We stayed overnight here and had a meeting the following morning, and it was a great experience all the way around. The staff were friendly, they made good drinks at the bar, the grounds around the hotel are awesome (go check out the little Asian temple area in the back), and the gym was one of the best I've seen in a hotel outside of Las Vegas. On the meeting side, the room was clean and ready when we got there. We had a great breakfast downstairs, and then found everything setup when it was time to get to work. Oh, and the coffee in the meeting room was flavorful and good. Highly recommend this place.

We were in a single king bed room with an awesome view. Everything was perfect except the valet wrecked our car. They are taking care of it...but it is still a annoying. We were visiting for our anniversary.

Hotel itself in a good location, very close to a lot of things. The room is comfortable and anything you need can easily be obtained. Even with the government rate of $138, the final cost of a night stay here is $189 (if you plan to park a car). This is due to $27 in required taxes per night, as well as a separate $24 a night to self-park your car.

There are other hotels very close to this one where you are situated in Buckhead, and where the room rate more closely resembles your final cost. I will consider those first in the future.

My stay at the Hyatt was terrible! Worst stay ever! Where do I start...water pressure was non-existent; shower handle was loose; water dripped; buttons on phone to services did not work; pillows were old flat and provided zero support as well as being lumpy; valet staff was rude and stand-offish; Just an all-around terrible stay. If you're going to pay that kind of money stay at the W, Ritz or even the St. Regis.

One of the best hotels in the Buckhead area! The staff was very curtious and was able to assist with any issue. The rooms are very clean well kept. I will be staying at the Grand Hyatt every time I find myself in Buckhead.

Been staying here for years. It use to be one of the nicest. The hotel itself is lovely over all.

But for being a 4 diamond hotel. It s kinda falling behind. Even a 3 starts remodel Marriott look more luxurious. The room here is out dated for the price. Tune for an update.

I attended a seminar in the ballroom downstairs, accommodations were great, but the were no signs so I had to speak with three people to find it - the doorman sent me in the general direction, the next person I encountered didn't seem familiar with events and was consulting a list when another woman came by and walked me towards the event. No complaints about the staff, they were all lovely, but visitors with social anxiety (I'm autistic) would feel a lot more at ease if they didn't have to go through that. Just put a sign up next to the huge one that says welcome, I would still have felt welcome to ask for more direction if needed. Overall a great day in a gorgeous space.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean room. I stayed for a short weekend get a way. The hotel is a short distance away from the most popular attractions in Atlanta. There are so many great restaurants near by.

Everyone that works there that i needed questions from was very nice and helpful the room was clean i ordered some chicken wings at the bar and they were delicious the one problem was with the bartender he made me a drink APPLE MARTINI and when i look over to see what was taking him so long i see him take a straw put it in my drink taste it and put the straw back in my drink and stir it omg I was fuming i said to myself "self it's Alcohol it will kill the germs" that's one of my husband philosophy that bartender was saved by my husband and my husband wasn't even there smh and i also was having good conversation with two women from Tennessee that I just meant so i didn't want to be the "mean girl" but i did let him know that i saw that and he explained why he did it with that being said i did drink some but couldn't enjoy it so i left the glass half full so that was my last night now my last day /end of my conference i decided to go to the mall and the shuttle driver made me feel like a STAR so that's why I'm giving them 5***** because where it was most important the front desk, the room, limo driver, the guy taking my luggage opening the doors etc. made me "Overlook BARTENDER" and one more thing he didn't even finish serving me after he made that drink another young man took my wing order to go i will be returning

The Grand Hyatt in Atlanta was great. It was scenic and modern at the same time. The TV was high definition in the rooms, and the lights were very well placed. I had a problem with the shower handle, but nothing to severe. Overall, The Grand Hyatt is getting a strong recommendation.

Okay so the smell is what really got me. Once we did receive our room there was this terrible odor within the elevator that make you nauseous....we enter the room and immediately we smell sewage. The water from the toilet or the water period smelted as if the plumbing was backed up!!! Very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Called down to the service desk several times about this matter and no help was given. I was in room 2316 by the way. Also called down for more towels being that it was my wife and I staying and there was only one wash cloth....was told they would send some up...never received any. Luckily my wife travel with our own toiletries. Nice view and atmosphere but that smell will kill any nice vibe about this hotel. Was told the bar was open but every time we went for a drink could never get in contact with someone to serve us which was mindblowing...I noticed other guest had been helped so why was it so hard for us to find a bartender??? For the price of this hotel I thought our experience would have gone better. Not to satisfied at all

Very nice hotel. Rooms are comfy and the fruit infused water in the lobby was enlivening and refreshing enough for me to skip my coffee. The location pretty much garuntees a traffic migraine at any hour of the day and the parking fees only make it worse. It may be grand, but it's nothing special.

We like staying at Hyatts and came to expect a certain level of quality. Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead has valet parking ($40+) or self parking ($30+). We used the valet service &received a discount for our disabilities placard. Entrance was clean, check in was quick. Pool was not heated & the location of the pool was completely in the shade when we got there around 5pm. I felt it was too cold to swim but my kids stayed in until about 7pm. Pool area was clean; towels were available for use and also some pool noodles and a few other toys. There is no hot tub & and a lady decided to walk her yellow lab around the pool while my family was swimming. She took it off the leash & kept me wondering if she was going to let it get into the water . Our room was on the 20th floor, the view was not fantastic (however, we didn't book it for a view). There was no microwave in the room, the beds were extremely uncomfortable (neither my husband nor I got restful sleep), pillows were flat (almost like the cheap pillows from walmart), and we encountered cockroaches in the room and the bathroom . We had dinner @ the restaurant inside the hotel. The server told us the items on the kid's menu ( there were no printed kids menus available) and she didn't remember the prices. Strange since they advertise their 'by kids for kids' menu on their website Service was pleasant and kitchen took over an hour to put our food out & everything was cold, flavorless & dry. We ordered the strauss burger with twisty fries, chicken panini w/ salad, chicken tenders w/ fries & cheese quesadilla. I would suggest going out to eat. We ordered room service for breakfast; salmon bagel, 2 eggs any style, 2x pancake meals from the kids menu, 3x orange juice. Altogether, it came out to $70+. Salmon bagel had an excessive amount of salmon (I guess that's better than the opposite) & smelled strangely of kitchen cleaner or similar , eggs were good & potatoes burnt, bacon was too salty and perfectly crispy. Kids pancakes were multi grain and fantastic! Huge complain about the breakfast arriving packaged in all plastic with plastic tableware, inside bags WHY? so much unnecessary garbage!!!! By far, this Hyatt did not meet our expectations of what Hyatt stands for based on our experience with other locations.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were super clean and the bathroom was beautiful. The staff at the front desk were friendly and the housekeeping staff was phenomenal. Not sure why I never stayed here sooner but this may be my new go to hotel when in town.

My family stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and the stay was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. They have their own parking deck so parking was not an issue.

I love this place!
There is no finer customer service and accommodations available in Buckhead!
The roof top garden is magnificent and a welcome respite from the rush of the surrounding traffic!

Had a very bad experience here with a rude and aggressive staff member literally seconds after arriving. I spoke to a manager who was very understanding, saying it shouldn't have happened and promised to take care of the issue, ended up upgrading us. I would probably stay here again.

Awful place. I mean awful. The black lady with the twist is dreadful. Should not be in the customer service industry. Lydia is obviously on adderal or something. The night manager the black guy is dreadful and ghetto. And headed off by Michelle the manager is a horrible manager and makes one wonder where she got her customer service skills. To be fair Nina is awesome at the front desk and so is Gage. The night time secuity office/MOD is amazing. This place has taken a turn for the worst. Its no wonder they have a hard time occupying this property. Please do better Hyatt.
