What a great night! The romance package was the way to go. Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Parking and breakfast was included. Late check out. What a wonderful way to celebrate our 10th anniversary!

Rude staff and pretentious. Not worth the price for the service with the Ritz and Intercon both a block away. If you're paying top dollar for a room you can do better. If your using Hyatt reward points or a free night cert as a cat 4 redemption this isn't a bad deal, but I wouldn't pay to stay here.

The hotel rooms are dingy and furniture is scratched and desperately needs to be replaced. Several areas including curtains, walls, and carpet were visibly dirty. We found an old, large blood stain on sheets and one of our pillow cases had make-up on it in several areas as if the pillow case was never changed. The lobby is very beautiful, but the rooms and dark smelly hallways do not represent the Hyatt brand, especially for the hotel to be located in one of the wealthiest areas in Atlanta.

The manager tried to relocate us to a different room, but the 2nd room was not much better. I informed that they I just wanted to check out due to the poor room quality and was only offered an apology. It would have been nice if my room was discounted or my $42 per day valet parking was complimentary. I definitely wouldn't star here again unless they have major renovations and throw away all of the old furniture.

Great customer service on checking in, by Rachel! Okay clean room! Nothing special! They have a little cute garden! The vallet parking personnels are fast and helpful! Fast service and I didn't mind tipping them! The hotel has a shuttle that can take you to the closeby Malls and back to the hotel(but did not utilized it during our stay,we preferred driving our vehicle). The hotel is located where restaurants , caribou and starbucks coffee shops are easily accessible! The Mall is also closeby.

I attended a conference at this venue. 1. There are no water fountains around, so you're forced to fill up from the tap or buy water bottles from the stores. 2. There is no cell reception within the meeting rooms/conference space. 3. Provided internet connections are not sustainable for communities of people using it.
I did not experience an actual stay in a hotel room. I will say that the staff is courteous and the hotel itself is beautiful, but I would not recommend it for events.

Great hotel and customer service but I had a single bed room instead of double, so my kids didn't have a bed because we arrived late. The staff were sorry and offered serveral things to attempt to make up for the issue. They always are willing to do what they can to fix the situation. Great every (even hitel food prices in lobby) and club level. Celebrities on tour also stay here so that says it all especially with ao many hotels in Atlanta/ Buckhead.

Stayed here as an impromptu trip to Atlanta in the middle of Labor Day weekend. Booked the hotel around mid day for check in that night. Very happy with the price we got, but was absolutely taken aback when I witnessed the service. This hotel is rated at 4.5 stars and I completely believe it. The room and bathroom were both extremely clean, well stocked and great attention was paid to the small details. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, bathrobes were provided along with complimentary shoe shining. Overall, my friends and I were overjoyed with the experience and are already planning ahead to our next trip back.

We booked our room on line for two beds as we are a family of four. When we checked in they said our room was not ready and so they had another room for us with a king bed and that they would bring up a roll away bed for the kids. First of all the roll away bed took up all the walk space in the room and second of all it only fit one person! My
Kids are older and aren t exactly wanting to sleep in between their parents. But this is when things really took a negative turn. My husbands walks back down five minutes later to try and check out and get our money back and suddenly the room we had booked previously magically comes available! When we got in the room I began to look around and noticed several the items were dusty which told me the room had not been cleaned recently and that we were lied to about our room. I can t imagine why on earth such a hotel would pull such none sense but needless to say I will NEVER stay in this hotel again!!!

I recently had a Wedding last weekend st Grand Hyatt. We had a big group of guests & we appointed Nida Khan as a coordinator suggested by Hyatt. She was absolutely amazing. We had some problems during our stay at the hotel but she has handled the situation very nicely.

My stay in the hotel was great and the professional presentation areas were good. The parking was horrid and very out of the way. The only thing wrong with the room was the exterior light shines directly into the room bright enough that it looked fully lit. Even with the blackout drapes it was bright.

My wife and I are Explorist members and have traveled to many Grand Hyatt properties all around the world. Tiara at this property in Buckhead is truly world-class! We arrived very late night exhausted from our trip, and she went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met, including breakfast the next morning. She was extremely friendly, personable, and even followed up with us to see if she could be of further assistance. Anytime we are coming back through Atlanta, I know now only exactly where we would like to stay, but also who we would be happy to see at the front desk. Keep up the great work Tiara!!!

Nice hotel overall. The area is great and there's a lot of shopping and dining within walking distance. The view from upper floor rooms is great as you can see downtown in the distance. The real downside is the age of the hotel. You'll notice things in the room not working right and can see the patchwork done to keep what still works, working. At night you'll likely feel a bit unsafe walking on the streets around the hotel but it's fine during the day. Self parking isn't free unless you find a deal online to include it with your room cost. The overall feel is more like a 3 star place than a 4 star but the staff does try overall.

Suitably grand, this top Atlanta hotel is a touch of old-world elegance tied with a bow of contemporary features. Staying here means enjoying its manicured gardens or looking out onto its very own waterway while enjoying a glass of wine at the restaurants.

Guest rooms are classically decked out, with muted, natural tones creating a calming atmosphere; some come with seating and dining areas. There s an outdoor pool and gym, so you won t have to miss out on a work-out when you re on vacation.

Location: The Grand Hyatt is located in Buckhead, with public transport options on the doorstep. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the local vicinity, which makes this a fun part of Atlanta to explore. Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza Shopping Centre are a mere mile from here.

Beautiful hotel, i loved the roof top japanese garden and serene waterfall. The support staff who tended to our conference were all excellent. The charge of $4.50 for a bottle of coke from the gift store seems excessive. Parking, I felt was over-priced, and the parking attendant seemed very pushy. If you've got money to burn, or want to put on airs for your friends and partners, then the Grand Hyatt and other similar luxury hotels, can put on the airs in style. However, be prepared to pay premium rates for everything.

This was go to hotel every time I was in Atlanta. I paid for my stay in cash for the first night I extended my stay and I had to pay $166 I gave the receptionist (tall caucasian guy) $180 and he said he will put the rest on the room. This was last night night shift staff. When I was checking out I only got my $100 deposit. I know it s $14 but it would be great if your staff was honest I am very appalled That there are petty thieves

I was not a guest at the hotel but I stopped in a visit to Buckhead for errands. I wanted to watch the UGA football game. I had a Great time chatting with guests at the bar and excellent service from Mr Work the bartender. It was a nice visit and all guests I spoke to said the accommodations in the hotel are lovely. Really nice hotel with southern hospitality.

I booked a reservation with a friends and family discount as I have a very close friend who works for Hyatt. My reservation was cancelled several tiimes as they told me I don't get that discount since I'm not an employee. I was planning on staying here for my honeymoon, so I wanted a suite upgrade. When I placed the reservation online for the THIRD time, I called the front desk to ask if they could upgrade the room to a suite (I didn't mind paying extra, but there was not an option to book a suite online). The manager at the front desk refused to take the call from me and transferred me to a generic voicemail line.

Despite that my friend works for this company, I will never book with Hyatt again. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful to me in what should be a celebratory occasion. I decided to book with the Crowne Plaza Midtown and can't wait for the trip.
