Dr. Lustig is warm, knowledgeable, and a great doctor

This was my first time here and it is a beautiful office it is very welcoming and the staff are all so pleasant.

Only good things to say: they are efficients, professionals, staff is friendly and Doctor Liu is amazing. She has been following our daughter for more than a year and make her feel confortable and safe. She also make time to explain everything thoroughly and we were feeling very trustful when she performed her eye surgery.

Dr.Ranka is a great doctor who is always great with our busy toddler. We really appreciate his help and hard work! We look forward to seeing him for our follow ups and highly recommend him!

Great experience with the doctor and the staff. Very kind, patient and attentive. The one thing I'd improve is the number of paper forms to fill out at intake. Most could be computerized and filled out ahead of the appointment.

Dr. Koti is remarkable, my 7 yr. old has been seeing him for the past 4 years. We've seen him in Long Island and now receive services in the Manhattan location.

Dr. Escuder and her assistants are super friendly and helpful. I recommend them highly.

We have two children who see Dr. Schwartz. We found her after some not very good experiences with other doctors, and have stayed with her for about 10 years. Dr Schwartz is kind, patient, and an excellent doctor. I cannot recommend her highly enough. As a bonus, the office is nice, and our appointment is always on time. My kids actually look forward to going to the eye doctor!

Great Pediatric Ophthalmic place with professional and excellent doctors with lovely staffs.You don't have to wait long and you are well taking care off.Clean place, nice atmosphere and the children feel comfortable. I ve been bringing my son here for about 3 years and I don t regret it norI would I change place.

When making the appointment over the phone, there was some miscommunication between the scheduler and myself that led to me arriving at the office with my child on a day that we were not on the office schedule. Everyone was very understanding and worked us in so that I did not need to take my child out of school early again. In addition, everyone is skilled at helping children feel comfortable. Dr. Furlan was patient, kind, and thorough with my child, answered all of my questions, and asked me questions that led me to know he was genuinely listening to both my child and myself. It was a refreshing and comforting experience. I am very pleased to be a part of this practice.

Dr. Oltra was very thorough in her examination of my daughter. I informed her that my daughter has been experiencing frequent eye irritation and she determined while looking at her eyes with the equipment in her office that she has minor eye allergies. With that news, she quickly informed how to help better the situation. She is attentive to detail and very forthcoming with her assessment. I recommend her to all of my friends and family.

My child had a routine 5 min appointment at this practice in December 2019. Accidentally, I gave them our dental insurance which they never checked. In August 2020 I have received $600 bill from the practice. I have called them back and supplied the correct insurance (Medicaid BlueCross). I ve also alerted BlueCross, and they have contacted the practice as well. However, in February 2021 I have received a phone call from a collection agency where the practice put my family. My husband together with the BlueCross representative called the practice. A woman who refused to provide her name screamed at the rep and lied about not ever having talked to them (the call was recorded on the insurance side). The insurance representative informed her that charging Medicaid patients directly is illegal. A practice rep responded to that with another vitriol, and then screamed that you ll be out of collection , which somehow I find hard to believe.

The practice may have great doctors (if $600 for 5 min is up your speed) but their billing is a horrendous rude mess. Stay away, there s plenty of good medical professionals in this town.

A pure delight to be around & patient & informative in his field. We traveled from the Poconos to this appointment in the city & we do it again!

Dr. Liu has been great in aiding me throughout my vision struggles. Suggests trying all options before surgery and if surgery becomes the path you choose, she will guide you through the entire process. I would highly recommend her for children and adults with eye muscle disorders!

Love this practice. They are so on top of things and the doctors are great. We love Dr. Lam. Always so gracious with her time and attention.

Amazing doctor. My 22 month old couldn t see straight and had both eyes done. She had bilateral muscle eye surgery basically tighten the muscles in the back of her eyes. She did an amazing job. I saw immediate results. Everyone could tell a difference. I can t thank her enough. I did my research on her and she is one in the top 10 for pediatric ophthalmology. Go make an appointment with her if your child s eyes aren t straight and seemed to wander she will fix the problem. She is very attentive with your questions, she listens, she responds quickly and takes her time. Yiu can tell she is very dedicated to her work. She knows what she is doing. Dr. Nam is so sincere and really extends herself and her services. I changed doctors in the very beginning when I found out my son had stribismus. I read reviews about Dr. Nam and ended up going with her. Let me just say they are all true. Her assistants are all so professional especially Sandy. I think the staff and equipment is top notch!!

Dr Steele is the best! Always a great experience. Very courteous and professional. Everything is always explained in extreme detail so you don't go home wishing you had asked more questions. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Ughh, today I had an awful experience! Dr. Emily Ceisler is a terrible doctor.

Nice doctor! Nice, spacious office. Terrible handling of patients' concerns or complaints. I was just on the phone with someone (who unfortunately didn't get the name of) and she was extremely rude. Lack of compassion and terrible customer service. That's deal breaker for me.

I had a great experience with this practice from beginning to end. Dr. Ranka was great with my 18 month old. They knew exactly what to do to distract him. This kind of practice is exactly why I drive to the city for specialist appts. Thank you!!

I ve been going to this group practice for a dozen years - since my son was two. They are very caring but very professional as well. Cordial and efficient receptionists. Never had a billing problem. Of course I think my son s eyes were well cared for, too!

Being 7 months pregnant and already late for his appointment to top it off we were stuck on the train, they still saw us and were just really accommodating!! We truly love going there and the staff and Drs were really awesome today

I went in 20minutes before my appointment time and once I checked in we were able to see the doctor right away . This is the 2nd time seeing Ranka and he is a great Ophthalmologist for my child . He is friendly and knows how to make a child relax and enjoy his visit . He also takes time to explain and ask questions. I would recommend him to anyone else that s looking for an ophthalmologist for their child .

I've been taking my 9 yr old son here since he was 6 months old. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors are so sweet and we've had nothing but good experiences here!

Pediatric Ophthalmic Consultants are always very professional, friendly and efficient. Dr. Furlan always takes his time to answer any questions and give a thorough examination and update.

I do not think we could have found a better eye doctor than Dr. Lui. She is AMAZING with my twins! They were born 4 months early and had to undergo several of the barbaric ROP (Retinopathy of Prematurity) examinations. We were 1000% confident and honored to be in her care!

Mark is business-like yet warm and most helpful. No burying himself in the computer but works directly with the patient. I especially enjoy the fact that he obviously works well with children and cannot release himself from that mode. Lots of laughs for an adult patient. I especially appreciate that he is available during these tough times and that the office is kept clean and cleaned as soon as my appointment was over. Every one is masked and some gloved so it is a safe environment.

Dr.Oltra is the best pediatric eye specialist in NYC.!!!! She took her time examining my 18 month old daughter and ran test and came with a diagnosis. Later on she re-examined her and decided she needed surgery! I have done my research with her and she is rated in the top 10 in NYC!! I will definitely review when surgery is complete. Keep in mind that she does take her time and explains everything to you. She is so nice and attentive, very professional. I know my daughter will be in great hand
