worst service of my life.

worst service of my life.
specially lady who worked at the desk saturday night(Oct 20th,2018).
she doesn't respect the customers and told us leave the hotel if we don't like the service
Someone broke the bottles of the champagne on the ground of elavator and leave them for hours and sitting in a table chatting with two valet guys
I asked her name and she gave my wife's name
We felt racism because she is French and we are asians.
I will never go to Montreal because of the experiences she gave us.
