The room is spacious and perfect for family trip with kid. The kitchen is equiped with the utensil so OK if you want to cook some food.

The problem is there is some water coming out from the ceiling near the table. Just notice when we were ready to check out. Not sure whether the watwr come from the plumbing or from the rain.

The unit is very good but the food here is mediocre. Its so so. I would depend on gojek for food if it were me

Decoration is kinda out-of-date. The outdoor environment is poor. But overally, it's an ok business hotel.

Taoi overall is ok. The 3 rooms are full ... it's really nice.

The pool is luaaaasss, yeah but if it's malem it can't be swimming there or not ...

Very pleasant hotel. We ordered 1 unit of 3 rooms. The room is spacious and clean. Kitchen utensils are quite complete so we can cook simple food. The swimming pool is spacious and clean, consisting of 3 depth areas. The fitness center is also complete with tools. The food at the restaurant is varied and delicious. Kapan2 will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I paid for a room and was barred from using swimming pool facilities. Asked for refund and was not given

It is very beautiful for the price! Morning buffet is also satisfactory!
Japanese people may want a bathtub! ? But I had no problem even without it.

A nice place. The main issue is that the darkness shrouded in the parking area, the garden, and the road nearby in the evening.

It is a hotel with good caustic rain. The children's pool and playground are fine. Breakfast is simple.

Front desk and concierge staff have lots of attitude. Rooms are ok but the service ruins everything.

Even not a new structure is well maintened. The room are small apartments, thete also swiming poo', gym, spa and a big bar .
The surrounding are relaxing and you can walk around.

Near from everywhere.. You shuld spend here for a night

Comfortable room .. Clean .. Friendly service .. I ordered the studio which is quite spacious, the four of us can have a sofa .. Clean kitchen, refrigerator, dispenser and TV with fast wifi. Just cm the air conditioner is noisy

It is not a new Hotel. But it has been always be my Favorite hotel to stay for family gateway or for my guest to stay while they are in Jakarta. This Hotel has a nice Fitness center and Spa. It has nice big Swimming pool. There is nice Restaurant. And nice Club name Satu lagi Bar.

Parking is convenient, employees are also friendly, the apartment is also very comfortable

I love everything about this place! It is a hotel in a design of an apartment. They have the studio room, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom suite. Of course all is fully furnished and equipped with small pantry (in the studio room) or full kitchen set (including the fridge with freezer, stove, dining utensils, mineral water in a gallon with a dispenser. The staffs are friendly. The coffee shop has nice apple pie which my mom loves very much, and they also have their homemade yogurt with granola topping which I really love...

Bad service .....

The hotel is clean and cozy. The room was spacious and clean as well, and the check-in was easy. The hotel staff were so much helpful and they spoke good English. The pool and spa was marvellous. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I will very very very recommended this hotel, and of course I will be back here again if I need to stay in Jakarta. Thanks.
