The hotel is indeed "a bit old school" but still very good. The room also has a concept like an exclusive apartment in Jakarta

Just 3 minutes walk to JIS for IASAS- international schools sports events- big supermarket, Starbucks, Krispykreme, small restaurants, lunchbox stores,.. Very nice kind hotel staffs& spacious perfect hotel compared to the room rate! Nice shuttle to JIS! Pondok indah (huge)mall 5min away by taxi,Grab.

you feel more privacy here.. 2 rooms and 3 rooms apartment available here for family trip..

Hotel With Nature ... Suitable for those who have business ...

Semi-luxury hotel concept apartment in the middle of the city ... cool and comfortable rooms ...

Satu lagi bar is pretty good if you want decent western food and ice cold beer.

Saat check-in tidak ada staff yang mengantar ke room, alhasil kartu akses tidak bisa terbaca oleh sensor kunci room, membuat saya jadi bolak balik sendirian dari kamar tower 2 ke lobby tower 1 karena harus ganti kartu, tetapi tetap tidak bisa terbaca juga sampai akhirnya dibantu staff yang naik ke atas & ternyata sensor kunci kamarnya rusak, jadi harus diperbaiki. Kenapa tidak di-check terlebih dahulu sebelum guest datang? Agak tidak nyaman jadinya. Kemudian di bathtub kamar mandi ada sabun yang sudah terbuka (tidak di-wrapped) saya tidak tahu memang disediakan begitu atau sudah sabun bekas. Huhuhu. Tapi yang di wastafel, sabun masih di-wrapped. Untuk staff2 yang lain ramah selalu menyapa jika bertemu. Hanya front office nya sangat kurang. Untuk bintang 4 rasanya masih kurang ya untuk service dan maintenance nya. Mohon diperbaiki, terimakasih.

Good vibe. The outer light can enter so it's not too shady.

The place is not bad to stay at, nice modern rooms with great aircon.

The buffet always had variety and was a real highlight.

Accessibility:
The rooms have rails on both sides if the toilet.

The shower has a fold down seat.

If need be you could bring a shower chair and use it as there's enough room.

Have stayed several times for business. Rooms are large and clean, service is good and staff friendly. If you have business in South Jakarta worth looking at Kristal.

I don't regret it ....

The food is good, the chef is friendly, the doorman is friendly ... really comfortable staying here.

Care and Awarness

Thank you Management and Management of Hotel Kristal, especially Mr. Andi (Duty Manager), Mr. Sutrisno (Commander of the Guard) and Mas Arif (House Keeping) and Mas X (not knowing his name, from engineering) ... the more there is no doubt about comfort and security at Hotel Kristal. It's feel like a second home, just at home we feel safe and comfortable ... this will be felt and experienced as a guest at Hotel Kristal. Even though only a cellphone is left in the Rest Room in the Hotel Public Area, the handling ... 4 thumbs up ...

Not ok, but the parking lot is still low and rather small

4 star hotel, suitable for foreign tourists. prices according to the facilities offered. only the building is a bit old, like an apartment. the hotel system (for example, the entrance key) is still outdated, when compared to hotels of its class.

Complete facilities, clean, tasty and varied breakfast, friendly staff, strategic location. Comfortable hotel in the Cilandak area. The right choice for staying with family.

Great place to live, the room is very clean, but there's nothing around this hotel, a little bit far from shopping center

Nice and comfy place for weekend getaway..Will come to visit again in the near future.

For us staying in South Jakarta this is the perfect hotel.
A large pool, a 2 bedroom apartment 2 bathrooms small kitchen any comfort.
A caring staff attentive smiling ...
Gym restaurant and bar.
A tea room sui makes cakes at the top.
A little dj really good for both the variety of dishes offered for their quality.
And the rates are still reasonable.
Our favorite for South Jakarta.

The toilet is not recommended for Muslims, it is difficult to cut down

A good, reliable 4 star hotel, regularly used by Expats.

Crystal Hotel is located at Cilandak Jl. Terogong Raya.
Tower that describes the shape of an apartment-style hotel.
Swimming pool facilities and children's playground are the main attraction. Besides, the location is close to Pondok Indah

Unfortunately there is no free car wash service like other hotels, even though it's just washing the outside .....

This is my 5th time stay at Kristal i feel comfortable staying at Kristal. It is like home away home for me . Thanks to all employees who makes us feel comfortable .

I once used the room for a training event, the pressure was good, unfortunately the sound system was not OK.

But overall ok.

Sorry for only giving 3 stars, because my event some time ago relied heavily on the sound system, and to be honest we were very dissatisfied.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon!

Good service, comfortable rooms, spacious swimming pool, big mosque too ... Unfortunately the atmosphere is rather dim & the building is a bit old ...

The rooms are spacious, cool, clean, comfortable, the food is delicious. Good service.

Modern hotel with even apartment facility available..
If you have a toddler/baby then would recommend the two room suite.. Big hall (dining and living area), kitchen (with basic utensils, chimney, 4 burner plate, water dispenser and refrigerator)..
Bed is comfy and bedroom is spacious too with big closets..
Bathroom clean and washing machine is provided too.. hair dryer is also available..
Two televisions (one in living room and one in bedroom)
The staff is very friendly and helpful.. you ask for something and they are at your service..
Breakfast is good
The pool area is quite big and clean.. they have a diving school too..
Huge fitness centre where various sorts of classes goes on..
Besides the pool there is a big play area for kids with sea saw, slides and swings..
This has a good bar (Satu Lagi Bar) and a good restaurant area too
Rates are good too
Hero (upscale hypermarket sort) is just at the walking distance from hotel.. Starbucks cafe just adjacent to it..
Pondok Indah mall (one of the biggest mall of Jakarta) is also very close.. hardly 1-2 KMS from hotel..
Overall one of the best places to stay in Jakarta.. strongly recommend it.

for those who don't know where the motorbike goes through, see there is a HERO? next to it is an alley?
go in there and not how long there is a small door to enter.

the security guard was not clear, I just ordered people to park in front of security guard posts (even though the motorbike parking lot was there and under the ground) and kept parking the motorbike, I was told to go to the basement whether I was told what to do ...

When I arrived underground, I asked a lot of people what business was going down there, I said that I was told by a security guard, uh, told me to do it again ... but also ... I just got behind the security post ... okay ...

Convenient for full day meeting activities. The menu is good

Employees here are very friendly, being here one night is like being a long time ago, a recommendation once for vacation and long stay

Im shocked that the room is totally nice, but outside look, really shows that this is an old hotel
