Wynn and Encore are by far the best resorts on the Strip. I will come back for sure and stay every time I am in Vegas! Great staff, and beautiful installations. Just Love it!

As always, the Encore was top notch. Excellent service and a great deal on my suite. Will definitely be back.

I visited XS many times and it is always an enjoyable time!! The club is bigger than most clubs and the outside area is amazing during the hot, summer days. XS night swim are one of my favorite events at this club so I highly recommend it!

Excellent upscale resort in the middle of the strip. Love the automation in the rooms for the lighting, drapes and sound.

Fabulous room, fabulous bars, fabulous casino's. Cannot wait to stay here again!

The rooms and the decor at the Wynn and the Encore are a class above the other upscale casinos in this area. I booked through Amex Fine Hotels and got an upgraded room (not sure what the upgrade was but I was not looking at the strip) with breakfast and spa credit included. They are flexible with breakfast options (unlike the Palazzo). I tried the country club and thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the view. The spa Credit that Amex provides will cover maybe a quarter to a third of most treatments the spa offers. You can get a manicure, pedicure or hair treatments at the barber shop within that budget if you are not inclined to pampering and pricey spa treatments.

Above average service quality, clean rooms, good food

Everyone is so pleasant. Very sanitary. Feel safe and relaxed here. Loovvvveee this place. Rooms are AMAZING. DEFINITELY, recommend this place.

With all of the glory of the Encore we ended up with a poor experience. They forgot to send us an SMS for check in, didn't clean the room (that's pretty basic no?) even after we asked twice and the service only offered a cleaning fee refund.. Seriously Encore you should make your guests feel welcomed not cash cows..

Great night club! Rooms are super nice. It's on the edge of the strip, so be ready to walk.

Nice room but, thin walls, I could hear clearly a couple next to my room talking and also "doing other things".
I wish they cleaned the trash bin before I got to the room.
Management needs to communicate to guests which days they close the pool and what alternatives there are (if any).

I really enjoyed the encore the lay out is well done. The butterfly red theme art is really nice work.. the cocktail service by the roulette games where absolute fabulous they are friendly and on point. Dont forget to tip your server. i will be back

The floors weren't clean. We were charged $350 for the minibar that we didn't use, except for 1 bottle of water ($10). Because we moved the liquor to put a bottle of water in the fridge, they charged us for every bottle we touched and stole our water that we put in the fridge. So I used 1 of their same size bottles of water that they took from our room and they charged us for it. Great concept, steal your personal belongings so they can charge you for theirs at 4 times the amount. As you can guess, we won't have to worry about it ever again. There's plenty of places to stay in Las Vegas, we will choose some place else.

The hotel is really good, the rooms are all modern especially for a hotel that is as old as this one is, they really keep it up. We got a deal when we made reservations (upgrade to Tower Suite), with that comes extra perks, like special valet parking, guess entry in restaurants lines) those alone are great but the actual room is also and upgrade.
Love this place i plan on going back a lot.

From the moment we stepped through the doors we were treated with the utmost respect. Our room was absolutely flawless. The restaurants which we visited were very good.. The pool facilities where absolutely beautiful. The hotel itself, the shoppes, the theaters everything was so incredibly beautiful!

One of the best hotel resort experiences I've experienced in Vegas. Reminds me of Ceasars when it first opened back in the day. I love the attention to detail and whimsical feel of the property. It's without a doubt the best place to play in Las Vegas

Encore is a very nice hotel. The decor and theme of the place is lavish as Las Vegas hotels tend to be. There are lots of shops and restaurants and cafes to spend time at. The rooms themselves are very cool as well.

Another perfect stay at the Encore! If you are looking for a hotel at the top of it's game this is the one for you. The attention to every tiny detail makes The Encore Tower Suites the standard for excellence and elegance. Our turn down was perfection. The bed was perfect with crisp and perfectly aligned comforter and sheets, and the pillows cases ironed and lined up with an artist's eye. Our crystal sparkled, and our toiletries (left on the bathroom counter in chaos in our hurry to leave the room) were set out in elegant fashion on artfully placed towels when we returned. It was noted that our Shower Gel in the shower was low and two more were waiting for us without having to request them. Our coats were hung up and our shoes set in a pretty row. Coasters were placed under new bottles of water on our nightstands and when it was noted we took the tissue box from the bathroom to set on one of our night stands we got one for the nightstand and one for the bathroom. Such observation of our needs and swift action to bring us ultimate comfort was greatly appreciated every minute we were in our room. Also, on our first night (Monday November 25th) a young lady brought up the ice we requested and stayed to set up and serve our cocktails. From that moment on we felt completely pampered. I wish I had gotten her name, and the name of our housekeeper because they are the reason we prefer the Encore to every hotel we have EVER been in...and we have traveled extensively all over the world. Our stay was perfect...from the fantastic service of the bellmen upon our arrival, to the front desk staff that went out of their way to make us happy including escorting us to the elevator even though we have stayed before and knew where it was...so many little touches that mean so much. The Encore Tower Suites are what make traveling to Las Vegas a pure joy.

I was a little hesitant do to the Pandemic but made the trip on 9/11. Encore you are Awesome! All safety measures are in place including temperature checks and made me feel at ease. Did not see anyone without a mask staff or guess. Super clean and sanitized including you public restroom. Super helpful restroom attended Marina or Maritza that place was impeccable. Will be returning. Thank you and keep it up!

A very nice and pretty hotel, the rooms are nice with great amenities. The Housekeeping, Lost & Found and Management could use some help.

One of the most beautiful hotels on the strip... Rooms are amazing with great mood lighting. There is a Asian vibe to the entire premises. Room service is expensive but top notch, I was actually blown away at the experience and quality of the food. SW steakhouse is killer as well. I will stay at this resort again soon!!

We went to The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas. There were lots of fine selections of food, and they have a lot of dessert selections. Be prepared for a long line to get in to the buffet area though.

My first time here was great! They make it difficult for unwanted guest to walk around the hotel. I like the "present key" to access elevators for you to get to your room. Peace of mind.

The sister property to The Wynn, the styling and class of this place is top notch. Terrific clubs and dining.

Nice resort. Visited for a stag party of 19. Plenty to do and excellent location. Excellent staff. Big spacious rooms. Amazing pool. Would definitely stay again at this hotel. 4 stars due to price - however, competitive with most large resorts of similar nature in vegas.

Dealers were very friendly. Quieter atmosphere than other casinos with less smoke. By far the most enjoyable place during our weekend.

This hotel is amazing. It was way better than I expected. We had a King Room with a Panoramic view. The view of the city was amazing. The room was cleaned to perfection. Turn down service was consistent. We received a $50 breakfast voucher that we used at the Beautiful Wynn Buffet. The concierge service was the best. Damian went above and beyond to assist us multiple times. The car service ordered was the best ask for a driver named Glenn.

Rooms are very nice, now incorporate smart speaker, lighting, etc. Concierge is very helpful, was able to book priority tickets to XS and see resident DJs Chainsmokers with ease. Casino staff is also very helpful. They are willing to teach if you don't know how to play. Just be weary of the players

So clean! We didn't stay at this hotel but we visited because of a reservation. We enjoyed the UEFA Championship game at the Wynn first, then we head out to play craps at the Encore. I'd definitely stay here next time because of the beautiful masonry, the cleanliness, and the attentiveness of the staff.

Amazing rooms.....Great restaurants and shopping...ideal location...

A virtual city inside a building. Everything about this place was absolutely magnificent. Every customer here is treated like royalty and ever since leaving I have dreams of returning here. I stayed here two weeks and the place started to feel like a real home away from home to me. The food, pool, rooms, .... just everything was above and beyond expectation here. A real paradise.

Spent three nights in a suite at the Encore and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The service was excellent from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. The staff always knew our names and were attentive to our every need. I intend to be a repeat customer and to send all of my friends there when they are looking for a hotel in Vegas.

The room was nice and spacious. Enjoyed the bath. We didn't do much in the rest of the hotel but where we did go stunk so badly of cigarettes that we could stay. The buffet was very expensive for the quality. I don't think we would stay again.

The Encore and Wynn simply do everything better than most when it comes to luxury accommodations. Everything was perfect at such a critical time. I spent my mini-moon here and we will visit this resort once a year now to celebrate our love.

Luxurious feel and a brand new resort. The rooms are clean and hotel amenities are top notch. I really enjoyed the restaurants in the resort too and Wazuzu amongst them was my favorite. I would definitely recommend it.

The Encore is the only place we stay in Vegas. The lobby is beautiful with all the fresh flowers, the rooms are very spacious and you have Alexa at your command. The staff is also very friendly. I would highly recommend the Encore!!!

We had a room set at the Wynn but ended up upgrading to a room at the encore. Free drinks if your gambling. restaurant were very expensive and only about 2 are open after 10 ish.

Loved the experience at the Encore. I was happy that the staff ensured mask wear worn properly. Other Casino did not seem to care as much. Highly recommend a visit to relax.

Classy place. Great ambiance. Food in all eatery's is superb.

Great customer service but rooms were not ready until after 7pm. That is an issue.

The guest rooms acoustic is very bad considering the Disco-Bar and loud Bans with their base sound that we ear until 3 o'clock in the morning.
Everything else is 10/10.

The Encore hotel experience was great! ...respectful high quality staff, above average accommodation, clean facility as a whole, and a great room service (breakfast). We will be back.

I went for a poker tournament. The rooms are nice, and the poker room is the nicest and best run poker room in LV

The Encore/Wynn is an amazing Hotel. They spared no expense in the design and the little amenities. It is perfectly located at the end of the strip so you access to everything around. The service in the hotel was second to none. Always greeted with a friendly face and never saw an employee in a bad mood. I would highly recommend staying at either of these hotels if you can afford it. It can be pricey, but worth the experience.

Beautiful Hotel, wonderful staff and fantastic vibe.

Each access to everything at the resort. Great room. Electronic controls to the room. Only downside was the fridge was full of stuff you need to pay for instead of space to use.

The brightest and the most lively decor and colors in Vegas. Uniquely created butterflies on the carpets, ceilings and mosaic are incredible!! With the carousel made out of flowers, it is whimsical in some ways. Really nice place for couples.. Very high end, well maintained, top notch service.. And the restaurants are outstanding!! Shout out to Lexi from Sales.. Amazing service and great hospitality!!

Encore is my new favorite Hotel in Las Vegas, from the rooms ,the restaurants, bars, tables it's a top notch resort. You never have to leave the place it's all there.

They don t vet their employees or aren t training them properly. (From security to their food handlers) There was an entire incident where the security accused me of stealing a wheelchair. Security ended up having extra training. During my most recent stay my friends got food poisoning from their buffet and their investigation conveniently determined that it wasn t their fault. No accountability these days..

Wazuzu is a must do! They have plenty more options than sushi and noodles. Excellent food and service.

The hotel is really nice, location is not great. If you gamble and want to drink, could take up to 30 mins to someone to look at you.

Visited the Wynn / Encore for the first time in December. We are regular visitors to Vegas multiple times a year. The Encore is a step above all the other properties we have stayed. The staff is especially responsive and friendly for Vegas. Food is excellent, we are not buffet people but we tried it and it ws a very pleasant surprise of gourmet food throughout. As with other luxury destinations the price matches the service and quality.

The hotel is gorgeous, the attention to detail in the interior design is impeccable. However, I would give 4/5 stars because the rooms are not spotless. There were a number of spots that could have been cleaned with more detail. Like crumbs on the chair, lint on the couch, dust under the TV wall, a random hair in the bathtub, and a remote control in the bathroom that looked like it hadn t been wiped down since the hotel first opened. Disappointing for a 5 star hotel. But, the room itself is as gorgeous as the rest of the hotel and very technologically advanced, though the touch screens are a little dated. Also, the Mountain View room isn t as great since it mostly overlooks an underdeveloped portion of the strip, go for a panoramic view or a strip view room. The service was excellent though from the bell staff, front desk , housekeeping, security, etc. everyone truly enjoys working there and are very happy and pleasant people. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, or the Wynn if you plan on staying in Vegas

Visited the spa; wonderful experience. Had never been to one before and the staff was all welcoming and made sure I didn't feel awkward. The interior of the spa is utterly gorgeous and I left my massage feeling like a limp noodle in the best way. Highly recommend.
