Situated at sapru marg hazaratganj besides rohit bhavan.
Must taste chhola poodi infront of this building (15 for 2 poodi).

Good ambience . Ample space among tables in restaurant.Food is also delicious.Service needs to be improved.washrooms too need to be better maintained.

It is a beautiful property .....however...The place needs to upgrade the quality of facilities n services.It has well appointed rooms but the frig is not stocked with Room Refreshment.The Complementary Breakfast needs major overhaul in terms of quality of preparation ,and service.A personalised locker needs to be provided....

Very clean hotel. Very good service. But the chairs in the room dont help if you wish to work.

Good food but worst housekeeping.they keep air conditioner off in lobby and restaurants.Housekeeping have nothing to do with the guest.even don't come to clean the room .

A good place for small parties and family functions. Some times parking is issue here, over all good for small functions. Food is also good but be careful about hygiene cause once I found some thing crawling around serving utensils.

Great royal building and architecture but very poorly maintained service isn't that good either, for stay they provide only 2 small complimentary water bottles and for extra 1 litre 20Rs Mrp bottle they charge 59 Rs from the customers which shows there standard of service and financial condition.

Having visited last year and had the most wonderful lunch I decided to visit again, The hotel is so clean and a beautiful place to stay, the room was perfect,.Service very good.The staff were helpful and friendly.

I stayed 04 days. This is located at an excellent location right at the heart of the city. The room are neat and clean. Good food ,staff was very helpful.

Good hotel. rooms are good. Ventilation in lobby is poor. Though breakfast is full of varieties, but food taste is not great. staff is cooperative n service is very good.

Worst service, none of my services related issues get resolved. Very poor staff. Nothing goes on time.
I asked for a bottle of water and they take 45 mins to deliver the same.
Every one is busy in sleeping.
