The hotel is quite cool and beautiful in the number of the road not far from Fatmawati or from the beautiful cottage ... for ojol provided parking behind the hotel Free ... but the way to loby is a bit far ... but doesn't matter as long as the parking is free healthy body smooth order, thank you for the tip

This review is not related to the hotel rooms, but the other facilities.
Swimming pool: wide, clean, with a very nice terrace. Service sometimes needs to be pushed a little, although very friendly. Furniture needs maintenance.
Gym: very complete, big enough, there will always be equipment available. Friendly staff. Maintenance should be improved. Some equipment stays out of order for weeks. TV channels a lot of disruption, after initial installation. Dust-cleaning should be more often. Good and clean showers, although I still wonder why they cannot be locked.
Restaurant: rather expensive, but very good food.
Lobby restaurant tower 2: also rather expensive, but a good assortment and friendly staff.

Update 15-7-2017: I just removed one star. For some reason they stopped servicing near the swimming pool. It looks like the hotel overall is degrading.

Have never stayed here, only frequent buffet lunch at orchid restaurant ..

Good hotel for long stay. All of staff have good skill and very kind. there is a supermarket near by hotel. I you choose the room including kitchen,you can cook your self almost dishes.

Had business full day meeting at their meeting rooms. Pleasant service, great banquet menus, and always tasty lunch buffet options. Great facilities.

Places is located in small street, quite places, but the building is already old and less maintained

Cheap alternative transportation to the Crystal Hotel: if you are alone from Soekarno Hatta airport take Damri to Blok M, then from Damri Blok M pool, continue to take an online taxi. If more than 1 person, take a taxi from the airport to this place will be more efficient.

Strategic location on the edge of Jl. Terogong Raya Pondok Indah Jaksel, adequate parking available, close to PIM1 & PIM2 Shopping centers, easy to reach from Jor toll road, Pondok Pinang-Taman Mini section.

I do not recommend it very bad other than photos This is not close to the tourist attractions if Btrouh Journey Yibe you watch and old very dilapidated

The location is right, quiet, feels not in Jakarta. The concept of the place is great for events and very comfortable. Only 1 is lacking, the parking lot of the motorbike is quite far to get into the hotel lobby.

Good hospitality, great breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows.

First, the arrival transport from airport to hotel at 2 am was very convenient and efficient as i went to the bluebird desk. Felt safe even as a single woman travelling that time of the night. Housekeeping and Room Service were prompt too. We had to visit JIS for a sporting event and being 5 min away from the hotel was very convenient. I particularly loved the gym as it was big and complete. My only issue was with my room's aircon. It was making sounds (like a loose bearing) and on my last night, the air blowing was warm instead of cold. Good thing their maintenance was able to fix it at 1 in the morning. I think they need to replace the aircon units for some rooms.

I like this Apartment Hotel, still one of the best in South Jakarta. Good service and 'quite' reasonable price if you are a member or using 'corporate' price.

The Hotel Kristal has a breakfast buffet that I have enjoyed twice. They won't get 5 stars because of the quality of the food. Some of the dishes are cold when they should be at least warm. I'll attend the buffet once more to obtain pics. I'm sure my rating won't change but we will see.
