Beautiful hotel. Room was great, service great. I loved being able to text my requests. However, the website said there was a continental breakfast. The first morning I saw a hot bar with a cold bar across from it. The self serve coffee backed up to the cold bar in the lobby. There was another coffee staition set up near the cold bar. Most of this was all inside the restaurant, which you could also sit and be waited on. After someone asked me where I wanted to sit and I said Im heading straight to class, they said the only the cold bar was continental. Also, there was no complimentary coffee, except the subpar coffee in your room. Then, a different person from the day before, says "I'm sorry someone told you there was a continental breakfast, but we don't have that". Other than this, the hotel was wonderful. Loved the pool burgers at the restaurant!

Amazing hotel in a great location. Close proximity to a lot of restaurants and bars. Also easy access to downtown. Suggest getting access to the grand club which has 24/7 complimentary soft drinks, beer and Starbucks coffee.

Great views, excellent service, extra clean rooms,...

Great views, excellent service, extra clean rooms, great experience. The one downside is that you have to pay to park (which I understand in Atlanta, but for the price of the rooms you would think they would cover your parking).

I always stay here when I'm in town and the staff is always professional and go above and beyond with their service. And I am impressed by the staff remembering my name and my preferences...Bravo

Words can't explain how great this Hyatt location ...

Words can't explain how great this Hyatt location is. Right in the middle of Buckhead with a number of popular restaurants close by. Close access to the MARTA as well which is convenient and needed on some of the busier weekends. It is even a straight shot down to get to Lennox Mall! I would stay here anytime if I had the option. The rooftop pool and deck seating is really impressive as well as the Japanese Zen Garden which overlooks the huge Bar and Dining inside. Must see and must stay location.

Horrible horrible customer service!! What was supposed to be a peaceful 2 night hideout turned into a horror film. Lydia has a condescending & sarcastic tone. She should be required to take customer service courses. Horrible experience!

The worst reservation experience ever in my life. ...

The worst reservation experience ever in my life. Lack of professional training. I was promised one rate over the phone and made the mistake of not opening my confirmation email until later. I had called to book under a professional room block and was told there were still rooms available. Turned out to be a massive price fluctuation every night. Emailed the hotel and talked to the front desk multiple times andy he problem was always passed down the line... was never contacted by a manager....just a front line employee on behalf of management. I just had to suck it up and pay the gouged price based on trusting reservations over the phone and not checking my email sooner. I ll more than likely never stay at another Hyatt. Double check your confirmation email to make sure it s what they are actually telling you over the phone!

We just left the Grand Hyatt yesterday, and we had a blast! We stayed here for our annual family trip, and we had a really great time. The hotel rooms were amazing and the hotel staff put together an Easter egg hunt and a cookie decorating table. Our oldest was the only kid in the lobby, so she found all the eggs . My only complaint would be the regency club. For $100 a day, there should be more food selections and alcohol should be included. There s no way we should have to pay $100 and still have to pay for wine and beer. I love regency club, but the one here was just ok. Everything else was amazing though. We will definitely be coming back, but we won t be purchasing regency club.

My husband and I have been world of hyatt members ...

My husband and I have been world of hyatt members for a couple of years, we travel a good amount. Never had any issues with Hyatt until yesterday. Some how when my husband booked the room for grand hyatt buckhead using some of our points, the point came out but the reservation never went through. So to my surprise when I go to check in, no reservation but no need to worry Cam took care of everything. He did all the calling and dealing with the world of hyatt and got everything straighten out. He was beyond gracious with how he dealt with everything, and made us feel at home while we waited for a room. Yet another reason why we love hyatt hotels. We are members of other hotels too, but hyatt has always been the best in customer service and satisfaction. Thank you again Cam, your the best!

Luxurious 4 star with 5 star service. Close proximity to many restaurants and high end shopping at Lenox Square shopping mall. Hassle free checking in/out by welcoming staff. Rachel was brilliant. Lovely breakfast buffet with set options to include French toast to die for.

1. The room was basic but a decent size. My one issue was I wish there was USB ports in the room. The bathroom is a great size for a family.

2. The staff was polite and always already to greet us. We saw sanitary station in several locations in the lobby.

3. Valet was convient, the communication between the valet workers could have been a little bit better. Our car was not out front but arrived 60 seconds later.

4. The bar was nicely stock and the game was on so definitely great vibes.

5. I love artwork on the walls. The rock enclosure was pretty fly.

Just okay, our room was NYC small for a supposed Grand Club room. The common areas seemed very clean and the staff were all friendly and personable. They allow dog's which is a plus. Walking distance to nearby restaurants and even a grocery store so you don't have to spend $4 a beer in the club level. It was disappointing they would charge bar prices for a level you paid for. Valet was pleasant and patiently waited for all of us to pile out of our vehicle. The room smelled extremely musty (like dirty socks) and the club level was hit and not replenished consistently. Club level definitely isn't worth it and you'd be better off just getting appetizers at a restaurant in my opinion. Watch your step out by the pool. The square tiles are elevated and can snap if your 12 yr old jumps up and down. My daughter banged up her shin pretty bad and she's limping around the rest of our weekend. Not a good weekend so far at this place. I wouldn't recommend this one.

The staff we're the best I've ever met .i had the club lounge it was amazing. One of the best hotels . They have parking fee. 39 to valet parking and 29 to self parking. I'm not complaining cuz it's not alot

Stayed again for my wife's birthday, staff was excellent treated us like stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We wont stay at any other hotel in Atlanta!!! The Grand Hyattt is a must stay while in Atlanta!!!!! Wish I could give this hotel 10 stars!!!!!!!!

I stayed on the 24th floor, having been moved from the 7th floor because of a dead roach in my room. The 24th floor double room was poorly lit. Once I held the down comforter up to the light it was clear to see the yellowed and mildew mixed within the feathers. I called the manager and he assured me this is normal. I own down bedding and know if it is not cleaned well and dried properly, mildew occurs. Hence the yellowing, mildew stains and musty smell. It s sad that the manager stated otherwise. I googled and found similar complaints about mildew bedding. How difficult is it to properly wash and replace bedding??? Please inspect your bedding !!!!

Attended a Google event, staff was on top of the refreshments and kept up with the crowd (400+) I stopped by the lobby bar afterwards for a pleasant drink while I gave the Atlanta traffic a while to clear. All in all a pleasant experience.

This is probably my new favorite hotel. The valet, the bell service, the front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance - they are all fantastic and provide excellent service. The location in Buckhead puts it very close to pretty much anything you need. The room I stayed in had great views and was sparkling clean.

Beautiful hotel, lovely and most helpful staff. A beautiful Asian garden and waterfall in the reception area. These people who are the staff clearly care about their customers and are very helpful and go above and beyond.

Beautiful hotel inside and out, the rooms are very nicely appointed and I've never felt a harder shower pressure in my life, made it really easy to take quick showers. Very nice workout facility with updated equipment, and a nice bar area. Located very close to several bars and restaurants, no reason to use a car for any short stays.

Really nice! My suite came with continental breakfast and light dinner in the club room. Also, 24 hr free refreshments. Olympic pooling and well equipped gymnasium for a nice morning workout. As always Hyatt's pleasurable customer service was tip top. Love Hyatt never found a hotel that measure yet!

We were in the area to assist guests with a convention but not staying in the hotel. From what we saw of the hotel, it was gorgeous and the guests we spoke to were very pleased. The valet service was exceptionally accommodating to the needs of guests. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Buckhead. I spent the day in the conference center, which was very comfortable. The main room seemed cramped so they quickly opened an overflow room. Food was great.

Covers the basics and includes a mediocre breakfast. Parking is free which is unusual in Buckhead. The hotel itself is dated and while still ok now in a few years will need some renovations. Bed was comfy but room is poorly laid out making it difficult for a family of 4 to be comfortable. Bathroom is tiny and closet is akward to access. I probably won't stay there again if it's for more than 1 night.

We're in a pandemic so things aren't exactly normal. However, Hyatt did a great job of making a hotel stay still be very enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed breakfast at Cassis. The menu was smaller than usual but every single thing we ordered was phenomenal. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We're excited to return as soon as possible.

There is not a good drop off/pickup area. Cars get very congested. Otherwise great venue, good lighting, sounds and digital presentation. Food was also good. Would have been great at least some sure drinks were included. Felt a little tightly packed.

Amazing hotel!! Fabulous staff and great service. Food is out of this world. Even something simple like a flatbread with oil and cheese they turn into a symphony in your mouth. Drink creations are tasty and imaginative. Everything from valet parking to check out is seamless.

It was a good experience. The accommodations are luxurious. The staff are helpful. The drinks were quite expensive though. Also, the parking is a little bit in the gougey side. There is no need to have suck expensive parking, it's just greed manifesting itself once again.

Disappointing. It's pricey, so I expected a luxur...

Disappointing. It's pricey, so I expected a luxury hotel, nicely appointed, with excellent service. Instead, I found poorly appointed rooms: small beds (double instead of queen), no luxury bedding (two scratchy sheets over a blanket instead of a comforter), and poorly appointed bathrooms (old beat up hairdryer with sticky handle, no under sink shelving for bathroom items, and no shelf or small table near the commode, so personal supplies have to be placed on the floor). On top of that, the room thermostat began blasting cold air the moment the room finally heated up to the desired temperature. It was not comfortable and disrupted sleep. There is no sleeping-in, and no peace and quiet. Outside my room there was a constant racket of maid staff yelling up and down the hallways to each other, conversing loudly with each other and on cell phones. It was exasperating. The food in the bar/lobby restaurant was expensive and mediocre, and the service was deplorable. (Dirty tables, not even wiped down on request, no set ups - even after food was brought to the table, orders incorrect, and long waits for everything.) On the up side, the lobby is nicely appointed, and the front desk and bell staff were very nice.
