a great experience. They were very accommodating to us. My daughter is on crutches and can't walk, they were very helpful and gave us seats that were easy to access. All of the staff was very friendly. They venue was great and the Sharks won. Can't wait to go to another game!

Amazing center of entertainment, went to watch Roger Waters and had a blast, restrooms were clean and stocked ever with how busy the place was. Definitely will return for more shows.

I came here for a Marc Anthony concert. The sound was TERRIBLE. Such a shame, since Marc Anthony is such a great performer. This venue is probably better for sport events. I would not go back for a concert.

The center was nice, but I was disappointed that they only open the doors an hour and 15 mins prior to game start. We barely had time to go to the team store, have a meal at Scott's, get to the restroom and then our seats. As soon as we go to the seats, it was time to stand for the anthem. That's too many people to let in all at one time.

Love the watching the sharks or barracuda at the tank.

A very nice arena! I have been here twice for Sharks Hockey games. Was very impressed with people that work there; majority act and you can feel they enjoy their job (of course you have your few that don't). Very clean and well maitained. Thanks for a great experience.

I have had several good experiences at this venue, from concerts to sports. I feel the accessibility parking can be limiting but depending on the event they will open up closer parking spaces that are reserved.

Definitely a decent place. Bathrooms are well kept and even if you sit in the very back, you still get a great view. The only thing that was bugging me was the leg room and how echoey the building was, but hey that's just me. However, this is a very populated area for concerts and events. I'll definitely be going again.

When hosting Joyce Meyers events, every employee in this establishment should be on the same page concerning protocols. Every employee should know what to do in every situation other than what concerns their specified sections. Extremely disappointing to see employees complain about checking bags near the wheelchair ramp. If checking bags was and issue, then those employees should have shown up to work early and not late. Or chose a different position to check bags when it was offered to them in front of everyone. This event was extremely disorganized. Way too many people who work here were trying to play boss rather than simply be an employee. The supervisor who was watching over the ABC parking lot, needs to have an attitude change fast! When attendees are asking a simple question, the supervisor needs not to have an attitude and storm off. If he had an issue with his job at that point in time, he should have supervised somewhere else. I do not see that person working at this establishment much longer. Will not be attending future events at this place. Yesterday s event was way too disorganized.

We went there to see U2 , the show was nice but the acoustic was HORRIBLE ! Never again for music. Maybe ok for the sharks, I do not know but will probably test .

We find ourselves going to events or games at SAP often. Lots of food options, just wish they would put in or change a few of the men's restrooms to women's...just never enough....always long lines.

A nice stadium. Came here for a Sharks game and was surprised at how clean it was and the variety of food vendors.

Purchasing concert tickets in person saves $75.00. Well worth the trip. Very helpful ticket sellers.

Hadn't been to the Tank in a while. It seems most of the general concession stands have been replaced with specialty restaurants like Ike's Sandwiches and Iguana's. Had to walk a ways to find the soft pretzels.

It's always dope to see the hometown sharks in the shark tank. If you've never been to a live hockey game, it's like no other. The energy can't be matched. It's super intense. GO SHARKS!!!

Got to see the Poptopia concert here and all of the seats are good here! We had a great experience and the staff was very nice.

We have been coming here for years, and it doesn't seem to have aged badly, but there could be some aesthetic improvements in the exterior to make it look more modern. On the otherhand, the interior concert lighting is sub-par to other venues. And I think the Sharks players deserve a nicer locker room!!! GO SHARKS!

There is no better place to watch a Sharks game or see a concert. The Blue Coat staff is excellent and always helpful.

I was here back in 2015 for the WWE Hall of Fame and RAW after Wrestlemania 31 the arena itself is fine location is terrible lines are along the streets which can block traffic my uber driver had a hard time finding a drop off point for me

It was a good concert but the bar was shut down to early!!!!

Would love to marry my honey here. He is a die hard sharks fan and god knows I have always considered it too
