A very pleasant hotel, got that old school vibe in the second tower, the newly renovated tower one is great aswell

It is never disappointing to always stay at Hotel Kristal, because the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the utilities are complete, the kitchen equipment is also complete and functioning properly.

A small, warm and cozy hotel.. hidden near JIS Pondok Indah Terogong.
Friendly and helpfull staff with spacious rooms and familiar atmosphere.

Located in a small terogong area, have quite a crowded traffic during the rush hour and ended school's time. The good things is... after the rush hour is done this place is actually feels like your personal sanctuary because it gives us the ability to have a good rest.

It is also profided with playground and swimming pool where you and your family can spend some time together to play on the playground or swimming.

Staycation with big family, booked this place for my sons celebrate his birthday with family.

Reasonably reasonable without impossibility,
I made a reservation with a bathtub, but it was a room with only a shower room, so if you check it, it is an error in the posted photo, so if you pay an additional fee, can it be changed to a bathtub is a scam?

I'm used to a lazy customer attitude that doesn't let go of my smartphone so I think I'll take care of lies, cheating, diversion of responsibility, storm of excuses, and life. Energy waste only.

This is the first 4-star hotel without bathrobes!
It is painful for those who go to bed in bathrobes.

The quality of the amenity set is low, so don't expect it.

Drinking water uses it, but when is it replaced? Unused gallons remain intact and the sanitary control of the dispenser itself is not 100% reliable.
I bought a bottle from a line of Hero supermarkets.

It is convenient because there are restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores!

Good service apartment. But needs to keep itself updated inorder to stay in the competition. The facilities need to be updated soon

This 4-star hotel has a blend of classical and modern architectural forms, it can be seen from the exterior. As for the interior, it uses a variety of wooden furniture such as cabinets, drawers, mirrors and beds but the lack of provision of bathroom equipment (soap, shampoo, brushes and toothpaste) is only provided by one each. For complete amenities such as swimming pool, tennis court, Wi-Fi that is directly connected and breakfast every morning. The service is also friendly and responsive, but unfortunately the distance between the car park area and the hotel building is quite far.

For strategic location, on the edge of a major highway

The rooms are comfortable even though the interior is old, there is a calendar with a wall clock and a mini kitchen. The bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is complete and delicious. The pool is nice and clean, there is playgroud for kids

The hotel is a good star 4. Experience picking up people there, the staff is friendly and helpful. Only access to it is far from the main road. Incidentally entering via Fatmawati follow the Google Maps instructions, the night will turn around

nice spacious rooms, need ao me touch up / renovation. not so much choice for resto n food
