Its a really nice hotel.. its stuff are so good... And price is not so high.. food quality also good.. i like this hotel.. its really a great hotel...

A 5* Hotel clean and ideally located to discover Delhi 3km from New Delhi railway stn same from Connaught Place 800mts from Bangla Sahib Gurdwara.

Horrible room designed, old way of thought. The feel of the room is a three star hotel. Not worth the money spent. Not coming back

Rooms are smallish but very nice, facilities are good. Where this place needs to improve is in its food and service. An average buffet dinner is over 2200 rupees (US$50), dinner in the Japanese restaurant will set you back over $100 a head, and a 7/10 Indian meal will cost you $40. Not bad if you dine in the West, but exorbitant by local standards unless the fare is top notch, which it isn't. Also, the empty spa may be so because prices are 5x the cost compared with nice places outside.

Breakfast was poor. Overcooked eggs (multiple times) filter coffee served up claiming it's espresso, toaster only works one side, bacon like pieces of cold melted Tupperware ... fruit on offer was hard papaya, rockmelon, watermelon.

Not good enough.

Rude staff reception guy at night very rude. Food is below average. Bournvita milk was just water. Small rooms. Definitely not worth calling it a 5star hotel. Not recommended at all

Nice ambience. Good staff. Tasty breakfast with wide range of dishes. However Mughalai cuisine at dinner was not so good.

Very nice centrally located hotel to stay.Having variety of food in Buffet.Not having traffic congestion around.

Good rooms and a good breakfast spread. Only be careful about the room charges. If room rent above 7500, 28% tax and below that 18%. I had booked for 2 nights @around 14k+. While booking they do not give the breakup of room rents per day and only mention taxes extra. For 1 day i was charged 7600+ and 2nd day 6900+!!! I dont know why they do this. Only for this sleight of hand 3 stars rating.

Very good and really luxurious hotel complex. Location is in the heart of city, one can visit Banglasaheb Gurudwara easily from here.

The hotel is located in close proximity to public transport like the metro and airport express line. The rooms are great. They're well furnished and modern. The food is great!!

A very good western standard hotel. Absolutely friendly staff. In addition, women are employed here and not just this hideous permanent male economy everywhere

Sarvan Safari - We have come here multiple times due to the ambience - not too noisy. Food is tasty and have a variety for Indian and Chinese dishes, the servers are respectful. The good thing is that the food is fresh, it takes time to serve since they don't have things already prepared. Toilets are clean with scope of further improvement.

Very good hotel in the heart of Delhi - Near Janpath & Bangla Sahib Dargah! Superb ambience & comforyable rooms. Food spread in breakfast too is very good!

Great team work and outstanding training of employees. Ultimately unmatchable, sales head Kakoli Banerjee is a great human being and a top class professional. You will not find iota of problem due to Kakoli.

On arrival door staff didn't help with bags. They were told off for that by their manager and then helped. At check in staff tried to up the price of the room and gave a flimsy excuse about the pricing rising since the booking. If you book a room at a price it's that price that you pay, not what they decide when you arrive! They then tried to give us a room different to what was booked with stained carpets and a cracked door as if someone had tried to force entry. Eventually they conceded that this wasn't the right room and put us in a proper one. Not what you need after a long flight.
The restaurant was really average for India where you can get some amazing food. Would not return.

Pretty dated place. The passage had room service food kept outside. Looks more like a 3.5/4 star hotel and not a 5 star that it claims to be

We liked our stay in this hotel very much even though we could not enjoy the spa and other facilities much. Liked the ambience very much. The restaurant was very good with nice buffet for both dinner and breakfast. Even Ala-carte dishes were very good. Friendly staff and service.

Very close to Connaught Place . Railway station and Airport are not very far. Good food, comfortable rooms, well mannered staff.
