Metropolitan is rated as a five star hotel however it is good to term it as a premium four star hotel. The hotel is centrally located hence quite accessible from all parts of the city. The basic amenities are good, rooms are small and cute and provides the comfort. The upkeep is also almost up to the mark, food it also nice, fresh with good Indian cuisines. The restaurants offer the variety in terms of choices of the cuisine. All in all a good experience but there's much more that you'd desire from a five star, which is more of an experience and the overall look and feel.

Impeccable hotel for travelers that need to clean up every few days. Only issue that I had was that my luggage was left unattended in luggage room. No one seemed to know where the attendant was. Review your bill upon checking out quite carefully, especially dates of checking in and out. Be stingy with sharing your credit card. I was there for only two nights but they charged four nights. Went there two months ago and still have a dispute with them today.

Good ambiance and good business and leasure hotel in Delhi

Service is good. Staffs are maintaining distance due to covid. Nd also very neat nd clean they are. Hotel is beautiful. The flower decoration of my sister mrg was awesome. Nd the food quality was the best.

Good hotel, great location in Delhi. The downstairs restaurant serves a great selection for breakfastin the morning, and it's different everyday. I visited the spa for a top to toe treatment of a scrub, massage and sirdhara which was amazing.The ladies really looked after me in there. I booked a day trip to Jaipur with the travel desk all quite last minute. The hotel is classed as a 4 star hotel, I wouldn't consider it to be a 4 star hotel however. The decor feels a little shabby and could do with an update. I got upgraded to an executive room which was great. The Wi-Fi was not that great when I was there in September, this is rubbish as it becomes difficult to keep contact with people. Especially as you can't obtain an Indian sim unless you're a Indian citizen.
I feel like The Lalit not too far away, is much better at the same price.
Still it's a comfortable hotel with lovely people.

This is a really Luxury hotel at the best prices. The view from some rooms is very good. Swimming pool is also available. Its a popular hotel in this area. They provide good hospitality. It is easily visible from the main road.

The hotel is very good location. The room are spacious and the staff are friendly. Enjoyed my stay.

Security is perfect. Air conditioning and staff are also friendly, and it's an oasis when you get tired in Delhi. Japan in Delhi.

For five stars, the service is also subtle and it is subtle that it costs about 10% of the accommodation fee with the Wi-Fi fee. I felt that the hotel is lacking

It was a very good experience. The room was spacious, and the services were good. The room controls are compact and easy to comprehend, and lunch or dinner services are prompt. Slightly overpriced, but the service overall is satisfactory. Definitely recommend for someone looking for a comfortable stay for some days.

Nice place well maintain. Food is average for banquet party with limited option. Should improvement in washroom area it is very congested. Staff is well cooperative.

I agree, no 5 Star house. Everything is a little worn down. We had fungi in the shower and the room was really humid but the AC didn't help. WiFi is only free on 2 devices per room everything else is charged extra. Spa area is nice though.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were lovely and the service was exceptional and very helpful. Definitely stay here again. Breakfast buffet was huge, fresh and well maintained. Very good.

Good hotel but staff should be trained to speak in English. It feels odd if the front office person talks about you, when we are present there, in singular! Keep vernacular at home. Hindi is not the national language.

Pseudo 5 star rated Hotel, which is evident from the waiting area at the reception. Super uncomfortable for anybody who would be waiting for more than 5 minutes.

I'm not aware about the cost because I've visited the place for a interview but what I observe is quite good.
And the staff is very active and good looking also!

We stayed only one night in the hotel and we were REALLY disappointed! the service was very average and the rooms and facilities haven't been updated since years. We had a broken toilet, broken lounge and the service desk said it was too late to do anything for us, all this because we paid in advance! DONT PAY UNTIL CHECKOUT! Concerning the spa, public swimming pools have better hygiene! Have a look to the pictures to get your own idea... Hostel service with 5* pricetags

Good hotel..good and gentle staff.I had a one day meeting in this hotel.Food was also tasty.I relished the desert that was kulfi and gajar ka halwa after the main course.Hotel's location is also very good.It's very near to Rajeev chowk metro station.
