The worst reservation experience ever in my life. Lack of professional training. I was promised one rate over the phone and made the mistake of not opening my confirmation email until later. I had called to book under a professional room block and was told there were still rooms available. Turned out to be a massive price fluctuation every night. Emailed the hotel and talked to the front desk multiple times andy he problem was always passed down the line... was never contacted by a manager....just a front line employee on behalf of management. I just had to suck it up and pay the gouged price based on trusting reservations over the phone and not checking my email sooner. I ll more than likely never stay at another Hyatt. Double check your confirmation email to make sure it s what they are actually telling you over the phone!
