Nice hotel, but maintenance is starting slide. Really bad repairs in bathroom, like they hired some random person off the street.

Spacious room, huge and comfortable bed and perfect soundproofing. 2 flat: almost no storage in the bathroom and the blackout curtain of the room to replace. I recommend the breakfast buffet.

Super hotel especially because of its location, it's been several I go there and I will return for sure. During the last visit I was upgraded to a suite, total comfort!

Someone broke the bottles of the champagne on the ground of elavator and leave them for hours and sitting in a table chatting with two valet guys
I asked her name and she gave my wife's name
We felt racism because she is French and we are asians.
I will never go to Montreal because of the experiences she gave us.

Hotel a bit "shower". Many rooms were occupied by groups that were partying all night. The music hammered all night. It would be a minor harm if it was not for the smell of cigarette that fills the corridors of the hotel

Room was amazing, front staff really knowledgeable and helpful. Only downside is pay to park, but it's in an underground garage.

I booked through Expedia and apparently I m a gold member and VIP for this hotel but got treated less than normal. On the website they offered early check in, late check out and free upgrade upon availability. I checked in early and immediately the lady had an attitude telling me check in is at 4. She managed to find a room. I asked her if I can get a room with a bathtub in it and without looking or checking the system she immediately said there s nothing! She just advised not to book with a 3rd party for that. (So far I love Expedia and never had an issue and no one advised me that before). The room was ok overall but the sheets had hair and not clean. I asked another lady and she got someone to change the sheets right away. The hotel is average but the customer service is 0. For me it s important to have a good customer service experience. It bothered me what was on the website versus my experience. Definitely not coming here again! Not recommend it to anyone.

I attended for a vendor show. Breakfast is good, drinks and the bar below is fun and the staff are friendly and polite. Its location is a short walk from downtown.

Everything is good at the hotel. Nothing is great but everything is good and fine. No wow factor but perfectly adequate. No complaints.

We were in the old building. Very luxurious suite but very noisy. There is a nightclub 300 meters away and the world shouted all night long.

The rooms are different from typical hotels, which made for a refreshing change. They are comfortable, with a big bathroom and tub, and with air conditioning units that are hidden away in the washroom, making them quieter overall. The hotel is not very tall, five floors at most, so if you're near the road it can be a bit noisy. On the other hand, if you want some fresh air, you can open up the windows.

They don't mention it anywhere, but the only parking available is valet parking at $28 a night, plus tax.

While this place is fun the floor in my room is stained with wine and dirt.

Loved it!! Really nice view and cool staff and the food and WiFi was really good!

Great hotel!! I would (will) go there again. Great coffee machine in each room, awesome design, and super comfortable bed! Also perfect location in the city. Loved my stay there.

The room was ok but not in the best condition. Our bed was so uncomfortable that we ended up checking out early because neither of us could sleep.
In the evening we went to the bar and the bartender came and asked if we were eating or just having drinks. We said just drinks and he walked away and never came back. We ending up leaving and going to an outside restaurant.
For breakfast, our server in the restaurant was incredible. He was very friendly and welcoming.
The front desk was kind and friendly but she made a deal out of paying with debit and made a few unnecessary comments about not using credit.
We paid way more that this stay was worth. Wouldn t stay here again.

I was there for a Christmas party so I can't comment on the rooms but the food was great, hotel lobby was modern and spacious, restaurant area also well decorated, staff was prompt, attentive and friendly, I had a great time.

The fire alarm was going off during the late hours all weekend. The hotel staff did not try to compensate in any way for the loss of sleep the guests had. As someone who has worked at the front desk of a hotel establishment this is not the proper way to have guests return in the future. The location is great, rooms are clean and a small gym downstairs.

Prime location but rooms are dirty and outdated, i would not come back to this hotel.

The hotel has been one of the best stays of any hotel I've gone to. The beds are soft and the shower warm. Breakfast is fantastic. Will stay here again

I booked online at Hotel 10 for my company as I was receiving guests.
I ask to pay for their hotel rooms by phone or by email form.

Laura, the young lady I spoke to on the phone told me that was the rule and that we could not pay by phone with a credit card. I very often book hotel rooms for the company and I have never seen a company that did not want to be prepaid.
Anyway, I asked to speak to the supervisor, very politely.
She told me he didn't want to take the call.

In my opinion, customer service is 1/5

Finally, I decided to send my guests elsewhere.

So for businesses, be careful.

Fantastic hotel. I try to stay here every time I'm in Montreal. It's in a very central location and there are plenty of places to eat and drink right around it.

We had a great time here. Room was really nice. Staff was helpful. Location was perfect for going out or if you're comfortable walking, you can walk to a lot of different places.

Noise is a known issue here but we were on the 5th floor and I had ear plugs so I slept great.

The rooms were big but the bathrooms did not have locks

Nice atmosphere, especially on the terrace. I liked that there was a lot of space, a rare thing downtown. A nice place to hold events.

Nice staff, room was good but when i closed the curtains light came easily thru thats a big minus for me . Also shower was not great.

Well located, clean with friendly staff. Only negative point for me is the toilet in a closet, separated from the bath and shower.

It's a nice modern hotel, but if your a person that isn't going to go partying, then this isn't your place. Overall it's a great hotel, but it's at the entrance of party town. Meaning that your going to hear every emergency vehicle come by this hotel at 10pm to 3am no matter what. That's just the only problem I had, but overall it's just a great hotel in an odd location.

Perfect location for exploring Old Montreal and downtown. Tons of great restaurants and shops within a 20 min walk. Nice rooms and friendly service.

This is hands down THE best hotel my husband and I have had the pleasure of staying in. Sabrina and the rest of the staff at Hotel 10 are everything you could want. Not only is everyone immaculately beautiful, but they are also very friendly and attentive!
We arrived on a snowy night and were greeted by Sabrina who (unbeknownst) to my husband had been helping me plan a nice surprise for our anniversary. Not only did Sabrina help with the surprise, but she also gave us a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. When we got to the room, there was a bottle of prosecco and chocolate dipped strawberries. I had previously relayed my ideas to her, and left the rest in her very capable hands. We were NOT disappointed!

The room itself was beautiful and large, very well maintained and the bathroom HUGE. Everything was very modern and well kept, just as the rest of the hotel was.

As far as location, it's right in the middle of everything! And, who better to show you around than their complimentary driver Lucas.
Lucas, was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the places to go and not to go.

Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience. Hotel 10 made our anniversary one to remember. The only downside was the weather.... we had to leave one day early due to a snow storm. We will be back though, this time in warmer weather.

The courtesy car service is extremely helpful to get you into the heart of downtown in only a few minutes.

Great hotel. Unfortunately they played loud music at the club downstairs until after 2am, which defeats the main purpose of getting a hotel, i.e. sleeping. Inexcusable in my opinion.

nice. rooms were awesome, bathroom very nice. but the description said that there was a nightclub inside when in fact it was around the street and had a 20$ cover charge.

I ve stayed here a number of times for work and personal trips to MTL. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff and close to St Laurent / plateau bars and restaurants as well as DT. It is more of a party hotel on wknds with a club attached but I never found the noise to be too much. Patrick the manager is fantastic and helped us reschedule travel during Covid with no issues. This my go to when travelled to MTL. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was in a really good location of a lot of small restaurants around it. the room was huge and had a beautiful bathroom for lot of space. The service was quick and fast.

I went there for a retirement party. Great service, great atmosphere. Very stylish.

There is no way that this hotel is worth the money. The priority here is on the bar and the hotel is an absolute afterthought, in my opinion. The music percolates through the whole hotel until 3am every night. If you are in Montreal for any other reason but binge drinking, stay somewhere else.

I really didn't expect it to be such a good stay. I came here with staff on a business trip and didn't think it'd be so fun. The staff was wonderful and the parking was easy. They were accommodating and we didn't get any complaints, even though I think we probably drank too much in the rooms.

It has a nice location. the price was reasonable. the experience was good. We even all worked out together. Really the 5 comes from the fact that it out performed my expectations. It isn't really a "top hotel" in my books but it deserves a good score for karma. great job staff and co

Very clean rooms and nice staff. Shower pipe was broken and swinging freely and the sink's tap was totally loose and spinning around, but other than that, the room was fantastic. Great aesthetic. I only wish that, given the high price of the rooms, that it include a continental breakfast. Short walk to a Metro station, and just far enough out of the way to not be too busy or loud. Would stay at again.

Decent WiFi, nice breakfast buffet spread, 24h hour concierge service, very modern and cozy rooms.

Their gym is small, but has most of the equipment you would need for a quick hotel workout.

We were there for a wedding. The ceremony was outside and the setup is incredible. The place look so amazing with old vintage images on the walls. The staff at the bar was ok, but cool. The place was clean and we really enjoy the evening.

I can't say enough about this hotel. Clean, classy, amazing courteous service and great food. Each time I have stayed, there has either been a wedding or birthday celebration and I leave each time knowing exactly why - it's a stunner - The staff particularly have made my stay amazing each time - with quick check - ins, extended check-outs when needed, support when I am traveling with two small children for a taxi service and directions to local eateries. I even left my charger home at one point and they charged my phone for me in the office and led me to a local place to buy a new one! Amazing staff. Umbrellas in the room for that surprise weather change, an upgrade once when I'd checked in very late for that extra bit of comfort I needed and a place to keep my bags after checking out but before my flight/departure. I can't say enough about this very chic and trendy central to everything hotel. I love Montreal but love staying at Hotel 10 every time I go!!!

Nice rooms, speedy service. Had a little trouble with our deposit but overall a positive experience.

I wish I could give this racist hotel no star. They were extremely rude, going aside speaking in their language about us. When we called in they were friendly over the phones. But once we walked in and they saw black ladies coming to check in their faces changed and didn't even greet us but they greeted everyone else that came in. I will be lodging a complaint with the head office as this was very unacceptable and unprofessional.

I was there for a networking event. The place was nice and the terrace very big. A very nice place for such an event.
