Pro: Encore was gorgeous! Easy, pleasant check-in, free room upgrade, room was amazing (aside from some stains on couch)!! Immaculately well kept property, and the Wynn is incredibly beautiful. Fantastic restaurants, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast Buffett options and quality are amazing!

Con: "Slot" machines were tight as a drum, very conservative. Stay included free buffett breakfast to be credited at checkout.Get there before 9:00 A.M. otherwise you'll probably wait for 40+ minutes to get seated. Decided to eat at Urth Cafe one day (excellent coffee and breakfast) and hoped buffett credit would go towards that. At check out was told that couldn't do that which was very disappointing and unnacceptable to me as customer. Will check out other properties next visit. If you're going to credit the account for buffett, why not credit the account for eating at another restaurant on property? Waiting for 30 minutes for a buffett is not for me.

One of the best Hotel in Las Vegas. This is a quieter and better sister of Wynn Hotel. The room are slightly bigger and nicer than Wynn. The restuarants and bars are great. Had great experience at this hotel

Came here for the Wynn poker series and was not disappointed. Very well organized and well run event. All the dealers were very good. Highly recommend their series.

This is the only place we stay when coming to Vegas! We go at least once a year and have never had a bad experience with the hotel or the staff! The rooms are large and so are the bathrooms, all rooms seem to have a good view.
We were disappointed in the Wynn's famous all you can eat restaurant. The past two times we came it wasn't as good as it use to be. But they do have several other very good restaurants to choose from and they have fabulous room service food!
We actually enjoyed our room service food better than some of the restaurants!
The only other thing we didn't like this time is that we always rent a car while we are there to travel in. I feel if your a staying guest with them you shouldn't be charged to park in the parking garage. I understand the reason for none guest. But when your spending the money we spend and to stay there, this should be free to your guest.

The hotel is amazing, but the Encore Beach Club really sucks. The price in the pool are absurd.

Great hotel if you drive. Parking is very close to the elevators so you don't have a long walk with your luggage. WATCH that they don't charge for Internet and the resort fee both. Quieter casino, we liked that.

Everything was great. Exceptional customer service from all the staff. Stayed in the panoramic king suite the room is spacious. The only recommendation is I wish the bed was more plush, It was too firm for me. The bed was not very comfortable. Overall good experience!

Surprisingly very nice! Had no idea what to expect but felt very 5 star to me. Except the price of the food! Sheesh! For those of us there for work you really know how to charge a heck of a lot and leave us with no per diem for food

Wynn Encore is a great place to stay in Vegas for tourists but also a great place for employment if you live in Vegas.

Would not hesitate to stay at Encore again. Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent customer service.

It is a nice hotel, but they charge you basically for everything, even for using the safe in your room, I think it is a little bit cheap, they even do that in the rooms at the suites tower. Definitely something that will never happen in DUBAI.

I was estatic to walk in and find my cordial welcome on the screen and find sooo many amenities. It was my first experience and far better than I expected. It even outshined the photos shown. I fell in love with the room instantly and knew right away I would come again same place. I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience with hotel and accommodations and professional decorum from top to bottom. You have the details of accommodations down to a science. You definitely work at being an excellent team.

I have stayed in this hotel twice. I love this hotel. The room is so wonderful. You can control the lights, drapes, temperature and etc.. all from the touch screen on the night table by the bed. The room service had some great food but i didn't like the chicken sandwich. You will spend close to 80-90 or more for two people on room service. The table games are mostly a minimum of 10 in the morning and at night 25/15. The slot machines you can see as low as 1 cent but maybe more for every spin. The housekeeping does do an amazing job cleaning the room. One time, they folded our clothes that were on the couch in the room. Overall, one of my favorite hotels.

The Wynn/Encore offers the absolute best possible experience one can have while staying in Las Vegas - their hotel rooms are unrivaled and no other property is as spotless and aesthetically tasteful.

The town needs the mafia back. Drink and cheap food and just plain gambling. Now it's an amusement park for the uninformed and pretend rich.

Great hotel. Nice modern rooms with a seperate seating area. Great clubs and restaurants. They charge extra for any small ask. Casino is nice, smaller vs. Wynn.

Always a great place to stay, the love location right across from the Fashion Show mall.

Drink at poolside bar had either no alcohol or under poured alcohol. For the price of the drink I would at least expect a shot of alcohol not less than such. Bartender was rude when asked about if alcohol was in it. Room was nice as was other staff but this bar experience was my last experience and left a bitter taste of being taken advantage of. Will not return.

Fantastic hotel in Las Vegas, not as busy as the other hotels with a more relaxed atmosphere. Amazing staff and good attitude with most of the dealers on the tables.

We went through the encore on the way to the buffet at the Wynn. Beautiful hotel and casino. Good staff and the food, as always was superb. Had 3 that had never been . All said the food was great. Will go again...after our stomachs shrink a bit.

The hotel is fantastic. Staff is very friendly.
Cigarette smoke is very prevalent in the lobby, and the casino floor!
Rooms are huge, very nice and clean.

Got a great deal from Wynn that comes with a free night in December and free buffet for 2 during our stay in July. Main takeaways?: Excellent service, quick check-in, and big, clean, and modern rooms. They also have an Amazon Echo in the room that takes voice commands to control music, drapes, lights, and other stuff in the room. Gym and pool are world class. We are continually impressed and will be sure to return to the Encore/Wynn in the future. It's our favorite hotel on the strip!

Loved it. Awesome view. Fantastic service. We got married and everyone was super nice. Highly recommend the salon. They did an amazing job on both my makeup and hair!

Room was really nice and contemporary. It was very spacious and clean. My only complaints were that the music from the club was really audible from the room (we were on the 20th floor), and the location is a bit further out from the rest of the key attractions in Vegas.

From check in to check out everything was excellent. Rooms are very modern with lots of perks. Very clean overall. I always keep the do not disturb on my hotel door. On day 2 of my stay the manager knocked and apologized for the inconvenience but stated she wanted to be sure everything was ok. I never thought about that so I was thankful she did. I HIGHLY recommend Encore. You won't be disappointed.

This place its Awesome! the rooms are VERY Modern. Alexa-controls-the room modern.

I really enjoyed the hotel, the room was amazing. The pool was fantastic. The only downside was if you are on the side that faces the strip, you are gonna hear the nightclubs bass until about 3am. This was on the 31st floor as well. I was told by another guest to stay on the other side of the hotel, and you don't hear the bass. Overall, would stay again.

Sinatras restaurant is on the pricey side but you do get what you pay for. Service was excellent.Thank you Chris. Food was cooked exactly as asked. My son who is a steak lover said best steak he has ever had. The tirimusu was best I have ever had.We left feeling special.I highly recommend.

I loved the designed and architectural structures they are still expanding.

Worst customer service. Bad attitude. Never gonna come back to this resort.

A little dated in feel, but it's where most of the important people are hiding during most of the big conferences.

This casino is pretty nice to play. Lots of cool things in the specific area. Near the beach club. Pretty cool

First time at Encore after staying exclusively at the Wynn. It's the same yet different at the same time. Maybe a bit more crowded. Rooms just as nice. Good food and bar options. Great service throughout the hotel.

I stayed here in August and was really impressed! They are doing a great job of cleaning and sanitizing (COVID) and I felt very safe the entire time. There are plastic barriers up on all the tables and the staff cleans them as soon as someone leaves. All the restaurants are open (though limited hours/days) and room service is also available. I went to properties and Encore and Wynn are doing a MUCH better job keeping things clean.

This place is a con.....be careful, what you book online is not what you get!!!! Don't accept upgrades, they lie....upgrade means "downgrade". Will never stay there again...good luck Winn / Encore!

Beautiful Hotel night clubs pool parties. The mall is across the street. It s worth the extra money to stay there.

Nice, spacious rooms. Beach Club is one of the best day clubs in town. Overall, a very good choice in a great location on the strip.

Our room on the 29 floors facing the strip give us a gorgeous view of last Vegas. Room service are amazing. Very responsive. The room is very modern fill with tech, everything can be controlled by the controller I. The middle of the room.

Pretty nice hotel right on the strip! Casino didn't feel too crowded and the pools outside we're nice. Just wish it wasn't so smokey inside.

The Encore at the Wynn is looking great! It's so clean and sanitized I'm feeling very safe here. It looks like more people are coming back with these new safety measures put into place to protect it's guests, the staff has done an excellent job. Every guests temperature is taken before entering and everyone is responsibly wearing a mask. Just love this place!

Have stayed in Vegas every year over the last 20 years and have sampled most of the major hotels. The Encore wins for service, facilities and location. Really enjoyed the Casino staff who had a good sense of humour. Other patrons were good fun to share tables with. Food was excellent and the pool and it's outlook were excellent. Rooms were a one average for the strip.

A wonderful visit! Incredible rooms, great food and excellent service.

Top notch experience every time we come here. Great service , very clean rooms and facilities throughout. Very nice and helpful staff no matter where you are at the resort. We come every year and every year it is consistent and we will be here next year as well.

This hotel is one of the finest places I have stayed.

The suites are enormous, with a separated sitting area, plentiful storage, a double-closet, and a luxurious bathroom. There are robes and slippers and complimentary chocolates at the turn-down.

The entire room (including the drapes) can be controlled via an in-room Alexa.

The staff is friendly and attentive.

It was only freaking awesome! From check in to check out, we were spoiled with luxury. The room was gorgeous. More than worth it.

The Wynn/Encore is amazing every single time. They exceed our expectations every time from the customer service that you receive at valet, during the check-in process, the restaurants, and even the housekeeping and staff you meet in the hallways. This hotel is our favorite in Vegas!

Amazing hotel. The rooms are terrific: Spacious, good views, and luxury. The gardens are very cool.

Encore/Wynn has the nicest rooms on the strip. They recently installed Alexa units in the rooms, so now the lighting, curtains, and music can be voice controlled. The Red Card players club is really good. i stopped by a several years ago while staying at the Aria and got a red card. Now I don't stay anywhere else. They have a few slot tournaments every year, that are fun to participate in.

Not aware of not having microwave or fridge in the room really inconvenient. The service was superb

We made a quick trip over to The Encore as part of a Christmas present for my sister-in-law and her husband. They hadn't spent time at the hotel and casino before and we thought the holiday decorations might be fun for them to see. The king view rooms were a real treat for them and they enjoyed the gaming and restaurants. My wife and I consider The Wynn & Encore as a great reward for behaving ourselves.

Exceptional comfort. Smart controls in the rooms. Beautiful views. Amazing spa and pool areas. The most luxurious Vegas hotel we have stayed in so far.

I think this is a gem people dont seem to know about. If you love your resort a little less crowded, this is your place...and yet it lives up to your expectations!

Lovely rooms and really nice decor. Service was generally acceptable, but I definitely wouldn't call it good. Casino / pool / food were all nice enough. Definitely better than my room at the Venetian - felt a lot more modern. If you're visiting and likely to be out of your hotel for a lot of the day, it's a lovely spot to come home to for dinner / a bit of a break.

Encore is not my favorite tower especially my room. For some reason we could hear XS until it close ar 4:30 AM which meant no sleep. The room was gorgeous and the bed is amazing. I only stay at Wynn when I visit 3 times a year and love everything Wynn.

The juice drink at the cafe outside Encore pool is worth the $15 especially if you have a hangover!!

My friend took us to the Eastside Dueling Piano Lounge. It was so nice and we had a great time. We requested several songs.

I Love Encore, I ve stayed in many places when visiting Las Vegas but Encore is by far my favorite. Can t wait to go back!

Very much a 5 star hotel and well worth it. The tower suites are beautiful and well appointed. The service is impeccable and you are pampered in every way.

They will valet at the suite tower entrance but not the normal entrance because of Covid . Terrible service. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

One of my favorite hotels on the strip. The smallest rooms are over 600 sq feet. The restaurants are all very good. Casino is clean and well ventilated for your non-smokers, such as myself.

Beautiful hotel but be aware of the long queue at the breakfast buffet. At least 50 waiting not so friendly for the residents that have prepaid for breakfast. Surprisingly you can see there are free tables but the queue is long and the process annoying slow.
We complaint to the manager but he said he can t do anything. You can pay $10 pp to skip the queue. This is Vegas!

Elegant hotel, clean and safe, very attractive offer daily brunch for 2 people in the Buffet. The attention of the staff was extremely friendly, they make you feel that you are at home.
Highly recommended, we will be back soon.!!

Delisious....crab legs, sushi, muscles, oysters prime rib, Tomahawk Steak....it was great and the desserts were amazing too!
