A good place to rest and visit Seville, all perfect and excellent treatment

Super comfortable, comfortable and impeccable treatment, away from the center but the area of Heliopolis is super quiet, highly recommended.

I love repeat experience, spacious room and clean food. The best thing for these days is the pool and the garden area to beat the heat of Seville. Super recommended, I always hire it through Viajes la Escapada.

Fabulous. Very friendly staff. Full service. Very nice establishment. 2 bus routes are to the west that take you downtown in 20 minutes. Very quiet location. Close to the Bettis football stadium. Exciting on a game night!

A shame, a waiter with the mask down his throat, and the cook the same but also eating while cooking, something that is hyper prohibited. It is amazing that with the one that is falling they go like this. I notified reception but nothing. I will not come back. The cook is young and bearded.

Dear Alberto, the intention of this comment is neither to help nor to harm you, simply that people know that it is not a safe place and they can make the decision to go or not freely, since once there you cannot do anything as happened to me to me.

Before writing I went to inform the reception (this was to help) and when I ignored it I decided to write in google. But the way I read it, it seems that it suggests that I may have some bad intention, and it is not like that, if it were, I would have done it on tripadvisor, something that I have not ruled out yet.

The security measures that they claim to have do not apply, nor do they enforce them, so it is as if they were not, that if hydroalcoholic gels everywhere, but while we cook, eat and we are without masks, a great contribution to the pandemic.

Perfect place to rest. Very modern facilities, comfortable and clean. Customer service of good quality. Rooms with lots of space, at least in my case, we occupied a double room for marriage and it was very good, everything in order and clean. The location of the hotel, somewhat far from the center of Seville, but there is easy access to take the bus and make transfers. No complaints, all excellent.

We stayed at El Andalus for a long weekend in March and we were very pleased. Very good breakfast, a bit out of the way, but easy to reach by car and with good parking. Unfortunately, our first room had a faulty air conditioning, which was immediately reacted to another room. The staff we have met as friendly and helpful. We would want to live there again.

Serious upgrade. Rooms are okay sized and this hotel is away from the city center though they have the hopOn hopoff city tour bus start from the hotel in morning. They do have a decent spread of breakfast in the morning.

I liked the restaurant a lot, it had variety.
The rooms were good, maybe the bathroom was a little small but it subtracted well.

Insufficient quality-price. One expects more from a hotel, than a bed with wheels. A very average bathroom. Far from the center and with an offer similar to those. Disproportionate price in cafeteria. For my part and after the experience, I would have chosen another offer. Not recommendable.

The wifi is quite bad in building 2 (rooms 2xxx), but if you ask to exchange rooms they'll put you in building 1 (rooms 1xxx)e which have better wifi.

I went for a study event that was held in one of its multi-purpose rooms, so I could not see much. But the halls are cozy, and the nice common room with many comfortable seats available. I will return sometime to stay.

Although it is far from the center it has its advantages because it is well connected and by bus with line 03 or 34 you arrive quickly and it only costs 1.40. And you do not have the hustle and bustle of downtown or crowds. You also have supermarkets, restaurants (I recommend the hurricane), etc. The rooms very comfortable, the bed very cozy, we rested great. The breakfast varied and everything very rich, the kitchen staff very diligent and pleasant. The only downside is that in my case, the cleaning was not very careful did not sweep or cleaned the floor in 5 days. Since we arrived we saw hairs in the room that were not ours and the rest of days imagine if they did not sweep how many we got to see ours. The most pleasant staff the reception, kitchen, the entrance to the restaurant and tourist information, the rest or return good morning. But even with these things it's worth it.

This hotel is well situated, near a bus stop and off the main road to all of the attractions. The only downside is that the hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. And PLEASE get rid of the fence around the pool.

Cozy hotel, absent of a particularly equipped fitness center (only one machine that lends itself to various types of exercises, 1 treadmill, 3 exercise bikes and a machine for the buttocks), fantastic breakfast and medium-sized pool for a great stay in Seville.
Room for two recommended, but lacking a shower but equipped with a bathtub.

Spectacular hotel at the end of the avenue of the palm tree, a step away from the Betis field. I have not had the luxury of staying though if I see a bit of their facilities and they are very good and quality. The hall of the hotel is spectacular, very large and with a kind of rose hanging from the ceiling, and has a wonderful patio decorated by Arab arches that recall the mosque of Cordoba. I recommend the visit if only to know it.

I love their cafeteria, its different versions and modalities of rooms for events and celebrations. The education and kindness of its employees is one of the things that I care about this hotel.

Hotel with a swimming pool. Book early, very cheap (about 250 PLN per night in a 3-person room with breakfast). In principle, you can not go out because the pool is a great place to relax.

Nice large hotel, good value for money. During breakfast, Kati Curado lacked some politeness with a few clients in dealing with a minor issue.

Good presence but when we went I wanted to take a shower that same afternoon and I couldn't because the water was running cold, in terms of hygiene products for two people super fair, for the stars it has I have gone to other hotels and they offer you the coffee maker with A capsule of coffee for each customer, not there, very fair in terms of customer service.

Very good hotel, excellent welcome. The rooms are good and the pool is just beautiful. There are also 2 restaurants and a piano bar as well as a gym with: sauna, massage, etc ... upon reservation. By cons, it is a bit far from the center and public transport in Seville is not terrible.

Good place, good service, reception staff of 10, bed moved a lot. The bathroom when you showered was splashing a lot and getting wet all over the floor.
