Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. To make a mistake, the cafeteria was not open on the morning of the half marathon, and having not hired the breakfast service, I had to find a coffee shop where there was only buffet service, and it was 7:00 a.m. the morning. I was not the only runner that happened to him. But otherwise great and I will repeat for sure.

Comfortable hotel with an amazing breakfast. For a 4 star hotel there are some things that need attention. Aside from a general paint job and upgrade, the shower in the bath concept is outdated. Not to mention that the shower water sprays everywhere and floods the floor. The bed was amazing and very comfortable. The light switches are located a little far away from the bed, which require sitting up and stretching to switch the lights on or off. You can't go wrong with the awesome breakfast spread offering everything from hot and cold, fruit and cereal, with champagne and wine on offer to. Excellent value for money!

I have always liked it, it has everything and if you compare it with other 4 star hotels, it definitely gives you a review. The breakfast is exceptional and I have had the fortune to taste your catering for room events and the truth is highly recommended.

I stayed at this place for two days, but it was very nice. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, especially the breakfast, and they also have a pool. If I'd stay again in this area. I wanted to visit this hotel again.

The rooms are very good, the mattress and pillows very comfortable, good size flat tv with pay channels, phenomenal bathroom with hairdryer, gel, shampoo, softener and even body milk. As you hit, to put some, that the window panes, the head of the bed and the floor hall were not very clean. There are no smoking rooms, but they have a space in the pool area with armchairs for smokers. The staff very friendly, the overall generally very cool. Buffet breakfast spectacular, the waiters who collect the dishes a little heavy, eager to remove the empty plates, but it shows that it is so that everything is perfect. In the center you can go walking, if you like to walk it is not that far, and if not at the door there are bicycles, scooters and taxi rank, in normal hours about 8 to the center. Worth the stay

This place is awesome! The biggest and most spacious room that I've ever stayed in Europe. The bath is huge with separate bathtub, shower stall and toilet areas. Bed is so comfy! I wished I could have stayed here longer.

A good hotel, that has lots to offer.

A good hotel, that has lots to offer.
While the location is somewhat "out of town", the hotel has plenty to offer. The pool is excellent, and has sun loungers and a shallow kiddies pool as well. The Pool bar offers a decent range of food and drinks, and we found the service both friendly and courteous. Our rooms had air conditioning, which is a requirement in the high Seville temperatures. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of food, cold & hot drinks on offer. We found all the staff that we met to be both welcoming & attentive. Even where their grasp of English was mediocre, they were always helpful.
As a 4 star hotel, I expected the quality of the food to be better. The breakfast buffet didn't vary from day to day, which was a pity. Having different fruits & hot offers would improve the breakfast. Also increase the size of the cups or offer teapots, as my party love their tea, and didn't appreciate having to continuously get up to the hot drinks to get more small cups of tea. We had the dinner buffet on one evening and this was a huge disappointment, considering the price, the quality and variety was poor for a 4 star hotel.

Great hotel, I don't have a single complaint about it: meals are good with above-average quality food, living rooms are comfy, and the staff is friendly. We even got the chance to meet a lot of Real Betis players, who have breakfast in the hotel from time to time. In conclusion, it has my seal of approval.

Good quality / price ratio, large interior space, spacious and well-equipped rooms; to put a snag, which is a little away from the center and that some of their services, such as the breakfast buffet if you do not have it included is expensive so be careful with that, otherwise, recommended 100%.

The hotel is okay, the building looks like it was built at the end of 80's but renovated in 2000's.
The reception is poorly know English, only manager who actually decently speak the language.
The one thing that is very great it's breakfast. They have many options in buffet, they also have a good yogurt & smoothie bar with granola and various toppings where you can request anything for your taste. Coffee machine sucks it has poor quality beans and cappuccino option filled my cup with mix of coffee, cacao and a lot of sugar (so choose just solo coffee and milk separetly to get a drinkable cup of coffee with milk).
Now about the room:
The first room we got had a lot of mold in the bathroom, we asked to change it and they nicely agreed to do that.
The second room we got was fine, no mold, but kinda old with holes in the carpet, but clean. At the night it smelled like someone smoked in the other room and smoke was coming through ventilation in the bathroom. The smell disappeared in the morning. However, we asked to check what was going on there, they said they gonna find out the source. After we came back at 15:40 to relax after a long walk in the city, the room still wasn't cleaned yet and someone sprayed bad smelling chemicals (to remove the smell of smoke of cigarettes?) It was burning my eyes, so I took my swimming shorts and went to the pool, found out that I can't take the towel from the room after stuff told me that and they can borrow a towel on place. I returned the towel to the room and went to the pool again, where I found that they can give the towel for 1 , but I was not told previously that I need to pay and I left the wallet in the room. I lost my patience and the mood, so I went on reception to ask what the heck is going on and why I can't just to relax a bit without their luck of people working in cleaning service. I also told about the pool and what I 've got just a look of not understanding me, I was patient and calm, but the luck of skill to solve problems because of poor language of the personal on reseption just ruined my mood completely and I asked for checkout the next day instead staying 2 more nights, at least here they understood me and didn't refused to make a refund.

Shameful night of horror !! Without a response from the reception, we asked for a room for 4 adults, single beds, there were no armchair beds, noisy uncomfortable pillows impregnated with the smell of perspiration and dirty, we woke up contracture two and with back pain, to all this the hotel responds thanks For warning without apologizing or being interested, that chair is not for a 4 star hotel, it is not an option to discard it, perhaps for a child but still the noise is unbearable

Already in August 2018 we were with a total of 3 adults for a few days in this hotel. The building is very generously planned and the rooms are not as cramped as one often knows. The lobby is large, flooded with light and lush with seating. The very nice outdoor area and the large pool invite you to linger in warm weather. The hotel is close to a stadium and a busy street. From this one gets however practically nothing with. Usually you can easily get a parking space in the area. We had very little contact with the staff. Everything was very professional and friendly. The hotel is in a Seville visit in my opinion highly recommended.

Hotel is lovely and clean. Big bath which is unusual in a hotel these days but very welcoming after a day sightseeing. My only criticism would be no tea/coffee making facilities in the room (I have been told this is normal in spain) but I did miss my morning cuppa and last drink at night. As these you have to pay for.

Good facilities in general, it does not take long to get to the center, if you are going to see a day of Betis football it can not be better to stay, I would highlight the kindness and friendliness of the human staff both in the cafeteria and the dining room.

I do not recommend this hotel. Management was dreadful and repeatedly rude via email. I booked online through a travel website, which didn't go over well. I requested to move 3 nights from a very busy time for them, to a less booked time, and they refused to consider it. I paid them directly for 4 more nights. asked to trade the 3 nights I paid for to book 1 night and they refused. I told them I would stay and insisted that the room stay booked so they would not rebook it to their economic gain from their rudeness. The hotel is far south of town. The restaurant had a limited menu, but breakfast buffet was very good. The rest of the staff and concierge were friendly and helpful. Check-in took more than an hour, with large groups of people waiting that arrived after me. The hotel seemed rather overpriced.

Great hotel, lovely staff, nice pool and sunbathing area, breakfast is fantastic! Bit of a treck to centre of Seville but a few nice little restaurants and bars nearby. Make sure you specify a room on the outside. Some have windows that face inside a big open space within the hotel and no natural light in the room... Only downside!

Large hotel, with large common spaces, 100% accessibility, has anti-Covid-19 measures. Spacious room, perhaps a bit outdated the furniture and a shower tray missing in a hotel of this category, easy parking in the vicinity, very large and very comfortable bed, a point that I did not like is that they do not allow orders to be placed at rooms for the delivery men, you have to go down to reception to look for it.
