Hotel India Awadh, Lucknow Review

India Awadh hotel is one of the best hotel in Lucknow. Good dining options are available here. Good services are provided here and staff is very polite. Infrastructure is so good. Rooms are very neat and cleaned and all services were provided quickly. Very good hotel to stay. Environment of hotel is good and clean. Staff members are well trained and well mannered.

It nice and decent hotel. It will give you a government type of feel. :-p

Slightly on the expensive side considering the city it is located in, but apart from that, it was a good stay. Rooms were nice and clean, big enough to fit three adults with an extra bed. Good food options too.

Excellent and clean rooms and services Staying at this hotel, one has easy access to tourist attractions all around the city. Very friendly staff and helpful at all times. Dining - Buffet (Breakfast and Dinner) adequately provided and very nice.

Bad experience of my recent stay in the room as all the room are designed by stupid interior person who has put a big lamp in the middle of the wall where beds are placed, as a result you can't get king size bed comfort. The bathroom toilet seat when flushed leaks and the toilet is leaked out on the floor. Hotel staff has no options to offer when complaint.

When checked in the house keeping tells you that towels were not washed so were not kept in the bathroom. The AC control is pathetic.

Food quality is definitely good, but the stay is too poor.

This hotel is slightly expensive for the way they have maintained their rooms. Service quality varies from excellent to moderate, and late dinner in-dining is a problem. But they have good rooms and a healthy spread at the buffet breakfast which is a delight to have.

Reception is always a fist point of contact for any hotel, and you had a worst experience at reception only the complete stay get ruined. Staff working is here are like they are doing favours on you. I haven t seen this kind of bad attitude of staff working here. No AC was working in reception area, i waited for almost an hour till my room get ready. They didn t asked for water even, no news paper or magazines in reception area.

Nice cozy hotel with quite Royal interiors. Rooms, bed, furniture are quite old. Also washroom hygiene is also quite poor. Breakfast buffet is ok. But charges are quite high as compare to the facilities provided to the customer.

Good rooms, free WiFi, car parking facility, complementary break fast with good number of varities. Restaurant takes long-time to serve. 15% discount if you go and eat in the restaurant instead of room service. Cleanines is good.

Hotel Staff is non responsive ! I found stone in my Peanut Masala. Food is really oily.
