Noise from holiday parties is a real problem- thumping base audible in our 3rd floor room until 1am. I tried white noise app but that couldn t drown it out. Otherwise lovely hotel with very accommodating staff, cool vibe, comfortable and clean room. The location is very good. If it weren t for the noise, I would have planned to stay here again.

One of the best Hotels in Montreal the fact that there is a rental car agency (AVIS / Budget), a Gym and a hair salon (Divas&Divos) makes it very convenient, on top of the great service they have.
Stoped for some information for an eventual event. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful and even helped me find some great restaurants near by. I had a great experience at a beautiful place.
It's a great little hotel for the price. The room was spacious and clean, staff was awesome and helpful. It's geared towards a younger demographic though so expect a lot of university kids to be there, if you can ignore that it's a great location and hotel.
They could do better with the bedding. The sheets are laughable to be honest. Nothing horrible, I'm not picky but there's no duvet or anything with any weight to it so your basically sleeping with a few sheets over you. Again no deal breaker here just don't expect luxury.
Super Hotel! Extra-fine customer service, very clean room (fridge, Nespresso coffee maker wow!), Shower head W0W !!!! Eucalyptus shower products, chic lobby, superb terrace cafe! Worth the extra $$ for a stay in Mtl !!!!
Great location. Right next to the street where the locals get to party. Note that parking is nearly impossible and the hotel charges 30 CAD for overnight parking. That seemed exorbitant given that the rooms are already more expensive than neighboring hotels
Spacious rooms, friendly staff and the breakfast buffet is great. The Wi-Fi is fast as well! Had no trouble with streaming services like Netflix, and even managed some multiplayer gaming.
Beautiful and clean worth 5 stars but parking a car is impossible unless you are willing to pay 35 dollars for each day or parking tickets if you decide to park on the street.
We had an amazing time at the hotel, despite COVID-19 limiting what we could have done at the hotel, like eat at the restaurant and try the gym out. The service from all staff was amazing! Particularly, Sabrina who helped us check in and was wonderful managing a situation with the TravelLodge and checking in her regularly scheduled clients. Love this place and will be back again soon!
The hotel has nice accommodations, and conveniently, an Avis rent a car. I forgot my key and the person at the front desk gave me one immediately. They also gave us toothpaste and a toothbrush after we asked. The view isn't great, just a gas station across the street.
Not user friendly. It wasn't the same as advertise. Third parties are vague and you might not get what you think you will get. Ring before making the booking. The sinks were blocked and the ceiling moulded. Nicely located though.
Couple from Burlington, Vermont here: we have used this hotel twice now, staying over Veterans Day/Remembrance Day Weekend in both 2016 and 2017. The design of the hotel is sleek and modern, an easily-recognized landmark from the outside with pleasantly minimalist interior decor. The construction of the main building means you get very little ambient noise from adjoining rooms. It's in a great central location for walking, and offers a shuttle service (with excellent drivers) that we found invaluable when the wind kicked up and temps plummeted. But what's going to bring us back is the service. While they don't have a dedicated concierge, the entire front desk staff repeatedly went above and beyond, from recommending locations and helping us book reservations, to helping us coordinate the aforementioned shuttle and a last-minute room change request (weekend revelers on St-Laurent can be loud on the weekends if you're staying on the lower floors bordering that street... and you're boring and like to be in bed before midnight). Special shoutout to Jacques at the front desk for being an extremely memorable and attentive host!
We arrived in Montreal and our air bnb was horrible. Hotel 10 was great and even though we booked 20min before arrival they made our experience one to remember. Cudos to Pierre who gave us excellent service at the lobby bar.
Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and kinda trendy. Parking sucks so best to do valet. Wine bar in lobby is nice. Very friendly bar tender while we were there, he was patient with us as we stumbled thru our French Best part is that you can walk to some great reataurants.

I stay in this hotel for business trips, they offer kind attention, clean rooms and a generous breakfast. walking distance from downtown Montreal or to explore Blvd Saint Laurent.
We had an overall excellent visit. The staff were welcoming, kind, and very helpful throughout our two day stay. The hotel has a modern/contemporary vibe and it includes a wine bar that we definitely wanted to try but unfortunately did not find the time for... The room was spotless, and well equipped (we loved having a Nespresso machine), and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is that the hotel consider changing the carpet where needed. Our room had several carpet stains unfortunately. Overall though, I highly recommend this hotel for it's comfort, quality, and proximity to the downtown core. We would definitely visit again.
Hotel is in a good location, but the club below is very obstructive of a pleasant stay. We could not sleep until 5am because of the noise. Would not recommend.
Very very nice place to stay the staff there are top notch.very happy to be there to help you out with anything, the valet guy that was there you sir very nice guy thank you for going above for us with are bags and letting us go to are car underground. Thank you guys for a great stay we will stay again thank so much hotel 10
I'm sure that this hotel was probably an awesome spot when it was built. Unfortunately the carpet in this place is old and Dusty and filled with stains. The bathroom was spacious clean and very modern. The lobby is chic and the check-in staff were very friendly. Being someone that's allergic to dust, I found this place undesirable. If they ever rip up the carpet and put down some nice flooring, I would come here and stay again. Everything else is pretty exceptional.
The room was great and the service was fantastic. My room was near the club, though and it got a bit noisy. It would have been nice for there to have been some soundproofing for the rooms nearest to the club to ensure a better night's sleep. Overall, though, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.
Room was clean and location was great. Staff is friendly as well. Overall, I have no complaints about the hotel - in fact I enjoyed my stay. I'm giving it 4 stars because they rent out space to Boulevard 44, whose bouncers are incredibly rude. I get that it's not directly related to the hotel, but at the end of the day, they pick who their business partners are.
