Hotel Silken Al Andalus Review

Our room was very noisy, noise from machinery all night long. Avoid the buffet at will because for the price we can find bcp better, quantity but the quality is not at the rendezvous.

Something old for a quality hotel, something far from the center to visit Seville ... but comfortable, but swimming pool, and parking ...

Good hotel, the rooms are small but with a bathtub and comfortable bed, it has a swimming pool, perhaps a bit small for the size of the hotel, but with a lot of sun loungers around it. The best are the staff, very attentive and friendly, with special mention to those who serve breakfast and the pool bar. The correct breakfast, and well adapted to the "new normal". It is in front of the Betis field and well connected with the rest of the city. I would go back without a doubt.

Very well located, if you go by car everything is much more central go to one place or another in the city.

Lovely hotel - huge and accommodating - a bit dated but very charming- delicious buffet breakfast with lots of choice - staff super friendly and helpful - left me a selection of delicate pastries in my room on my birthday with a card and we had not mentioned it to anyone - very touching

Spacious and spacious hotel, spectacular garden and pool. Modern, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Bathroom with bath and shower. But ... they made us get up by being in the garden and the hall on 2 occasions for private events (not announced). As a detail the shaving kit was empty. Next to the Betis Stadium, something away from the center.

Extraordinary four star hotel. Prices in cafeteria quite expensive. Disadvantage: very removed from the center of Seville.

I wanted to give it four and a half stars. But the App does not leave me. The reason is only because it shows in some places that the hotel is already an age and some deterioration is noticed in some places. But that does not take away the prominence of the importance of the hotel.
Both reception staff and the maids are exceptionally friendly, and competent. The hotel is huge, has a pool, gym, massage room, aesthetics, sauna, Turkish, large gardens for walking ...
Its location is not very central but there are many means of transport to go downtown, taxi, urban, electric scooters and electric motorcycles for two people that is very good and that you can park at the door of the hotel. The hotel is located next to Benito villa Marin (betis field).
The restaurant and lobby bar I had no chance to try, but the buffet is more than enough and a good quality. The living room is very large and clean, and something that is not usually seen in these places is my attention, which is an area of very varied natural juices made by a girl in front of the client in which you choose the ingredients of the juice with a multitude of seeds and fruits.......
The room is more than enough although it shows that it is already a few years old. All very clean and good service. It should be noted about the room that touched me that the minibar is 100% silent and that the TV is very large although it gave me some problem to connect with the mobile to the TV .....
Also say that this hotel has many and varied rooms for conventions, congresses, ..... various sizes, from few tens of people to several hundred ......
My experience in this hotel very well. I would not hesitate to repeat the experience.

Very good hotel, very good breakfasts, we stayed in the vip suites for work and it looked like a small apartment with large and very comfortable terrace next to the Betis stadium, bar staff very friendly, if we have occasion we will repeat!

Service at the hotel is technically okay. Unfortunately the wellness area is opened only at short periods (sunday afternoon is a bad time for wellness). Constructuion work close to the breakfast room resulted in some noise. The room itself has a very cold canteen atmosphere. Most of the hot food is not suitable for vegetarians. Not enough for the price.

I have attended several work presentations, magnificent facilities.

Very nice and spacious hotel. The reception hall does feel grand and majestic. Our room was clean spacious and we had a balcony too. We had a view of the pool which was large and busy. Food was very good and we didn't have queues. It is located out of the city in a build up area with not much of a character. But it's easy to get to the city. We hired a car and could park it outside for free. The hotel is large and my son spent a lot of time exploring the corridors.

Hotel well connected, near the soccer field of betis, which can be good or bad ... because a curious mess is mounted if there is a match.

I had to clean the bathtub because there was a woman's hair in the shower. They say there is a gym but when you go it looks like a warehouse with 2 appliances that are broken. And watch what they do because they charge everything. The rest is normal.

Because I have suffered a robbery in the room. And they don't take over. They know the law and the trap. I take it for granted that he lost them. I talked to the ocu. And they told me he lost it. They know it and you hold on

Spacious rooms very attentive staff very complete breakfasts and with great variety, the buffet dinner is less varied but enough for my taste, the best the terrace overlooking the pool for the nights.
The only downside I would put would be to control the use of pool towels more because it seems fabulous to pay 1 per towel and collaborate with the association of rare diseases and they give you a bottle of water, but there is a lot people who do not return the towel and take it to the room to not pay again and that seems to me a very ugly detail on the part of the people.

Hotel very comfortable and acogesor prices according to the season. Breakfast varied and very close walking to many places of Seville. I love to run in the morning there is a park that is very good to do this type of exercise. I recommend it.

For years, they have always followed the same line, a line that undoubtedly pleases the vast majority of their guests.
For my part it is how to return to a place that you know is going to combine, rest and tranquility. Any of your ten services. Restaurant, Pool bar, Room service .... The room is completely clean both on arrival and the next day. A great detail. Towels were changed from one day to the next. The tremendously professional attention and all this at a very affordable price. Hardly a 4 * can give so much for so little. I have no doubt that on my next trip I will repeat Ah and anti-Covid measures all imaginable.

Well in general, my score of 3 is because there was no screen in the bathtub and I had to make filigree to shower and not to flood the bathroom with water splashes, intolerable in a hotel.

We stayed at the silken last week.
It s situated quite far from the city centre and the bus runs every 20 minutes or so, it s very slow! You can walk it but it s a bit of a trek and I can t imagine walking it in the summer heat!

It has a grand name but it s quite dated. Decor very 90s
The staff were friendly on arrival.
Our stay was ruined when in the middle of the night a group of people in the room next to us decided to have a party the noise was unbearable!! I called reception and complained they explained that they had a lot of Chinese customers staying!! These were 100% Spaniards!
I found this very unprofessional!
They came up to the room and informed them about the noise but this continued until the early hours.
We asked to be moved to another room and they did not hesitate to move us however the sofa bed was lopsided and my daughter ended up sleeping with me and my other daughter in the main bed!
The other room was near a road and very noisy and we could hear constant running water and smell something awful like sewage from the outside!
On a positive the breakfast was great, good selection of food and drink.
It would be nice to have a kettle in the room for some tea or coffee.
Luckily there was no football match during our stay as there is a stadium directly opposite!!

This is no more than a two to three star hotel at best. Just had 6 nights there and the place is run down and in serious need of a face lift. The furniture is stained, dirty facade walls and generally shabby. No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms, no free bottled water in the room and you get charged if you want a kettle. Also had to request a fridge for the room. Breakfast is the worst I have experienced in any hotel from a two star hotel up. Rock hard fried eggs come out of the kitchen, boiled eggs blue inside, tea urn not properly hot - I could go on and on.

Hotel is saved by the pool area which is lovely with a nice little terrace restaurant.

The hotel is quite good, very clean and with everything needed. The breakfast is superb! The facilities, such as hallways, pool area may already require some work, need to be painted on the outside.

I've enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very welcoming and elegant. The pool space is wonderful.

Hotel quite outside the center of Seville, attached to the Betis Sevilla stadium. A bus is about 20 minutes from the center. Clean and good rooms, good breakfast buffet. There is a swimming pool.

We loved it, although it is a bit far from the center, there is a taxi and bus stop, almost at the door, so it has been all super comfortable, the employees super friendly, the room very spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable , breakfast very good, with a wide variety of products, although you miss the natural orange juice.
The area of the pool, beautiful and very well maintained, the only hit, is that being attached to the road, there is quite a noise of cars, but try to compensate with relaxing music.
I do not put the 5 stars, so they do not relax and keep exceeding.
We will definitely stay here again, on our next visit to Seville

Good without great watermarks, good service, correct buffet, nothing against.

The staff very friendly. The great room with king size bed and comfortable. Although there was a football match, nothing was heard in the room. The bathroom was fine, although a bit dated.

Very nice stay, very welcoming staff, rooms are clean and housewives very nice. The pool is large and the hotel well located. Certainly a little out of the way in Seville but possibility to move by bus very easily. I recommend it very strongly.

A luxurious 4 star hotel. From the elevator you look at the reception and lounge area. A swimming pool with sun beds and a pool bar where you can also grab a bite to eat.

The spacious and cozy room. Something bad: the terrace of our room 3150 did not have an awning, the rest of the terraces did, that did not let us enjoy the terrace.
The facilities are very good, spacious, defined and generally clean.
Good bar service, both in price and service and treatment.

Nice pool and restaurants, we enjoyed our time here. The staff was very friendly, especially with our little one.
