I absolutely love this hotel and the spa is fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel resort casino to anyone interested in a luxurious find Refined experience. My lovely girlfriend and I just left and are still feeling relaxed clean and clear following our recent stay at the encore. If you have a chance make sure that you take the time to spend a couple hours at the spa at the Encore and get a facial or massage you will not forget it

Staff at front desk and people who serviced the room were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean after all these years, beds are still so so comfortable. I've been staying at Cosmo/Vdara/Aria for the past several years but this was such a great experience I may come back for more. Just wish there were more casual restaurants like Cosmo has (such as Holsteins), but I understand the audience is slightly different.
Great hotel to visit just like it's sister Wynn. A bit edgier and opulent in design. Very high quality, but has similar issue in being "tight" on the machines. A good place to visit of you're on that end of the Strip.
This was my first time staying at Encore. Room is very spacious and clean. Staff is extremely friendly and cares about making your stay the best it can be. The fitness center could be larger. Great pools.
Encore is my go to hotel in Vegas. The rooms are great, clean, and spacious. Best of all, it has one of the best nightclubs. So its super convenient. The staff all around is great, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Stay far way from elevators, the noise and sudden shocks will keep you up. Housekeeping doesn't respect the privacy light, they woke me up twice. Service to the room was really slow, took 2.5 hours to get extra blankets. When spending this much other hotels just do better.
The Encore is a very nice hotel. They are very accommodating with their hotel guests especially when your room is not ready when you arrive. Very very nice and courteous employees. Rooms are very nice and spacious. I totally recommend this hotel. Check out is noon! It tells you in the little booklet they give you for your keys.
Everyone no matter what their job was, exhibited friendliness and a kind demeanor. Room was outstanding and we enjoyed the regular pool! We had a fantastic experience!
One of the nicest resorts I ve ever been to in my life, this place is incredible luxury professional the staff is amazing and the rooms are spotless and upscale amazing gaming shopping and dining experience definitely a keeper
Definitely very nice overall. Pool is nice but not that big compared to some other strip hotels. Also drink service was very slow to nonexistent in most the time. You would think if they want to be one of the nicest hotels on the strip they would make sure they're gamblers we're getting a few drinks every now and then. In two hours we were asked four times if we wanted a rewards card and not once if we wanted a drink
Encore is the best hotel on the strip. It s the cleanest, least seedy, least grungy hotel and casino. I ve been too and I ve seen most of them on the strip. The food options are superb and the hotel amenities are 5 star. The rooms are huge and offer both amazing views of the city and the desert far off in the distance. The pool has an adults only section which we really enjoyed as well. I would stay here every time I come back to Vegas. The layout of the lobby forces you to walk threw the gaming area every time you come and go to your room. As someone who doesn t gamble after a couple of days I found it to be a bit tiresome. If the hotel casino had its own floor away from the lobby I would be a 5 star for me. Every hotel with a casino is like this so it s a very small criticism and I d pick 4.9 stars if I could. Thanks Encore for making my trips to Vegas such a great experience.
Was here during Christmas and had a blast. Usually the younger crown meets up here and gamble or grabs something to eat. The limits can be pretty high on some of the table specially if you are playing during their busy times. It can vary tbh but the overall experience was great
Encore is an excellent resort to stay in Las Vegas. Professional and courteous staff make you welcome at every turn. This place is every bit a true 5 star experience. Will be returning and highly recommend if you have the dollars.
Very nice rooms. Friendly staff made you feel at home. Had fun gambling my machine was hot for a while then she took all my winnings back. I ll be back soon
The only place we stay while in Vegas! The hotel, casino and resort in general is top notch, extremely clean and the customer service is second to none. The best hotel on the strip!
While attending a social gathering at encore, I appreciated the quick pace of entry lines, selection of DJ's, and design of space. While I enjoyed my time at encore I feel like small stuff slightly diminished my experience. I feel like $17 for a well vodka drink is a little extreme (even for Las Vegas). I also feel that while the layout of the club was excellent, the main dance space was too crowded to the point that it took away from ability to move. I feel like this club was the closest to a euro-style club in America.
And again it was a great stay at the Four Seasons! First of all: congratulations to your remodeled Spa! It's amazing and I can warmly recommend it. Beside of that our room was great as always: super comfy bed, nice view and we love that it's always very quiet! Staff was always friendly and helpful...you really feel at home :)
The experience was exquisite. The walk from our parking spot in the garage to the lobby was less than a minute. The line to check in was short, and the gentleman who assisted us could not have been more agreeable. We were offered upgrades at an additional cost, but the Canadian dollar being worth what it is, we declined. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, airy and tastefully decorated (these adjectives can be applied to the Encore itself). The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I loved the oversized pillows. The room was cleaned well every day. I am not much of a gambler, but my husband is, so I spend a lot of time in casinos. The Encore and Wynn casinos are among my favourite: bright and fresh, and a pleasure to the eyes. My husband had no luck gambling, but that was true throughout Vegas. (Now Reno, that is THE place to gamble). We had never before stayed at the Encore (or Wynn) because, again, the Canadian dollar has made staying prohibitively expensive. We splurged this trip to celebrate my husband's birthday, and were glad that we did. (We are looking forward to our next special occasion for another stay).
Stayed here for one night.before moving to another casino. We should have stayed here our entire trip, it was amazing. From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out everybody was giving top notch service. I plan to come back soon.
Friendly professional staff throughout! Staff was always very accommodating to needs. Beautiful views from the 62nd floor overlooking the strip. Clean hotel room
Very nice resort, awesome pool! Had many tasty drinks and tons of fun. Everything was easy and problem free. The whole staff is friendly and always willing to help.
We recently stayed at Encore for our anniversary. The hotel was HIGHLY recommend by my in-laws and pd for as a gift. Staff was friendly when encountered. Where our problem comes in is the fact our room was not serviced for 2 days. At the rate you pay for a room, I would not see this being something you would need to worry about. The second day I contacted and asked for fresh towels so that we could shower and turned our Do Not Disturb light back on. We were contacted by management who told us our light has been off and on throughout our trip.....don't most people do that? The response to no service was a Nasty meat and cheese platter that we did not eat. Nothing more was given as we turned down the offer for our room to be cleaned after 530pm due to an early morning flight and being in our room. Disappointed for how highly recommend the hotel came, my in-laws also are disappointed with service to us as well.
Well...its very nice. Not sure I can add much to what has not already been said. We did not stay there but did visit the restaurants and bar options. Staff was very nice. We were celebrating a 21st birthday for one of the kids and they did a nice job on making it special.
The hotel is great and a lot less smokey than the Wynn next door. However, 45 minutes to wait to check in is unacceptable. The automated lanes they advertise are only good for checking out.
I wanted to pick up a quick snack and liked the menu at Goodies. The line in the morning is ridiculously long, and I wasn't able to buy anything. I came again at night, around 10pm, and there was no line.
Beautiful hotel, Encore spa was nice to relax, but over priced. $200 for less than 50 minutes was not what I hoped as my therapist shorted me by 4 minutes. When you are paying that much, almost $4 a minute, your time matters.
I give Encore Resort Suites 5 stars for offering us a complimentary room, buffet & show tickets for our 3 nts stay & for their modern tech & unique amenities that most hotels don't have. The coolest feature was the touchscreen pads to control the drapes, sheers, temperature, lights, alarms, do not disturb & make up room buttons. If maid rang the bell through the pad on the nightstand, you can select do not disturb & when you are going out, you can select Make Up Room. There's USB ports & wall charging outlet on each side of the nightstand. Bathroom had separate sinks & a glass shower stall & a tub & toilet with a separate door & service phone inside. The glass shower stall had a shower head & a separate sprayer for your feet & behind. Loved that it had enough water pressure. Wished they had provided some written instructions to use the shower though. It took me awhile to figure out how to use the top shower head & switching over to the sprayer setting. The separate tub was nice & clean but a bit too small for 2pp & no jacuzzi jets. I liked the terry robes, shower gel, shoe polish. There was a tiny tv on the wall w/remote next to the sink but could not be angled so we didn't bother to use it. Our bed was firm but not too firm. My bf slept so well that he wants to buy the same type of bedding. Our room had a great view but needed to pay extra $45/nt for the view.
There were a few things we didn't like about our room though. The thing that bother us the most was that we had really bad or no mobile signal inside our room. Our signals are fine as long as we aren't inside our room. The only location that had 3 bars of signal sometimes was near the window. I didn't sleep that well because my side had bad reception for my phone. We had to pay $20 more/per device every 24hrs for wifi. If you paid the $40/nt resort fee, you do get basic wifi though. The toilet flushes really loud & our room was near the elevator so we can hear the elevator going up & down all day & night whenever we were in the restroom or near the doorway. The other thing was we couldn't use the refrigerator since it was full of stuff in it. If we remove anything for more than 30 sec, it would be automatically charged to our room. They also had alot of junk food on top of the frig that they charge if removed for more than 30 secs. If you have kids, better ask them to remove all before going to your room so you don't have to worry about those temptations. Also, that way you can use the frig too. There's no microwave or coffee maker in the room either.
The food we had at the Ecore/Wynn were pretty pricey but services were really good. We had perfect steak at the SW Steakhouse. The foi gra was not so good though. We had ok Italian food at the Allegro. The 24hr Bakery had some really good croissants. We enjoyed having breakfast next to the garden in Jardin. We also had decent-priced American food that was ok but really big portions. We had one meal of buffet each day as well. We tried to have different food each time we went to the buffet. Buffet was not bad. We especially liked the coffee, coke, fresh-cut peppercorn ham or bacon or steak, crispy hashbrown cubes, french toast, made-to-order pancakes, omelets & tacos. Wished they offered hot dungeoness crab or lobster instead of cold king crab legs. Loved to get drinks like pina coladas or strawberry daquiris or Fiji water for free while gambling & just need to tip.
Unfortunately, we didn't have any good luck gambling. With just our gambling losses, we pretty much paid for our complimentary room, buffets & shows for the 3 nts & then some. Our room#3224 did not help. Being chinese, #4 is a really bad luck #. Will need to request for a room without the #4 & bring some good luck charm next time.
Loved the rooms very nice was on the 55 floor facing the strip and the Wynn - my only issue was Sunday and Wednesday night the club - drums pounding outside poolside until 4am very annoying
So I love this hotel/casino. The rooms are full of tech which I love. And it is driven by customer service. It is also the best spa in terms of beauty and service.
Attended a conference in the Encore. Place is a luxurious and a piece of art. Every single detail is well taken care of . The casino floor is roomy , classy people . Stayed at the bar good seating and the bartenders were professional and real social. The food in the restaurants was great and delicious. Good brand shops in the small malls there .
I love the wynn, thats why I don t understand why they built this sister casino attached to it without making any improovements. The table games at the wynn are awesome, because the dealers are awesome, but they don t send most of the awesome ones to the Encore side. It s a bit harder to get a drink on the encore side, apart from getting occasional attitude from the waitstaff. The Encore just feels like a poor mans version of the wynn, but everything costs just as much. In summary, I will be gambling at the wynn and will only come to this side if the table games at the wynn are completely full. Its not all negative though, this is still an improovement of most strip casinos and that why I still give the Encore 4 stars, but come on, improove the customer service a bit, you are a luxury property, be more like the wynn.
Had a relaxing staycation at the Encore - comfortable room with great amenities and readily accessible bars and restaurants for delicious food. In-room dining had amazing offerings and allowed me the chance to enjoy both breakfast and the large soaking tub. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return!
Nice resort in Las Vegas although too expensive for what you get. After midnight you meet a lot of weird and drunk people at the tables and slot machines. Disappointing is that the pool closes down at 6pm (in Winter).
We love to entertain our discerning guests and business clients in the Encore's Fine Restaurants and lounges. We applaud the Encore's commitment to providing exemplary customer service to our clients making them want to return again and again. Bravo! the "Design Brilliant" Companies - a global brand.
The food the service the rooms are just perfect. Casino is clean no smoke smell at all. The pool was great one of the girls comes around with free orange slices for a snack nice little touch
Best place I ve EVER stayed! Every detail has been tended to; not a spec of dust or dirt anywhere; no clogged shower drains, no blown bulbs I m telling you this place is thorough!Thwy treated me like royalty the entire time.
We had dinner at the Lakeside restaurant and MAN! What an experience! They put on a wonderfully entertaining holographic show unlike anything I ve ever seen. Food was great although very expensive! They tell you that the portions are big enough to share but they are not. We also ate at the Terrace Point Cafe. The pancakes here are divine and again, the hospitality and level of customer service is unmatched. The cafe balcony sits right on one of their magnificent pool sides. One of the pools is the European pool and girls walk around without their tops! The cabanas are super swanky and start off at $650 per day.
I did not gamble but all around me were people celebrating their wins. They also have tons of high-end shops like Chanel and Balenciaga. This place is my new fave getaway for sure!
Great service, staff friendly and helpful. I like other hotels pools better but The beds are comfortable and the rooms cozy! Restaurants are delicious!
Really really nice, and luxurious. Top shelf service, shops, and I even caught a little luck on the casino floor. Definitely one of the top preferred places when I come to Vegas
There is no 24/7 coffee shop closer than a 1/4 mile. If your thing is to drink and gamble than this is your place. If you are a sober person, stay away.
