Positive :
I searched a long time, I found nothing except the strategic location of the hotel (close to the mother).
Negative points:
We had only surprises during this short stay. Here are the mistakes made by the hotel staff:
Error 1:
Reception mixed receptionists. No explanation on the operation of it (opening times of the restaurant for example). We had to ask the questions ourselves.
Error 2:
We booked 2 nights with my wife, room 404, we were advised at the reception to take room 403, which, according to them, was better. After checking the room, we realized that there was no balcony (the receptionist did not visibly know the hotel), which did not help smokers like me. We asked to resume room 404, we were told that it was already booked, no other solution was proposed by the receptionists.
Following this incident, we asked for a refund of the 2 nights paid, we were told that a refund of only 80% of the first night was possible, 2nd 100%, so we decided to stay the first night.
Error 3:
One of the receptionists came into my room without asking permission and without knocking on the door.
I was completely naked, fortunately my wife was in the shower, the time to put something on me, I went out to have explanations on this unprofessional behavior, the Mr replied that it was a fault.
Error 4: Dinner
The service starts from 8pm to 10pm. we showed up at 8:10 pm at the hotel restaurant, there was no employee, the receptionist had to call them.
information: For half-board bookings, there is really no choice.
Once the order was launched, we waited about 30 minutes for the entrance (salad).
In all, we stayed around 1:30 in the restaurant.
Error 6:
After finishing the dinner, we wanted a small ice cream in the cafeteria of the restaurant, no employee was present, after about 5 minutes of waiting, I went to inquire with the waiters of the restaurant, I am replied that someone was going to come and serve me in a matter of minutes, after 15 minutes of waiting, we finally got out of the hotel to look for the famous glasses.
