Very good hotel, but it is absurd that they charge the Internet, it is also expensive and the staff at all times expect you to tip for everything.

Lovely hotel, very clean and cim room, friendly staff however service can be a bit slow but on the whole spot on. Security very good.

An excellent place to stay with a swimming pool and spa..a rating of 4 is given as a minor operation required as it is a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to every major thing and still on the quite street. The room was good. The desk and service staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent. I enjoyed my stay.

I wont call this hotel a 5 star hotel. Rooms are fine, staff is nice but the food is exorbitantly priced and so is the business center. I booked a conference room but had to pay additional 2000 for the projector. Wifi just sucks

One of the premium and best Hotel and Spa when it comes to pamper yourself or spend some leisure time with your loved ones. The staff here is very cooperative. I love their spa and I am a regular visitor there.. They also offer variety of cuisine and its a must try for all the food lovers.

The Zing restaurant is a cosy, quiet, and friendly place to visit for food and is open 24x7. Food is good and their bakery has a good variety. Centrally located and valet parking is also available.

Good place with courteous staff and great ambience. The buffet spread is a little sparse. The omelette was a little too dry for me but the food was otherwise nice.

Not a 5 star category at all.. the staff is rude especially the in room dining supervisor AJAYDEEP . Rude and over smart.. food is not up to the mark.. would never stay again nor recommend.

The lobby was quite intricate. It was very welcoming. The staff are good and helpful. The Rooms are clean but sometimes it takes time to get them cleaned.

Ordered a focaccia bread from the pastry shop at Metropolitan Hotel and was shocked to see they had given me a bread fully infested with fungus. It is very disappointing to see how the staff is careless enough not to perform any quality checks and give rotten food to customers.

It was a good experience for us but the I observed that concierges treated some people according to their status.
