Unorganized company

I've been working for this coming for a month too long. Should've known when just getting through the paperwork alone was a nightmare. Month later still no pay. First excuse was all of my paperwork wasn't processed and had to wait for a confirmation email of enrollment. So I refused my services until then. So a month later I have a paystub saying what I should get paid but still no direct deposit I signed up for nor a paper check. Sent a email supposedly they mailed out a pay wisley card on February 9th. It's now February 16th. On top of that my background check isn't even back. I'm over it wouldn't recommend this company to no one.

They have not paid my caregiver since July the 1st.. they keep saying for a month that their Authorization department has not authorized the pay. They keep putting you off and they will not give you a phone number if you need to talk to someone with authority.. there are many people whom has not been paid…. We are seeking US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND WAGES…. 1-866-487-9243 if anyone sees this and have not been paid..

Have filled out packet 3 times now. They keep saying the haven't received it. I've been taking care of my client for almost 6 months now. No money. Nobody to help figure this out. They don't return calls or answer phones. I'm at a loss of what to do. I'm out of money and unable to pay my bills. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

Refused to fix my contact phone number which they blame on IP One. Why keep the wrong information? Then says only dshs financial worker can fix it but on there end it is correct.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Have been waiting since August of 2019 to get paid and call over there AGAIN to see if there was anything I needed to do further and got sent to voicemail AGAIN. Never get a call back and still haven t been paid. No stars would be what I would rate but Google is caring enough to show they deserve at least one. My opinion is they deserve negative one star.

I have read the negative comments and I'm sorry you guys had that experience. My experience on the other hand, has been exceptional.
Let me first start out with my awesome case manager, Dalia Cruz.
My case set in limbo for six months and by God's. Grace it fell into Ms
Cruz's capable hands. Within a week the ball was rolling and we had made amazing progress.
Mika Delaney calls to check on me and Ms Cruz follows up often to make sure all paperwork and internet access is current and understandable.
I am grateful for my experience with Consumer Direct. Thanks Ms Cruz forakingy experience a great one!

I've work a whole year with no pay they said I had up to a year and six months pays just keep turning my timesheet in so I did as they said then all of a sudden they had to do new assignment on my patient and all that so im out of a year worth of back pay & I stared it back in October 3 2019 & still haven't got a pay check yet I dont know what to say about this company but they bad for business and every time my patient mother call they give her the run around or she have talk to the
manger and still didn't get much help this whole year later smh.

A couple of people got evicted because of this company, but I bet all of you sitting at your desk not answering call got your checks. This is trouble and it time for the NEWS to get involved. Your unprofessional approach to this change was very unbecoming to me and I just would like to know if this company is real or not. Please someone enlighten me one what s going on. You on the phone and all you get is leave a message. Well I left about 20 messages so and no one called me back.

Absolutely the worst company on the face of the planet. I have missing days from my paycheck 2 months ago that they have not fixed and my coworker has days missing for every pay period since September! They will not do anything about it, wont return calls or emails and when you DO speak to someone, they lie and say our calls were returned and still resolve NOTHING because most of their staff are untrained! If I could move how I get paid, I would. They are terrible! They need to fix their problems NOW.

Very slow process! I submitted by attendant packet the beginning of this month, and I am still unable to submit my time. I have been working as an attendant since last month. Office personnel are dragging their feet. Contact center agents are very unprofessional, unpleasant, and dry including Harley. Contact center associates answer your advanced questions with general answers without attempting to even research your account. Management does not return phone calls.

I can't believe the reviews I'm reading! My experience wasnt nearly that bad! I admit it took a while to get things together but always had great customer service. Once everything was reviewed and handled thing's have been smooth every since. I even got back pay. Not to get paid for over a year is truley unacceptable I pray all has been resolved! They are correct the system is not uset friendly but I wad persistent and stayed at it. Best of luck to all!

We had Public Partnerships prior to Consumer Direct and they made my life so difficult. Fortunately we now get to work with Consumer Direct and they are amazing! They answer the phone and respond to emails promptly. I haven t had issues with my attendants getting paid and they will walk you through and questions you have until you understand. They are always friendly and courteous and having them now has relieved my stress significantly. Thank you Consumer Direct!!!

They need a 0 star!! This company is the worst, I had to get this packet in by a certain date in Sept. I did everything on time like I was asked to do, but here it is November the 6th and I haven t been paid for my client since I started on Sept. 2nd. How am I suppose to pay my bills??? I have called everyday for the last 3 weeks and couldn t even tell you how many emails I have sent just trying to get someone to figure out why I have received payment yet.
They are blaming it on Virginia Premier and VA Premier. It s crazy that we can t talk to anyone so we can get paid!!!!

Horrible. Worst payrollcompany ever. Undertrained staff. Seriously completely incompetent. Excessive wait to speak with someone who is completely useless. Nothing seems to get resolved. Have had nothing but problems. Every paycheck there is a problem. Now have not been able to clock in or out or been paid for a month. I don't know when this contract is up but can't be fast enough. They won because they were cheapest. Now we know why. And not to mention they don't even care enough to respond to complaints. You get the same nonsense answers to everything as you get when you read the responses to these complaints. Which are all similar so there MUST be some thruth in them.

- 20 stars is what this place needs. We were rushed to get all our transition packets completed just to still be sitting here and I still have not gotten paid. We literally call all day everyday and leave multiple messages and of course like everyone else on here said you don't get a call back. I have even tried escalating to multiple supervisors and they immediately go to voicemail. what else is new. I have already lost multiple things by not getting paid and of course all you hear is " oh im sorry i know this must be very frustrating" no you don't know because your still getting a paycheck." I really wish we didn't have to leave public partnerships. worst decision ever!

I don't understand why this company has so many bad reviews. They have handled my care for over a year. My caregivers are paid properly and not once has there been an issue with payment. They are always so polite and courteous when you call them. Compared to the previous company I was with these people are a godsend. Even amid the virus they have been absolutely wonderful. I know people tend to leave far more negative reviews than positive that's why I'm writing this because they deserve to be acknowledged for their good treatment toward individuals like who are very dependent upon these companies to do the right thing so we can get the proper care. Thank you consumer direct for all you do.

Virginia premier made the worst choice choosing consumer direct, that's if that picked them. They do not return calls and you stay on the phone forever. They give you the run around. Since they have switch my provider still have not been payed. Here it is time goes in this week still no id number for my provider and no one has given answers to what is going on. My provider has bills to pay. I have left two emails still nothing. All our info was put in the beginning of September they sent a email saying they received the paperwork and called on the 10 of September. There is no reason for this.

If there was an option to give this company 0 stars I would. They frequently make mistakes with employee's paychecks. No one ever answers the phone after you follow 500 prompts to get to through the automated system. I have never worked for a more underpaying unprofessional company. I really hope the government doesn't give them another contract.

My mentally challenged sister receives help with outings in the community. Her provider gets paid directly through Consumer Direct Care Network of Virginia. I received my information packet in Nov 2018. I have had nothing but trouble with this agency since then. Cannot log into account. Constant errors. Somewhere the provider of the software evidently doesn't know how to make this user friendly. Because here it is almost a year later and nothing resolved as it should be. I hope I soon find the answers I need.

I have had the worse customer service EVER with Consumer Direct. I have been an attendant with my precious client for over 6 months. Consumer Direct has only paid me for 1 month. Every time I call I don't get accurate information or different information. You would think after the paper work is complete they will hurry up and pay you especially if you already have went months without payment. Very distasteful and unacceptable.

say they don't have paperwork from EOR. But they do and they have.Supervisors say they do when contacted and then always say it is being processed. Give it 2-3 days and then should be able to enter time. Then I never can.
