Wow. Good. Service is expensive. Did not like the security system. They did full security check when we checked In, but.no security check when we returned from Agra next day. May be as we had some white people in the group. But grow up man, there are many white terrorists in this current world. Do the check always.

Absolute value of money against room, facilities, service and food.

Very close or walking distance to Shivaji Stadium metro station. This place is well maintained and staff is making sure that you are having good time.

Pretty large swimming pool and sitting at the sides make it more interesting.

Breakfast is also nice.

Good Hotel staff is courteous and fine, front desk is little confused at times otherwise it's a Good Hotel and have good facilities, good Ambience they need to improve on the sitting area near front desk it seems they don't want the guest to be comfortable since the sitting area is like benches on a bus stop.

Comfortable stay in Delhi. Peaceful atmosphere and a lot of staff around. Quite impersonal but is probably to be expected in a city like this. Rooms are spacious and clean, pleasant beds. I was not so amused with service of the travel desk. Inquired about a Taj mahal day tour for 2 people and they gave me a price of 19500 rupees. I declined this offer as it was too much outside of our budget. She then asked what budget I had in mind, and after I told her she dropped the price to 10500 rupees. I informed about the difference between the 1st and 2nd offer and she replied that the car would be smaller, not a 5 seater as the 1st offer would be. This seemed not transparent to me and I already told her that it was just the 2 of us beforehand! I really didnt like her approach and this is not how you "help" your guests out with planning a tour. Decided to go for an entire different company to organize the Taj mahal trip. Also.. charging your guests 50 rupees for 1 printed page in black/white is insane for a 5 star accommodation. Breakfast filter coffee was awful so make sure you order espresso separately.

Found a variety in food and the rates were affordable too. Food was just great. The price of room was decent and was a great option to go with such a luxry. Great staff. Over all 5 star cause it was the best i can get. Thanx again in to metropolitan hotel for making my stay great and big thanx to santram holidays for suggesting such a place.

Outdated facilities. 5 star hotel without proper elevator card security or hair conditioner?? Service was lacking. Air condition in room directly blasts into pillow area of bed/onto my head while sleeping. Rooms were humid and musky. Good location.

Did not meet the expectations of a 5 star hotel. Hotel staff during breakfast were very annoying. The hotel claims to be 5 star but provides very limited options for breakfast items. For example you have to pick either fruit or juice. Moreover, the wait time during breakfast was minimum 15 - 20 minutes. Had there been a buffet like other hotels, it would have been nice.

Had a very wonderful experience in this Hotel during receiving to the end of stay. Ravi kumar and Deepak Singh from the baggage desk were very helpful, friendly, they helped us in advising us to many places in New Delhi. Both of them were one of the best hotel staffs ive met. World class. Rupchand from.housekeeping ensured the room was in its best condition. Overall its one of the best Hotels ive been around. I do travel around the world. From the bell boy, front desk, baggage desk, zing restaurant, hotel taxi driver. All of them made our stay pleasant. Will surely book this hotel when I am in New Delhi. Keep it up MET.

Too much costly. Facility is not equal to as they charged to people. Swimming pool facility can not ne taken if you have not your own swimming costume. How can this possible when anyone kanon tour have a swimming costume. As per my view people should not go there.

Loved the vibe of this place with young to middle aged staff, excellent restaurant service(the chutney bar), though it's overtly expensive ( I landed up paying 5700 INR for one aloogobi, four naans, one soup and three mojitos.) . Overall, very strategically located and well maintained. Excellent breakfast spread. Had a different variety every morning.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel experience. The hotel is giving a 1 mb internet cheap connection, this is as same as roadside hotel. Please don't plan to stay over here , if you are planning to work remotely one here. No point of charging so high price or claim yourself as upscale hotel if the mobile internet is more faster then then your WiFi.

It is a perfectly fine hotel with amenities, great hygiene and very friendly staff. If you don't care about cost and just want a fancy hotel, then this is a great place.

For me, money is a concern and I think this place costs way too much money for what they offer and their amenities are hugely inflated. They sell desserts for Rs 750 at the hotel, but you can literally walk two minutes from the hotel to the sweet shops and buy the same dessert at Bangla Sweet House or one of the other four sweet shops in the corner for Rs 75 (you could even splurge and get it delivered for Rs 100). The hotel sells scarves for Rs 13500 that you can buy at Dilli Haat (INA Market) for Rs 700. They offer massages at their spa for Rs 13000 that you can go a few blocks to get for Rs 3500 at Blue Terra spa (there might even be cheaper places, but I tried Blue Terra and loved it!).

Also, do yourself a favor and just use Uber, the auto-rickshaws can be a hassle since their real business model is to take you to these tourist emporiums.

Visited sakura at the metropolitan - while the sushi was good - the mains were nothing to write home about. Frankly was a little disappointed with the place. Did not live up to the best japanese restaurant tag which it once had......those days are long gone.

Hated it The staff is too very rude When we called for the reservations the front desk manipulated us saying the extra tax put in the bookings is all included but later on found that was a lie wherein we could have got a better place for the same price No way will I ever recommend this place to anyone Very snob and bad staff
