Reception is always a fist point of contact for any hotel, and you had a worst experience at reception only the complete stay get ruined. Staff working is here are like they are doing favours on you. I haven t seen this kind of bad attitude of staff working here. No AC was working in reception area, i waited for almost an hour till my room get ready. They didn t asked for water even, no news paper or magazines in reception area.
