Dirty room, terrible extra bed, dirty armchairs, horrible bathroom smelled like urine, I do not recommend it, very bad for what they charge

High quality old fashioned hotel in central Delhi. Great facilities and fair prices for travellers.

Hotel is good place. The restaurant offers decent variety in Breakfast. The room service is also punctual and quality. Overall, it delivered value for money through comfortable services.

The taxi service really rescured me while the designated car failed to take me to airport. The Hotel operates a Taxi Service which is worthy one. It was a nice looking clean AC small car that took me to the Airport Terminal 1D driven by a well dressed driver. It charged me Rs.600/- which appeared to be reasonable.

NEAT, COMFORT AND AFFORDABLE, A place where one wish to stay again and again. It's staff and location Plus Plus. Wifi charges looks funny, but as we say "Chalta hai yaar".

Central location, with friendly staff. The gym is a bit dated . And it doesn t operate 24 hours like other hotels here. It has a spa, and a big souvenir shop . The rooms are colourful, but a bit dated . But we picked it for location .

Super hotel and very helpful staff. They were access to Hotel Doctor within seconds. He was online, prescribed and the medicines were hotel was able to arrange to buy them. Absolutely fantastic service. Very courteous housekeeping staff and helpful. Very centrally located.

Average hotel .. Stay only if you want to live near CP or else avoid.

Worth money, but Ambience outside of the hotel is not attractive, however from inside it's quite good.

Impossible to sleep before 24:00 because of weekend parties ... They tell 23:00 but it continues over 1-2 hours....

The hotel is centrally located and has huge spaces. Also, I love the spa there.

Nice clean place with decent buffet. Cut us off the wifi straight away and had a very business feel to it (perfect place for a business holiday)

Didn't live here. But the staff was very kind and gave us free WiFi for 20 min. Will choose this hotel in the future if I come across. You are good people!

Not good...
Poor service, poor breakfast.
Maybe found 1 or 2 friendly personnel, but the rest are really grumpy and dismissive.
Rooms seem clean and nice, but if you look closely to the details, you will notice the cheap materials, stains, cracks and rust, poor quality of almost everything.
Called reception several times. After 10pm no one answered my call! A/C console super dusty. Imagine the air people breath in the room.
Breakfast was very poor (in european standards), typical indian. Probably much attractive for locals.
The view from the room...well...depressing, to say the least.
Some platforms claim this hotel to be a 5 stars. Reality, not even 3.
Probably a best choice for quick business trips, in and out, if you just need a place to crash at night.

Nice location and a very attentive staff. One should try the Japanese restaurant 'Sakura' which is one of the best places for Japanese cuisine in the City.

A single screen theatre. No place to sit or wait while waiting for a show to finish. To chaotic.

This place has excellent food and the ambience is quietly elegant. Omveer served is and he gave us some relevant tips on the menu, was an unending source of smiles, and helpful.

The Metropolitan Hotel is a five star hotel on Bangla Sahib road. Hotel is very exclusive and inexpensive. Pool inside with the capacity of near about 100 people's sitting. Inside hotel there is very good restaurant and a store for exclusive items. You will receive a veey warm welcome there with valet parking . I got a very good experience there so want to visit again.

We stayed here few years back and I must say, it was outstanding. The service was spot on, staff were so polite and we were treated like royalty. Staff assured family and I were well looked after. Our stay was extremely pleasant. Food and room top rated. Thank you.

Cab facility to Gurugram unavailable....also the attendants were bit disrespectful

We chose this hotel after I really enjoyed coming to the Tel Aviv branch with a group. And the hotel did not disappoint.

This is the first place we have reached in India, and it is with the thought that if you are already coming with a 4 year old girl to India, the landing should be soft.

and so it was. The place was a refuge for us from the noise and dirt of the streets of Delhi, the surrounding neighborhood is quite cute and pleasant to walk around. The staff at the place are very friendly and I had fun going with my daughter to their pool
