Arranged a family trip over Chinese New Year holid...

Arranged a family trip over Chinese New Year holiday for our family of 9 and I had a few email exchange about meal service and ferry, etc. Team was eager to help but english language level wasn't always great but we got most of everything sorted. When we went to check-in at the ferry terminal in Singapore, I realized the travel date for the ferry was wrong by a month but the ground staff of the Batam Fast managed to change our tickets. When we arrived at the ferry terminal and the host was there to meet us but transportation to the resort was not very smooth... we had to wait for another family but at the end the bus wasn't big enough to have both family then we left first. Arrived and check-in was ok, not too warm a welcome; communications can be better. the rest of the stay, including all team at both buffet and teppanyaki restaurants are very friendly but could feel sometimes they were under staffed.
We booked rooms and suites on the Riani wing, size was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Love how those two pools on two wings of the resorts offers very different experiences!
