Stayed here for 7 days. We got married mid way through our stay, our daughters arranged Champagne and Flowers which was a great surprise. The staff on reception (Naz) wrote us a lovely note and sent us a box of chocolates. Everyone everywhere in this resort could not have been more helpful with the highest standards of service and cleanliness. The views across the Strip and beyond are amazing. Thought this would be a one off for us travelling from the UK but we will be back.

I adore everything about this place the casino is beautiful and spotless as are the rooms. Every person on the staff I have spoke to on my multiple Tripps here have always been friendly and helpful and polite
Bad experience at the Red 8 restaurant. It is unbecoming for a five star hotel. My update: I got a follow up phone call from the restaurant asking for feedback, which I appreciate. Other than that, everything else was perfect during my stay.

They check your room cards at the elevator making sure everyone going up belong there. Great casino. Great pool. Amazing rooms and loved the gym. It was okay a little over priced also everyone moves extremely slow from room service, restaurants, drinks while you gambling, just slowly. The room was clean, but nothin complimentary.I felt safe for the most part but it's a couple of things that can be done better
Wonderful hotel in Las Vegas, I believe it's the best option in the whole strip, nice, clean, great service, nice dinning options, great shops and all the crew is always helpful and with a smile. The rooms are spacious and with a great view. The suites are incredible. If you can go don't hesitate
Compared to other casino hotels we visited, the Encore is downright peaceful. The only casino we visited that didn't reek of cigarette smoke. Their restaurant, Jardin, is delicious with impeccable service.
This hotel is among the cleanest I have ever seen. The rooms were so clean and stocked with everything you will need plus the beds were so great. I slept like I a baby. The staff were very friendly. Great job Encore!
Wynn s Encore property is Nice, but the overall service experience falls below their own aspirations. The views are terrific from higher floors. The bed is very comfortable, and the gym is very good. But, the price of everything seems very high, and not unique in Las Vegas. Most irksome, is the lack of a coffee maker in your hotel room. This very basic amenity found in every Hampton Inn in America Seems oddly missing in a great resort hotel. Fans of the property will also be disappointed that the beautiful hotel pools are closed in the winter. There is no indoor pool. Gamblers will find out quickly, that the gaming stakes are severely tilted towards the house (more than others) and the whole operation Seems designed mostly for the benefit of the owners and not for guest comfort. WADR, if you get a great deal for a midweek discount, this is a great place to stay. Otherwise there are now other newer better five-star properties in Las Vegas.
Like the Wynn. Best place in Las Vegas. Rooms are large. Tower suites are great. Worth it. Exceptional service from everyone the minute you walk in the door. New sports book at Encore. Wynn plaza shopping opening soon. Encore spa is great. Pictures posted include tower suites public space and public spaces of the spa.
I loved the Encore at Wynn. This is probably one of the most beautiful casinos on the Las Vegas strip. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is perfect. You won't find the typical gambler here. Very high class place!
An amazing hotel, a true 5* luxury and a quintessential Vegas experience! Rooms are very spacious and immaculately clean with lots of amenities. The hotel has a massive ground level complex of restraunts, bars, shops, theater which is shared with Wynn, a sister property of the same owners. The casino is very nice and has a large poker room with plenty of 1-2 NL hold'em tables giving you an opportunity to have a game of poker without worrying of losing a fortune. Encore hosts XS nightclub as well as Encore Beach Club, which are among the best in Vegas. Great for partying but it draws the crowd from the whole Strip so and always packed on weekends. There is however a separate private pool area for Encore guests only which could be a more relaxed alternative to a beach club. On site parking is $15 All in all - an amazing experience

It s my first time in Vegas and I would love to go back to this hotel. It was very relaxing and fun filled even with the family. Don t miss their buffet. A very good deal can be locked if you book in advance. Location price amenities and food wise this is the best hotel on the strip!
Was almost great if this lady named molly treated us like who were lower than her. We were about to extend 1 more night based on their offer very last night however when I went down to sign as they requested they didn't have any idea and refused to give me same offer. I mean I don't ask in the beginning If they want to sell their room to their customer than they need to communicate .
Beautiful Hotel, great place to relax and have fine dinning and entertainment. Casio area are clean and you don't smell smoke, unlike other casinos. It is right across from the Fashion show mall, so if you need anything, it is right there for you.
A very nice convention hotel. Very clean and has more staff for directions than I have ever seen. Of course it has good bars and a nice casino. The rooms were top notch. Excellent experience and very pleasant employees from top to bottom.
The hotel is very clean and really big! Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food was pricey but very good. The room was very nice and we had an amazing view of the strip. Service in the casinos was very good and wait staff was friendly. Pools are really nice and service is very good at the pools as well. They only complaint is the mask mandate but not the resorts fault. If you think a mask is going to save you then you will feel safe here. I would rather no face mask myself but it is what it is.
EBC may be the best day party for older adults. Just crowded enough without being overwhelming. Lily pads and couches are usually a good deal. You should transact directly with the venue.
Encore is amazing. Excellent service and excellent rooms. Everyone always tries to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is pleasant. Highly recommended!
This casino is total decadence and a great place to see the fashion conscience and bikini clad. Beautiful decor, clubs, and restaurants can be found here.
Stay at the encore Wynn was amazing . A true 5 star hotel. Got a cabana for the night swim and they made sure the boys were 100% take care. Cost us a few change but was well worth it.
Of all hotels, I felt the safest here in terms of cleaning and staff following safety measurements. Everything is pretty high in price but to some extent worth it. We will stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
Most beautiful hotel on the strip! Also one of the most expensive. Newer casino with really well thought out interior decoration. Indoor bonatical garden! Good food, amazing buffet. Club XS is one of the best, second only to the club Marquee in the Cosmo, always has headliners.
Room smelled like marijuana at Encore (2/5) and had cleanliness issues at the Wynn Tower suites (4/5). Normally, the latter wouldn't be a big deal but considering the new "best in class" health safety, it was not comforting to find the belongings of the previous guest in the room)
Great service and really nice rooms. The Encore is way better than it needs to be for a Vegas hotel and I would 100% stay here again. It's a great place to stay in Vegas. I also like there are so many restaurants and high end stores all on site. I don't think I would leave the property if didn't have to...
I am in love with the encore and the services and the room and everything that it includes . Let me tell you we had the encore panaromic view suite on the 38th floor overlooking the strip - absolutely breathtaking . The room is exactly what my dream room looks like . The service is great where the customer is put first . From the time we walked in to when we walked out every second was commendable . A definite recommend when visiting Vegas . We will definitely be back .
Fantastic resort hotel! The spa is a must if you're going to stay here. All the lounges and bars are top-notch and the shops and atmosphere are excellently high-end.
The staff here are friendly and welcoming, but the security is not. As I was attending an event here recently I encountered rude service from the security. They were unprofessional and disrespectful in the manner that the spoke to me and my group I was with. I had a simple question, and in return I was yelled at by the security and not helped. I am disappointed in the service I received and will not be returning.
Had a wonderful week with my family, celebrating my twin sons' 21st birthday. The hotel grounds, staff, facilities and rooms are all fantastic. The Wynn resort is stunning - hope to return again in the future!
The Encore is a clean, modern resort. The pool areas were well maintained and waitresses were always checking on the guests. The room was luxurious and spacious.
For numerous reasons, I d really like to give Encore a 5-star review. The service, out of all the 5 hotels/resorts I ve stayed in the Las Vegas/Henderson area is definitely in the top-tier. The facilities are working just great. I d personally recommend their gym which could have been a little bit bigger but include every equipment I was looking for. That being said, there are a couple of incidents that sort of tainted the entire stay and that s why I give it a 3-star review:
(1) Upon making the reservation, I specifically asked for a room which is quieter but also has views. While the strip view is amazing, it is not quiet at all. I could stand the EDM/ dance music from the beach club until 3 AM but the fact I could hear a group of people from the fan system was really bothering to me. During the first night of our stay, starting from about 10 pm, I could clearly hear a group of people having party in our room, and I could hear every single word they were saying. I immediately called the front desk, and even went downstairs myself for this issue. It took them about 15 minutes in total to send the security to our room who ended up telling us those noises were coming from the fan system and they couldn t do anything about it. I can totally understand the noises may travel from the fan system but this two-night stay at Encore might be the worst of this type of situation I ve ever experienced;
(2) When I made the reservation on the phone, I specifically asked Ms. Cheryl that I d like a quiet room with decent views. Ms. Cheryl suggested back then that quieter rooms with good views are usually located on the higher floors and may be away from the elevators. That is actually fine with me. Upon checking, however, when I found out Room 24-28 is close to the elevator, I immediately raised a question to the lady who helped me check in asking if Floor 24 is high enough and isn t Room 24-28 too close to the elevators? The lady was like, that should still be fine. In the end, we heard people slamming on their doors as if the doors are made of heavy metal, from 10 pm to 8 am throughout the entire stay;
(3) The house making was great on the first/second day. On the date of checking out, around 12 pm, I heard someone knocking on the door and as I peaked it was the maid. I was half naked at the time so I immediately shouted behind the door saying I asked for a late checkout at 1 pm. And then, the maid started using her key trying to get in. I had to push back so hard and yelled even louder that Sorry ma am but I asked for a late checkout... ;
(4)I found some black stains;
(5) Upon checking out, I reported all these issues to the front desk. The lady handling the checkout immediately apologized and offered to refund the resort fees I paid upon checking in. It however took her about 15 minutes discussing with two other people regarding the nature of the 600 bucks in cash for the deposit purpose I paid upon checking in. While this is definitely a very minimal issue, I was more confused as to why it would take a three-person conference to discuss the nature of something with very clear explanations written next to it already.
Beautiful hotel, wonderful service and the rooms were amazing. We did not have one issue during our stay at Encore. We originally booked to stay at Wynn but were offered an update. The girl at the front desk was amazing. Answered all questions we had and offering water was a nice touch. Due to a recent car accident, I had slight issues carrying my bags. The staff there, without knowing this, opened the doors to and from the parking deck. The decorations were beautifully decorated. We would stay here again.
Beautiful, modern hotel. The design is incredible: elegant, modern, but with a whimsical touch. Everywhere you look is beautiful, from the ceilings to the floor, they really pay attention to detail. Our room on the 60th floor was beautiful, very spacious, lights, temperature, etc where controlled by a small screen on the bed side table is through Alexa. The restaurants in the hotel are beautiful and varied, and the show Le Reve in their theater is amazing. You won't need to leave this hotel.
When I spend weekends in Las Vegas, I always stay at this hotel. This hotel will make absolutely outstanding experience while you are staying in Vegas. Suites are amazing. I enjoy the beautiful view of golf course, built in the desert. I love spending time at the casino, most of the time I have a good luck there, so definitely I will keep choosing this hotel to stay.
Encore is by far the best resort to stay while in Las Vegas, whether on business or on vacation. You will encounter highest quality everywhere you go and will be met by a great service and attention to detail. Great gaming options, lots of great shops and the best restaurants in town make it hard to leave the property.
The Encore is always a very clean and welcoming environment. We went to the bar at Andres which has some great drinks. Then visited Encore Beach Club. The only downside was the line to get in took over 3 hours.
Love love love it.. spent our honeymoon weekend here. We always stay here or the Wynn. Sophisticated properties, beautifully appointed rooms and suites. Amazing to go to the XS nightclub to see the Chainsmokers then only have to stagger upstairs!
Encore has a very appealing blueprint. The way it's designed, I didn't want to leave the casino. Lots of entertainment, service is always around, would definitely visit again.
Very nice hotel. It's the smaller of the two casinos. The parking is $15 if you stay longer then 4 hours. We weren't happy with the fact that the Floor Manager had specifically said that it was paid for and covered and by the time we got to the machine nothing was taken care of and we were stuck with the Bill with no way of going back since we were at the exit. Nice casino just bad business when it comes to the parking.
We had an amazing visit here. Joel and Lindsey in guest relations very generously upgraded our room and made us feel so welcome! Our room had the best view of the strip, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I woke up thinking I was home in my own bed! The room is basically fully automated which was really cool and innovative. You can turn the lights on/off, play music, open/close the blinds, and adjust the thermostat with your voice or the tablet. We ate dinner at Lakeside, which was delicious. Our table was right outside so we got to enjoy the water show several times. Very memorable. Brunch at Jardin was also excellent - you must try the French toast! My best experience on the strip - wouldn t want to stay anywhere else after staying here!
Third time staying. Each time it become more like Luxor but at Wynn pricing. Clientele has changed, it's no longer one of the classier resorts. The linens feel like sandpaper, the drinks and food prices have increased about 15% and the payouts are minimal at best.
Top-notch Vegas experience. Staff is beyond helpful. Everything is clean and perfect. I recommend not trying to check in at noon as you will wait very long for a room that is not ready. One Insider trick is to book through American Express fine hotels and resorts which will get you a room upgrade and $80 a day in breakfast credit Plus$100 and Spa credit.
The service was excellent and the rooms are gorgeous and comfortable! Very nice hotel and restaurants! A lot of Las Vegas has gone down hill but the Wynn and Encor stood out!
Food, food humm. I enjoyed my small portion of meat, salad and desserts in a cozy place, The Cave. The service is incredible, the food is excellent and love the stores too. The show and the midnight glass of wine under the sky.
Very nice facility, very clean, not at all smokey in casino. Room was nicely done and bed very comfortable. Be careful with the mini bar, if you lift or remove something more than 30 seconds you will be charged a lot for the item and a massive re-stocking fee. I would recommend the Wynn/Encore and stay again.
From the moment we pulled up we were treated with smiles and complete professionalism. We stayed in the Jr suites on the 28th floor and the rooms are great! The tub in the bathroom is perfect for soaking and the body wash is a great addition . The turndown service is amazing! It's so nice to come back to a clean room after getting ready for the night to crash in the most comfortable bed, smooth sheets, pillows and comforter. The robes are totally yummy... Alexa controls the lights, drapes, music and a few other things. I ordered french fries and a Coke and they brought them up on a table with white linens, fork, knife and bucket of ice, the set up and pour service was super sweet The casino wasn't crowded at all. We gambled on the Wynn side and won!
