Bar Bar Lucknow. Very nice place for hangout, specially go on weekends

Wonderful hotel. Good Service. Tasty Food. Couple Friendly. Soft spoken staff. Classy Hotel. Everything there is simply fantastic. And very much cheap.

Food is horrible but a good deal for quick short weddings

Under renovation and repairs. The entrance is through a two phase lift. On for parking to Reception and another for the 5 floors. The flower arrangements could be improved a lot!!

Looks Magnificent from outside and inside. It also has a Sports Bar

Good things :

1: Good Infrastructure
2: Good Room
3: Behaviour of Staff is actually appreciable, the other reviews are also correct in this regard
4: Menu or Items offered at Breakfast was really thoughtful, it was not like anything could be offered, selection was thoughtful
5: Food was also good
6: Parking is available
7: Appears Value for money

Things to be improved :

1: Hand shower could be provided in Bathroom
2: Dust Bin was missing in room, but was placed on demand
3: Menu item mentioned in the Menu should be available on order, which was not case with me, for which front office took note
4: Air condition was not Working properly
5: Lockers not available in room

If there are some other things which are unexplored , I leave them to you..

Staff behaviour highly objectionable

A nice hotel in the heart of city. Polite staff. Hotel comprises of conference room, party hall. Food is good. The best part is it's location, in hazratganj, the heart of city.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Right from the rooms, staff, comfort and food. Their buffet breakfast is an extremely special which needs to be explored on daily basis.

Bar Bar is a nice place to hangout with friends DJ is so awesome . Liquor and shots facility are good. Silent place and totally suitable for being alone with friends and having a gala time .

Nice and pleasant property, gives you a rich feel, staff is also amiable.
Paying a visit is worth it..!!

Worst customer service ever. We were stopped by a doorman because on our way for meeting because he wanted to confirm whether we have checked out/gonna return back or not. Manager could only apologise but didn't had the guts to ask the doorman to apologise to us. No action was taken towards this and niether we were given any feedback for the same, even when we asked twice in the next 2 days. IF YOU WANT TO STAY AT A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN BE CALLED A THIEF, YOU SHOULD TRY THIS PLACE.

It is the worst experience ever, I had stayed, poor house keeping, bed, bathroom, tv..Not advisable
