The building itself has a beautiful entrance with floor to ceiling windows, outdoor japanese garden with large rock waterfall. Very nice lounge, pool area, and large fitness room. Front desk is what really impressed me. Two young ladies who were very friendly, helpful, and overall provided excellent customer service which is hard to find at too many places this day in time. This is standard for nicer hotels but I do question why every nicer hotel I stay at charges 30+ for valet parking, 20+ for self parking, no free breakfast, and many charge for Internet although this one did not unless you want to upgrade to premium Internet, while more standard hotels say a holiday inn express or Hampton inn offer all those services for free. Seems backwards to me. Otherwise we had a great stay at a really nice hotel in a great location. What really separated it was the great customer service.

Smart and elegante, this hotel is well located. In the heart of the business park in Buckhead. You can find a lot of good places to eat. On the morning you can grab a coffee from the hotel bar or have a very good breakfast. The Gym is well equipped with the latest technology. Room is clean, well designed and looking to a beautiful view. The only thing hurts is the parking cost $30 a day... But I'll be coming back for sure.

I am disappointed with my stay. I had a late flight and I checked in at 2 am and it was noted that they sold my room. I was frustrated because I called earlier that day to tell them that I was still coming and they advised me that my room would be available. So, to accommodate me they gave me a suite with a king size bed and a pullout. Not cool. Also, we asked for towels... Ugh. We are still waiting. We had to go and get our selves.

I went here for a Google Cloud Platform Onboard. Staff was all friendly and seem to move swiftly to perform duties. The conference room was large, with multiple screens and a plentiful A/V system. The catering here is top notch. I've been to a few conferences where the food is just okay. The breakfast had fresh fruit. Lunch our bag lunches were packed to the brim with many choices. We had a snack as well featuring any type of ice cream novelty you could as for, peach cobbler, and more. If I had one complaint the dressing was a little heavy on my roast beef sandwich. Hardly a deal breaker.

Great location in buckhead. Central to malls, restaurants and nightlife. Service was amazing from the servers at the restaurant, to the cleaners to the front desk. They were even considerate enough to leave wine and chocolate/fruit each night that my wife and I celebrated our anniversary. Highly recommended!

We had a great time, the view was awesome, the staff was fantastic and the pool is ridiculously warm. There's a gift shop and pseudoStarbucks (you know where they have Starbucks stuff but it's not officially a Starbucks?) Room service food was really good, but pricey and "fancy" (had to special request a grilled cheese, there is no actual burger option just like, black bean blar blar blar with farm to table yadda yah) Shrimp and grits was awesome though

The servers at breakfast were very helpful and respectful! The hotel is clean and well kept. However, when I turned on the shower at first the water was brown; it cleared up after a few seconds. In all, the stay was nice and in a convenient area.

We love love love this hotel! The rooms are beautiful and spotless and the staff literally treats you like royalty. They have great romance packages and we keep coming back to celebrate special moments here! And for good reasons! Most recently we celebrated my husband's birthday and they upgraded us to a corner king room with no charge and even added wine and truffles to the beautiful evening. The breakfast is outstanding. Sterling and Tim who work in the Breakfast area help to keep everything world class. And it really is! Helpful hint: Order the breakfast when you check in to the hotel and it is less expensive than just ordering by walking in. Thanks HYATT! I learned recently how well the HYATT corporate office treats their employees and the generosity just seems to trickle down in beautiful ways that customers feel while staying in this hotel.

Booked our reservation online for one night and check-in was smooth. You never know what you're going to get for a room when you book online, but was very happy when I saw that we were placed on the 18th floor with a nice view of the skyline. The room is very spacious, and there's a nice huge window in the bathroom to let in some natural light, but if you're sitting down to do your business, please remember to close the blinds, because it's a HUGE window and there's no telling who is going to see what you're up to. Micro fridge is available that is illuminated with blue light, that acts as a nightlight for those who can't see in the dark. Bottled water is left in the room if you're thirst, but it'll cost you $3 to pop the top. The building itself is very nice, with valet parking upon request, and even if you don't request it, they'll still hold the door for you every time you walk in and out. Self parking is down the road, and you need your key card to get in and out. I learned this on the day that we checked out because I put my key in the drop box at the front desk and realized that I needed it when I was in the garage. The pictures that I've attached will speak for themselves. It's a very nice building and I'm happy that we stayed here. Didn't get to enjoy many of the amenities, but there's always next time. A gift shop and Starbucks are available on the lobby floor, as is a pretty professional looking business center.

We had a wonderful time while stating here. The facilities were very clean and well cared for. The staff was happy to assist with any needs while remaining relaxed and easy to interact with. Our room was perfect for my family and we will return to stay here again. Thanks for adding value to our vacation stay in Atlanta. Cheers!

The Grand Hyatt really puts a lot of other 4 - 5 stars in Atlanta to shame. The location is great, a lot nicer and safer than downtown. The rooms are really nice and comfortable with up-to-date high quality furniture, decor, and bathroom. I think that it is really cool that some of the Japanese elements from when this was hotel Nikko in the 90s are preserved, making this a really unique stay. The Onyx Bar on the lobby level is a great option for drinks and dinner with exceptional food. The restaurant on the lower level has a great breakfast buffet and has outdoor seating next to the Japanese garden/waterfall. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The entire hotel is extremely clean and has the nicest gym/health facility I ve ever seen - it includes a wide variety of quality equipment as well as a nice sauna and steam room in the men and women s locker room. This will be my go to hotel in Atlanta from now on.

Stayed here last week for work. The location is supreme, located near an ample sampling of shops and restaurants. The rooms were well appointed, not dripping in Luxury but felt right in line with the price point. I went to the onyx bar for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast offers a quick on the go option. Dinner was better. I had the scallops and a local beer. Overall- very happy with the hotel. Will stay again.

Great hotel with good staff, clean rooms, and plenty of space. They have a complimentary car service that will take you anywhere within two miles on a first come, first served basis. The grounds are really beautiful as well.

The hotel has a very classic feel, the staff was very pleasant . The room was nothing over the top , but very comfortable nonetheless, Only wish I could take the shower home with me it was extremely spacious with the most relaxing water pressure. Food downstairs was good especially the grilled chicked panini. Ps .The Bellman Named Inncocent was very gracious and pleasantly set the tone for our stay....

I recently attended an event at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead. The hotel is in a good location with a choice of restaurants close by along with a vast shopping area. My bedroom was a good size and I like the fact that there is a list of items available should you forget anything. I has breakfast in the hotel restaurant, the service can be a little slow at busy times but the food is good. Would definitely stay at this hotel again should the need arise.

I'm so not impressed. :(
Plain room. Lots of pomp and circumstance.
Looks like it would be high class from outside, but my room was literally just above motel 6.
Service and people were very friendly. Place is very clean. But value is 2/2.5 max.
