Hotel India Awadh, Lucknow Review

Great venue for meetings and classy rooms with mouth-watering food

First time I entered this Hotel, have Ladies bar, Dining Hall , Good room, Great Foods, it is situated in Heart of Lucknow "Hazrat ganj"

Not satisfied with service and facility the major problem I had faces is electricity whole day tripping electricity and infrastructure was also not good

Good banquets, rooms are wonderful , economical.very polite staff

People with very cheap mentality and substandard etiquettes. They look upon a girl and a boy together as if it is a crime or a prostiutuion racket is happening. Even if one confirms on phone about guests being allowed in rooms but in person they deny vehemently. As a suggestion to all fellow travellers visiting Lucknow, especially if you are in a group with girls or a couple, kindly avoid this place. Lucknow is beautiful place with very nice people. You definitely wouldn't want to start your day on such a note.

Good building and infrastructure but poor service. Untrained manpower, do not expect service beyond 2star hotel here.

P.S There is limit of drinking water here. You have to buy high priced bottles from them only.

It's good for stay and food. It's also good for small conference.

Hot water is not available in this hotel. If you want hot water , staff will bring bucket of water . If you ask for water bottle, staff will bring someone else s used water bottle refilled with tap water . Linens are dirty and the room stinks. List is not enough to share the terrible experience . Once you complaint why is this not mentioned on the website , staff will promptly say we cannot write all this on the website

Squeaky clean room,good option for food,rooms are big with bath tub available.

In the heart of the city....near to saharaganj mall.....great ambience

I visited their bar with friends for some drinks and food. It was a nice experience with prices being reasonable and snacks were great too. Only problem that I faced here was related to parking else its worth paying a visit.

Looks grand from outside and even the hall and all is really good. But the rooms were average, maintainanace of the rooms were missing.
