Nice Hotal & Spa @ heart of CP .very nice hotel I attanded a company metting there and enjoyed.

Hotel is not that good to be called a five star. The rooms are ol but not value for the money that you paid. Food is way to exorbitant and portion size is really small. We sat in zing restaurant for lunch and there were flies in the cafe which kept bothering us, dancing on the plates and even taking swin in the water glass. After informing the staff it took around 15 minutes for staff to move us to the restaurant. It took amost half an for the retaurant to serve us food. So not really up to the mark for paying 11000 per room night.

No nonsense hotel, still preserving bits of Japanese culture !!!

Sitting in the lobby is very uncomfortable & shabby, you should put some nice comfortable furniture with some good decorations.

Good hotel. All the facilities are there. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Breakfast was good too. Specially the location of the hotel is best part as it is in central delhi

Always mesmerising to be here. lovely buffet breakfast with tons of varieties. excellent staff and housekeeping. food rates are high but thats worth only because of 5 star. its like worth of paying for which you are getting all your services well managed.. excellent pool, view and location, just beside connaught place. near to raja bazar or bangla saheb or kali mandir gole market or bangla food.. outsanding hospitality. room service and room size are great. the only worry is about tv. no hd channels or very limited no of channels..

Hotel says 5 star its nothing like a 5 star. The rooms stick so bad. And beds and sofa are so dirty and outdated shower are dirty and disgusting i barly stayed one night there i made reservations for 5 days reading the other review but its stinks.

It's not a 5 star property for sure. It's a decent 4 star hotel close to CP. Rooms are good and staff is helpful. Food quality is average. Overall an okay experience in the hotel.

Loved the Hotel and its staff especially Shurabh the manager and Manoj in housekeeping. Nothing was a bother for them and Shurabh went out of his way to accommodate us especially on our last day as we had a really late flight out of Delhi. He provided us with a spa and lobby area to relax and also organised a late check out. He did whatever he could to make our stay a pleasant one after our nasty experience with the travel agent. aAcake was even provided by the hotel for my husband's birthday (a great surprise). Would be using this hotel for future visits to Dehli

Spacious hotel, comfortable rooms, good food, prompt service.

Good clean hotel, rooms were small in size. The restaurant CHUTNEY was great. Still remember the service and the taste of food and the variety of Chutnies served with the food.

Attended a conference at this place. They have good meeting rooms. Hotel is in a very central location.

This place is good for family ....nd also Visiting for lunch nd dinner purpose with ur family ....
But this HOTEL IS CLOSED THAT TIME OF COVID....

I stayed there for one day. The place was hygienic, with strict covid realated safety. But the place don't worth amount I paid. Given that it's a 5 star property, the basic amenities were also not upto the mark. For example the sofa in the room had stain marks. The shower head was broken. There were marks on bedsheets and headrest. In the same amount you can book other hotels like The Park which is near to this place.

Good hotel, nice and central location and very friendly staff. Rooms are a bit dated but in a good state. Would recommend this hotel as a good functional place to stay if balancing work and sightseeing. Resident bar in the hotel also very friendly and welcoming.

The property is fabulous and the staff is prompt and courteous, a great place to stay in the heart of delhi. Foid choice is great here too. Two award winning restaurants on the premises with some outstanding Japanese and Indian food. The pool area is good too

Very well maintained by staff, clean and green area, located in Gole market area, nearby place Bangla Sahib Gurudwara, Connaught place, pharganj, new Delhi railway station.
