Hotel India Awadh, Lucknow Review

Poor service. Poor Food. No acknowledgment for service of customers. If you have any other options go for it.

Grand look even inside hotel and room too. Good hotel in sapur marg station and the rates are little high and it is ok in its range of hotel... my overall rating for this place is 8 points out of 10 points. And its is located at walkable distance from saharaganj mall. There is roof top restaurant and pub at bootom of the hotel is available And all leading food chains is avaialbe nearby such as Dominos, Pizzahut, subway and well know sweet shops and even Mr. Browny Bakery is also located at nearby this hotel. And it is very much on road side too. Even they provide space for functions / parties also.

Always enjoy your trip after proper planning...

Not a value for money service not good at all. Rooms are clean but fixtures are old and broken

Lifts don't work. I had to climb up the stairs, thrice, to the sixth floor.

Very well positioned right in the heart of the city, Hotel is good but less of staff present and hence has a gloomy feel. Overall the rooms were neat and clean but for a 4k price the details and comfort should be higher.

My visit to this hotel was by incident. I was supposed to visit someone at Clark Awash, but visited India Awadh. ,

Entrance n reception lobby is little confusing.
You have to get to first floor for reception lobby.

It has lost its essence... The standards are no more upto the mark

Strictly business hotel. Located in Satpur industrial area, there is not much to do around the hotel. Breakfast and buffet dinner has limited variety. Rooms are very small and looks dated. Service is good but lack of good variety in good makes this place less interesting. Strictly for business visitors on industrial visits. There is fast food cafe located inside the hotel which provides good pizza and variety of coffee for those who loves fas6 food and their drink.

Most suitable place, in the heart of city, for conferences, exhibitions and meetings.

The Hotel is situated at a nice location in the heart of Lucknow City. Many eateries are out there near the Hotel which makes it easier to arrange for the food. Quality service and maintenance is properly provided by the staff and members of the Hotel.

The hotel lobby was beautiful and the restaurant food was appetising too

The rooms are clean and spacious...services provided are truely worth the money they charge for it...

It's a beautiful hotel with courteous staff. I had my Government job interview there.
Though we were not their actual client that day, But their hospitality was at par.

Not good as they were advertised. Offered executive room and we end with a deluxe room.. Front office staffs were very rude..

CLEAN HOTEL WITH SUPPORTING STAFF AND GOOD HOSPITALITY

A good hotel, centrally located and offers good rooms. The location is the best part of the property and offers decent food as well.

This is very nice place to stay as it is very mu ch from HAZRATGANJ & Malls & market etc.

Food quality is also very good. You may get buffet in dinner having very reasonable prices.

Pathetic service, no hot water, pathetic stinking rooms, the worst stay I've ever had..... Not even worth one star

Nc hotel but hotel was asking more as compared to goibibo

Very Bad Experience, Lucknow is Corporate City now and they don't allow visiter guest after 9PM..You have to be bored alone or pay for per visitor too 500 Rs to invite them at your room..So foolish rule in a corporate city...Bathroom furniture contains rust and very bad hospitality management totally desi hotel...Will not stay now onwards

Great property Great food but entrance is deceptive

Average Hotel. Rooms are not maintained well. Only Entrance Lobby looks great

One of worst experience... Stayed here for 4 days... AC is not working at all in rooms...only in lobby....they are practicing this since long time for cost cutting... no matter how much complaint is done... they act like deaf....
In rooms ciggratte smell is there. Washroom was full of Pan spit stains. Only positive is location. Not at all recommended.
