Nice beds, great service and bar. The TV was not working properly the day I stayed, but didn't really affect my stay negatively.

Great place. Rooms are clean and breakfast service is top.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to a lot of things. Staff were also quite friendly. The room itself though was nothing too spectacular. Though clean, the beds weren't overly comfortable, and little things seemed off or out of place.

I had a business trip planned for me and they put me up in this hotel for a night. The rate for the night was great. The staff were all very friendly and professional. My room was huge and had a separate room for the toilet and the bathroom with a shower and sink was across the hall from it. The bed was a king-size and EXTREMELY comfortable. The pillows were large and plush. The sheets were soft and but a little short for me. I like sheets going right up to my neck but not a big deal. I nearly fell asleep immediately when I first laid down on the bed. The room had plenty of lamps, a chair with a standing lamp and a huge desk opposite the bed for working on your laptop. I don't know if the hotel was less busy that night but it was very quiet on my floor. The lobby has some sofas and chairs where you can relax with large windows letting lots of light in. There also appeared to be a restaurant connected to the lobby but I didn't use it.The only complaints I could make were two small points: 1.) The heating/cooling unit, I think, would "click" loudly whenever it cycled on and woke me up a couple of times, and 2.) The water pressure in the shower was not great but the water was nice and warm though. All in all, I would totally stay here again.

Great location; friendly service; complimentary shuttle car to take you around. There is a club attached to this hotel so it can get noisy on Saturday nights; be sure to ask for a quiet room, preferably away from the elevators.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and the customer service was excellent. I would only give it 4 stars due to some minor issues with the room accessories and being placed on the street level

Overal very friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and very spacious, bathroom was a bit run down, a small touch up wouldn't harm.

Our room supposed to be ready by 4pm, but our designated room wasn't available until 8pm. Eventually we got stuck with a room on the patio side and where the nightclub is located. We could hear the music of the club all night, and intoxicated screaming girls coming home in the hallway.

If you want a quiet stay, bring either earplugs or find another place to stay. It's not worth for what we paid. We left our stay with mixed feelings.

Lovely friendly hotel. Breakfast was filling and tasty. Room very comfortable. Requested a kettle as only coffee machine in room. Not a problem.

Some really nice shops within 10 minutes walk.
20 minutes walk to the St Lawrence River.

If in Montreal again, would I stay again - YES.

A very stylish hotel with decent sized rooms, free wifi and a helpful staff. Unfortunately, as many other reviewers have noted, noise can be an issue. It's disappointing that the walls, floors and windows don't keep your room quiet, especially being near a main road and a popular choice for bachelor parties. A breakfast buffet can be had for free, but note that it's a little underwhelming.

Great staff, great room in the heart of the city of Montreal. They have free valet service as well as a car they can drop you places with.

The hotel was a unique modern experience that met my needs, provides comfort and a great breakfast. There is no pool on site which I found odd, but the gym was 24 hours. It was a ten dollar Uber to get to the bell centre.

very dissatisfied . The street noise made it impossible to sleep at night and they had "it" issues for the 4 nights we were there that shut down the card access to your room. Every time we came back we had to wait for an employee to key us into the elevator and guide us up to the room to unlock the door. The system was still not fixed when we left.

Beautiful hotel and awesome staff. People are correct, it can be VERY loud in rooms above the club. We weren't expecting this on a Thursday night but the management was most apologetic and did their best to correct the problem. Great location and lovely rooms as well!

Went with my husband for our first anniversary and at the beginning we were very apprehensive about the hotels because of all the reviews about it being very loud! As soon as we got there, the receptionist was very welcoming and once I'm studying French she tried to explain everything for me in a way I'd understand and get to practice my French! She did tell us about the club and asked if we were fine with a bedroom above it!! Once we were planning on going out I didn't see any problem on it, on Saturday night we ended up coming back to the hotel a bit earlier and the club was still open, however, the music wasn't as loud as some people make it seems and we did not have problems to sleep! Location is amazing, very close to everything by walk, the room was very modern and clean! On our last day we asked to leave our luggage at the hotel because our bus was just at 7PM, they had no problems with it and kept it till we came back to pick it up! Had an amazing experience and will definitely go back! :)

Nice rooms, good decor, good breakfast. Whoever designed the bathrooms skimped to shelf space but it is fine. Was not terribly impressed with the food from room service but there are plenty of places to eat near by.

The reception room is beautiful and well decorated, it can easily hold 100 people. There is a DJ and possibility to have a band. The food is of good quality but the cleanliness of the utensils is a little neglected. The staff is very courteous and efficient

I realy like this hotel because its clean,good location and the best think was valet parking service.the staff was so kind and nice.laura receptionist help me for checking at 12pm wich is 4 houres sooner than normal and helped me to fine the best restaurant and nice mall In downtown.amanda receptionist was so nice and help to fine the good place to watch the new year firework.they are realy nice,i mean all the staff.totally recommend them to every one.

Best hotel in downtown.nice room .bed is not soft..ceiling i don t like ..but i like the service..we booked another room but after 3-4 hr later we decided to change the room and they asked the reason and gave us another room .Room service is quick .

They don t have microwave in room ,so we asked them how to warm up the food and they told us call and room service person will come and warm food for you ..next day i call them and they provide microwave in our room ..

The thing i don t like is they didn t provide washed bathrobe..we booked hotel for 5 days ..they are not changing the bathrobe

Great place to spend the night. Quiet, clean, and furnishings were modern/ up to date. Valet parking was available for an extra charge (28$ I believe), we found a spot on the street. Breakfast was also extra charge, but we slept well, so that's what counts.

Awesome hotel in a great location. 10 minute walk to the Bay Centre and surrounded by lots of food and night life. I stayed two nights here. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Stay here if you are in Montreal!

Nice hotel, nice staff, but rooms are not very clean....

At more than 250$ per night ! I would have hope that its possible to sleep at this stupid hotel ! There is a disco at the level floor... and i got a room at the first floor... the music go on and on untill 3 am ... ! Even at the second floor... it`s difficult to sleep ! I guess thats why they give us ears plug next to the bed ! Also the milk in the mini bar was expired... there was no soap, shampoo... etc etc..in my room... I am very very dissapointed about this hotel...what a bad place, bad concept....even the access to the hotel is just that bad !

Nice, clean hotel. A bit drafty and the heating in the winter doesn't work well. Recommend to get a room facing away from Sherbrooke so you don't get waken up by the crowds coming out of the bars.

Very classy hotel. The staff was wonderful and the lobby bartender was very skilled. The rooms were clean and had a nice view. It can get a little loud if you're facing the street since St. Laurent is the clubbing street in the area, but if you're facing the courtyard or if you're a heavy sleeper there's no issue. The free chauffeur service is also awesome!

Ideal location for those staying for stags or stagettes. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

Second time staying at Hotel 10. The location is excellent and the rooms are stylish and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Stylish and convenient. Had never stayed in the Plateau before. As I was with a young friend, thought the location would please her more than my usual Westmount digs. We loved (were there for a music event). Great food of every stripe just a shot o away. On street parking and an attentive staff made for a swell weekend over the border.

Location is amazing for night life and restaurants. The executive suite is big and spacious for 6 people. All the sofa beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. (2 in the executive suite) Service was outstanding. Valet service is so convenient for the location.

Very nice hotel with cool arcitechture. Rooms were very modern and spacious, with a very nice sized bathroom. Our room was right on the street, so unfortunately it was fairly bright and loud during the night. To be fair, we were warned ahead of time, so we could have waited a while to get a less noisy room. PS parking is 28 a night. You may not know that ahead of time!

very good if you stay in a high room. we had a room on the 1st floor and we heard the traffic. the 2nd time we had a room on the 4th floor and it was great. there is a shuttle service which is very good.

Apart from the TV that did not work and that we would say that they hired a blind man to paint the bathroom, the rest of the room was fine. The lunch included was very good

Amazing hotel beautiful and clean and especially during this time of covid. Amazing and helpful staff especially the lady who checked us in. Wish I remembered her name she deserves a promotion. She went over and beyond for us in every aspect. The rooms were really nice. Beds were nice and soft with amazing pillows.

Impeccable service, very clean and delicious meals. By cons we were there for a Christmas party and the room is not well arranged at the acoustic level for music "live". Results ... we could not hear singers. It ruined the atmosphere a bit for me.

Stayed there only 1 night but I quite enjoyed it. The room was clean, the reception was quiet and relaxing, the hallways smelled nice (haha) and you can find art scattered around the hotel!

Great location, huge modern and very clean room, friendly staff, and some quirky building history! Photo shows one of several fun views within the hotel, just looks like an abstract design until you stand in a designated spot and the full picture takes shape. Hope to stay there again soon!

Restaurant served the worst food I've ever had in Montreal. $25 plate of microwaved chicken, half cooked rice and a garnish size of vegetable. Stay away from the kitchen.

Nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. Try the breakfast downstairs they have a good variety there and the chef always comes out to greet you. One of the friendliest chefs i've met!
