Great hotel, very friendly staff, wonderful wellness area

We got the room with broken blinds, although the hotel was only partially occupied. The reception knew about it and gave us this room anyway. We were really angry, because we wanted to party in the romantic way and I informed the hotel 2 days before entry. Unfortunately, nobody was interested, no small attention as in other hotels- no water, fruit or Proseco, only broken worn out rooms! Impudence! As a precaution, we asked for a table by the window for the birthday breakfast. Of course it was not prepared at the window, although everything was free again! No attention to guests wish! Not recommended!

Dear Arosa Team,

we felt very comfortable again. A vacation in your home is "always a safe bank". We feel that the quality of the food has improved slightly compared to our last stay 5 months ago. Most of the staff are very friendly and "on the ball". The only exception is the bar, where we gave up on two evenings after ten minutes to order drinks, since none of the service staff saw us as responsible (we did not hide, but according to our senses in a reasonable frame tried on us to draw attention).
We are pleased to note that infusions in the sauna are still made with natural fragrances / oils / infusion concentrates, so please be sure to keep them. Thanks also to Roberto for the nice infusions.

The quality of spa treatments is also excellent.

Another suggestion: at least the carpets in the corridors of the 3rd Floor need a thorough cleaning, when you get out of the elevator, it smells slightly musty.

All in all, we enjoyed the 8 days and are already looking forward to our next visit to you in April / May 2017.

Nice hotel to feel good and relax. Very friendly staff, great wellness area and delicious food. Unfortunately and that is so in many hotels, with very many guests it gets restless and eventually the spa comes to its limits. The staff is also very friendly with many guests.

Wellness area and restaurant are excellent.
The golf courses are usually in very good condition. (This is now an assessment from some accumulated experience.)

Very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

I was here for a conference and only found the waiting times for pre-ordered a la carte meals not so good. The quality of the food was great and so was the choice of breakfast and dinner buffets

A great reception, everything was explained to us - how, what, where, when, etc. The room (we had a junior suite) with a great view of the lake was perfect, spacious and, above all, very clean. Breakfast in Corona times very cleverly solved, everything worked perfectly. Lovely again

A very nice hotel right on the lake. View and location just fantastic. The service is the stars. SPA area very clean and modern. Breakfast a dream - you have to try the bread. In the evening you should end the day with a glass of wine on the balcony. A round getaway that will be repeated soon. We will remember this hotel and others should.

Here my husband was still with us.
Unfortunately, he got sick and had to break off his vacation early.
The team is very courteous and helpful.

Always happy to come here! The staff is very nice, attentive and warm, in every area. The house has all amenities. I can only recommend this house.

Lobby is in the style of an older 4 star hotel, information folder in the room is missing, no snacks in the minibar, turndown service in the evening only on request, air conditioning badly set - it was cold in the room, bathroom mix bad bad. 39 euros for evening buffet per person overpriced, especially for vegetarians, cakes in showcases not delicious presented, the rule "no children under 16 years" is ingnoriert in the spa.
In the sauna, teas and snacks would be very nice.

Top hotel in a very quiet location, great to relax. Golfers will also get their money's worth. The food is a poem.

Atmosphere, staff, location, invitation to enjoy. A must for all golfers and connoisseurs.

Unfortunately, very disappointing. We were looking forward to our Welnesseweekend. Without children, just relax. But all in the water a lot. The spa was small but so crowded you could only stand. You have a sports room with loungers design. This was so uncomfortable that it was rather sad to lie in the gym. We preferred our room, but a little break from everyday life. We could have had it more beautiful at home and even cheaper. Over 200 euros for one night way too much. They advertise their spa, unfortunately, we have not noticed much of it. Unfortunately, it rained so that you could not enjoy the great nature. Staff unfortunately unable the cleaners were for magic.

Really nice, for those who like to play golf, just right. There is a golf course behind the hotel.

The coherent overall package. But also the adequate provision of the staff, no matter if restaurant, SPA or reception. Despite full hotel everywhere short waiting times, also room service. Top !!!

We were from Friday to Sunday suburb and enjoyed the stay. We especially enjoyed a 4-hour stay in the SPA suite followed by a massage. We recommend.

The rooms, the golf courses and the breakfast.
We are four guys who visit you almost every year to play golf. We are very happy with the two golf courses (Palmer and Faldo). We didn't play any other. However it's disappointing to experience, that the pin positions not are altered every day. This year the pin positions were altered once on Palmer and not at all on Faldo (we played 3xFaldo and 3xPalmer). Also we would like the greens to be faster. I have addressed these issues on previous occasions.
On arrival we had snacks in the bar. I had the Club Sandwich, and it was virtually tasteless. I wrote to you about the Club Sandwich on an earlier occasion, but it's still the same boring Club Sandwich.
Also we found the food in the Greenside restaurant to be of a poorer quality than earlier years and the menu has been cut down, and is not as inspiring as usual.
Apart from the above listet we had a great stay, an your service is outstanding!

The food deserves more than 5 stars, the service and the location also unfortunately the spa is very small, so always very crowded and noisy and therefore not very relaxing.

The hotel in a class of its own with everything a star hotel needs: wonderful pool with outdoor pool, several different. Saunas, Kneipp foot baths, relaxation pool and relaxation room. There is also a fitness area. The food is highly recommended and a room overlooking the lake completes the impression perfectly.

A really great hotel with a nice spa area, especially the warm indoor pool is wonderful to relax! In addition, you will find everything that your heart desires, really great at breakfast and dinner!

Very, very nice there .. Only relaxation Ruhr and wellness simply do not fit together with children .. The team from the spa is very nice and helpful .. I can only recommend it and keep my fingers crossed that there are no screaming children.

Nice, very quiet golf hotel, also for non-golfers e.g. suitable for meetings. The hotel is in a beautiful area very close to the lake, with its own small harbor. There is a first class spa with an outdoor pool, an excellent wine list and a well stocked bar.

It is beautiful here and at the hotel bar you get something small to eat.

The arosa hotel is really cool. The friendly staff are really great. I was here for the first time, I actually wanted to stay a long time, but the vacation is over! !! Otherwise everything is mega mega great I recommend it to you

Elegant yet cozy, with a wonderful spa area and excellent food

Very nice environment. Large terrain for walking. Great place to stay. The buffalo tastes very good and has a lot of choice. The drinks at the bar could be better. The fruit for garnish is unfortunately old and already dried up. There would still be capacity.

I could really relax .... Even the cosmetics in the bathroom and in the sauna, I tolerate and is very pleasant .... Everything is perfect around. .... Service, super clean, idyllic and has style and is family-friendly ..... Is simply my favorite hotel with and without kiddys

Quiet, facilities, location, golf courses
My wife and kids found the water in the pool a bit cold ....
We had booked 2 rooms with communication but they did not exist ....
Price was relatively expensive (probably due to vacation time). I was with you in the summer half of the price ...
General: Great

The service and the friendliness of the staff is really great. We felt very comfortable.
The only thing that could be improved: coffee / tea in the room would be great.

The SPA-Area including the Gym ist pretty nice. So i can defenetly recommend that. But and that ist the only thing it ist quiet expensive, i mean you can expect that when you take a look at the prices of a room but if you don't wanna spend too much money then you should prepared. But anyway even though it is quiet expensive it is really nice there and the people working there are super friendly.

The 4 days were nice. Unfortunately we did not have the personal atmosphere, especially in the spa area. Not so suitable for small children.
Great room, food was ok !!!

It was again a very nice stay, even if it was only short. The recovery effect was clearly felt, even if we lacked the time to use the spa. We would like to thank the staff and stay happy again next time.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities and very friendly staff (in the short term was on request a beautiful bouquet worried) The room just great, the service was great, the culinary offer for breakfast and dinner Spitzen.Spa applications before arrival to book is advisable otherwise you can not Wellness voucher (which is included in the price yes) implement what annoyed me very much. It should be a birthday surprise for my husband, too bad.

Overall, the resort was fine, and we had a great time.
Less was nice, that the WLAN in the room did not work, the link to the registration with the arosa club did not go and my birthday was not registered. What do you need the data for?

Design of the rooms very tasteful

It was very nice to not fault you. The restaurant Boot House was delicious and comfortable. The mixer tap in the room was a bit cautious to enjoy. But that's complaining at a high level. We will be back.

Unfortunately, we arrived with the wrong expectations.
First, maybe something positive ... the room was clean and nice and big ... only a few small weaknesses in the bathroom ... (broken plug in the tub, dried traps in the shower).
With a stay at the pool we wanted to start our wellness evening and were immediately upon entering the pool area by loud and loud chattering guests. When asked at the bar we were informed that today a company party / Christmas celebration takes place. The staff behind the counter seemed to have come to terms with the noise. The next problem was to find a free couch, as most were occupied by members of the party. After half an hour then a lounger was free .. So off to the water ... unfortunately the temperature in the pool was not pleasant ... so just too cold ... and so real relaxation feeling did not come on ... So it went in the relaxation pool .... was the temperatures really pleasant, but of course full ... so nothing with relaxation.
Now we broke off our wellness and went to the room to get ready for the evening meal .... the buffet was ok and the staff tried to be attentive.
This was the breakfast not quite the case as we only after repeated requests our coffee got .... Unfortunately, our wellness weekend was a complete letdown and we limit ourselves next time again to smaller hotels that do not have so much stars, in where relaxation is possible and in which one feels comfortable.

The hotel itself and the location are nice. The environment invites to many recreational activities. The spa area is also very nice and extensively designed (with the Meridian Spa in Spandau I almost like the atmosphere). The breakfast buffet is very extensive and there is something for every taste. The staff is very helpful and friendly. When entering the room (I can only speak for a double room in the house 4) but the luxury ends. Furnishing in 80s / 90s beech style, old-school tubes TV, a little worn-out carpet, gummy bears from the previous visitor under the bed, room size for this hotel category too small. Price / performance for the special price ok, otherwise overpriced.

Well located, friendly staff. Lots of forest and water

Very well we liked the location, the mostly friendly appearance of the staff and the possibilities of leisure activities.

It was only one night and this for work reasons. The hotel is well located. The first impression of the large area surprised something and I think you have to like it. As far as I have seen, there are three golf courses directly. The rooms are very pleasant and nothing was missing. While eating, the chef with us had a not so lucky touch. The buffet in the evening was very good. Particularly positive is the extremely friendly and attentive staff remembered. I do not think it would be a holiday hotel for me personally, but I do not play golf either.

It's okay, with little quirks. Too few beach chairs in the spa, no a la carte restaurant in the evening, bar relatively uncomfortable and too expensive.

An incredibly friendly guest service beyond the stay! On the wedding day we sent our parents a bouquet of flowers via the in-house florist. The agreement was made by phone. Mr. Reimann from the guest service was exemplary and extremely friendly about everything. The bouquet was beautiful and my mom was moved to tears. You could not have done it better yourself! With great attention to detail were designed bouquet and greeting card! A big thank you to Mr. Reimann!

We have never experienced breakfast and dinner buffet to this extent - it was not missing at all, you could not decide!
The spa area was also very good - the only criticism: it should be paid more attention that parents pay more attention to their small children who go in the saunas and go out to play catch. Unfortunately there was no staff in the vicinity who made it aware and when we had given notice was reacted on the part of the parents very indignant. Also, babies should either be taken with "swimming pampers" (which you can buy!) Or not at all in the pool.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable with a perfect location right on the lake. The staff was absolutely friendly and very accommodating. The atmosphere altogether invited to relax.

The breakfast and evening buffets were very varied and very tasty! However, the buffet in the green salon was not so nice because of the Allianz event. Likewise the noise of that event until two o'clock in the night. This did not correspond to my idea of rest and relaxation.
We really liked the friendly staff and the relaxation area, as well as the surroundings. We will definitely come again :-)
