Hotel La Ville Review

A very nice stay of 11 days with a very clean room cleaned by Srinivas who tt the time to my listening. The valet Samuel was professional and available.

Mr Srimivas and Mr surendra very good housekeeper and they take care of our appatment and they are very cooperative and polit and active I recommend any guest to dell with them bcz they are very help full

Nice luxury hotel within the city and its traffic in front when it's weekend

I went for Iftar, it was easy to find. Doorman and valet were genuinely smiling .Ukranian Lady from d restaurant was helpful. Guest relation was knowledgeable about the property when we asked to see the rooms....lovely hotel and great staff

Great service, super helpful Staff at the all day dining restaurant. David Managed to fulfill all our food and drinks preferences. Highly recommend bread at steak house. Definitely coming back soon

Staying here for a month. Cannot fault it except that I would have liked more variety in the restaurants and longer operating hours for the swimming pool.
Otherwise, an absolutely wonderful experience and the staff is super courteous and friendly!

A newly opened hotel from Autograph collection. Friendly staff. Offers mobile check in which is cool. I found an "escapist" waiting for me at entrance upon my arrival and took me directly to my room where I did the paperwork.

Good restaurants and the access to city walk is amazing. Highly recommended.

They are super clean and it's a very cozy and calm place, their location also is great!

Best place you can stay in if your destination is city walk

Even though I only visited this hotel for a conference and didn't stay overnight , I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service provided by each and every staff here. From the smallest things like greeting the visitors to bringing in tea with honey to a guest who was coughing , the service was one of the best I have seen in any hotel in Dubai. The location is also spectacular with easy access to shopping and entertainment. Overall I would highly recommended this place for your next stay in Dubai.

Great location. Our room was upgraded when we checked in which was a nice surprise. The room was very large with marble in the living room and bathrooms. We we're on the street side so the view was nice, but loud at night. The staff was very friendly. The only exception to the service was when someone rang our doorbell to check the mini bar. We were staying multiple nights so it was unusual to do this in the middle of the stay.

Love this place. It's secluded and chic. Great scenery, shopping and dining.

Great location in the middle of city Walk and friendly staff. The rooms opposite to the road are noisy specially on the weekends as it seems there is no insulation.

Fantastic hotel. Service is too notch. Beds are horribly uncomfortable. Not the Marriott beds we expected.

A very well-located hotel with a cool architecture and a very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast at Chival was a very good way to start the day and the courtyard was perfect to chill in the evening. I will go back!

Shisha is bad they have their own flavors which is not nice at all Masaya or Mazaya i don't know but it's bad test

Le Chival @ La Ville Hotel in City Walk is a georgeous location for a healthy and copious breakfast. Where you can feel the quality of each food, the freshness of the juices, authentic croissants, choices of almond and other milk. Michael has been very helpful and knowledge to guide us through the menu/choices, always with a smile! Thanks, we will be back very soon. Glad we found this gem!

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location with an amazing aura. The rooms are stylish, modern and clean. For the rooms with a balcony it is very relaxing to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Its greatest assets are its bars and dining venues. Especially the courtyard offers drinks in a tranquil atmosphere. The hotel offers limited facilities for kids but there are many children oriented activites offered at City Walk.
The only downside is that former SPG members will be dissapointed with the Elite loyalty recognition. This is nowhere near what SPG members were used.

I had a great experience staying with LA Ville Hotel & Suites CITY WALK. The staff was great first and foremost. Especially John who delivered my a la carte meals. The room was spectacular and spacious. He was always on time and helpful with the process. The location was great. You can get to most places by walking if you are not lazy. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who decides to visit Dubai and I am definitely planning my next stay.

One of the best, This is my first visit to the hotel and was amazed starting the welcoming vibes that I felt when I entered the hotel. the staff are extremely kind and very welcoming. the room was amazing and it was my birthday, they surprised me with cake and fruits platter to wish me a happy birthday. they responded to every single request very fast . I highly recommend the hotel to everyone and the location granted easy access to the CITY WALK shops and restaurants by walking.

A super sexy looking hotel with a gorgeous outdoor space for this time of year. Go before it gets too hot!

We stayed at this hotel with a group of 4 girls for a friend's birthday. We got the penthouse suite however the staff, the management in particular, was extremely unprofessional. Apparently, visitors weren't allowed however this was not the case when we stayed in other luxury resorts we have stayed at in Dubai such as Anantara and Waldorf. We had to ask our visitors to leave. Every hour we received a complaint. We were disturbed at 11:30 PM at night by two men who claimed we were not allowed to stay in the hotel room together as we were not related. We were asked again for our ID's which were scanned at check in, and when we went to get it we closed the door however one of the men standing at the door refused to let us shut the door until we made a scene about it being a violation of our privacy and deemed it as completely inappropriate. We were then called at 12 AM to let us know that we were in fact allowed to stay and were weren't being kicked out of a hotel we paid for in the middle of the night, by hotel staff who had not informed us of this 'only relatives' rule whilst checking in. We then asked for the name of the manager who we were dealing with; he then laughed and asked why. He gave us only his first name. We found his attitude completely absurd as we thought we were dealing with a manager. We wasted a lot of time and energy dealing with hotel staff. Overall it was a draining experience, a lot of money gone to waste since we were being disturbed 24x7 with unnecessary complaints.

Excellent stay at La Ville in July. The rooms are very neat and modern. Swimming pool on the rooftop is also great, with a fantastic view of the Dubai skyline. Staff has been very helpful and available to make our stay a real treat. Will definitely come again.

The most convenient nice hotel when traveling with kids.

Amazing location! Staying at the City Walk - and La Ville - turned out to be the best decisions we made for our Dubai trip. I went with the family and my kids (12 and 7) had a blast both within the hotel as well as when we walked out. Most Dubai attractions were 30 min away; and the Jumeirah locality was walking distance away (we wandered on the last day to Merkato Shopping area and that was a pleasant experience as well).

As for La Ville, Ralph at the front desk made the check-in/out as easy as it can be. Nisa at Chival is an angel (she came by on the first day to chat and just prepared dishes that suit our dietary preferences everyday after that without ever having to ask again...). Shibin was superb with his impeccable style and with his service at the tables.

As a family, we have decided to stay at La Ville City Walk next time we visit Dubai. THANK YOU to Marriott for such a wonderful property at such a great location. Oh, and this is my first experience at The Autograph Collection of properties.
