Hotel centrovital Berlin Review

The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The spa is spacious and well equipped. We liked that the breakfast selection was a bit varied. Price for the offered very okay.

Hotel is located on Ar ... the world, but good spa area and great breakfast

I was the first and last time in this hotel. My room was on the 3rd floor in the courtyard. A room with a bathtub, which looked tempting at first, but the tub was unusable because it was much too small. The room itself is very restless, you can hear every step in the corridor and every louder noise from the room above. Now it is corona crisis time, which means breakfast is brought to your room. At least in theory. On the first day of the night breakfast was 15 minutes late, on the second night not at all. I don't like to call the lady at the reception unfriendly, but if I deal with my customers as she does, I think the customer would be inclined not to want to see me again. Conclusion: For a house in this price range, an absolutely poor performance. And the pandemic cannot be used as an excuse. This rating is my personal opinion after my stay. It is not exemplary for the whole hotel.

The room was great and the whole stay was very pleasant, so the following review was at a very high level: I was in room 381. I would have liked mur that there is an outlet directly on the bed so I can put my phone on while charging can use the bed. The tv could be a little bit bigger and the programs were arranged partly incomprehensible. The tray was a very good idea. Unfortunately, the netflix function did not work, but I did not report that either. At the breakfast buffet I would have liked more choice of cold cuts, as well as bacon. On room 530 was according to my Mitreisenden also a lamp a bit too bright.

Nice hotel unfortunately only off the old town Spandau 15 minutes if you are good on foot and the way does not lead along a nice street

Last year we were guests in the hotel CentroVital in the summer and we felt very well.
The room was clean and very nice and the breakfast was great!
The spa is the perfect way to end your day after a long day in the city.
The public depart directly in front of the hotel and you can go anywhere without problems, even without a car.
We would definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it to anyone!

At first glance, it is an absolutely state-of-the-art hotel and health center, with a tablet in the room instead of the classic hotel folder. You can also exchange the room cleaning for a 5 euro voucher and do a lot more - if the thing works - and the message "lack of memory" is constantly displayed as I do.
There are stairs, but they cannot be walked from floor to floor, no you have to walk from the 4th floor to the ground floor first, so that you can go up one floor again, an intermediate exit is not possible.
The breakfast was very good and plentiful, but lunch and dinner were absolutely impossible for a 4 star hotel.
There were e.g. During lunch, the seats were simply changed, or the service (depending on the person) was a bit sloppy. In general one could feel that the "harmony" in this group is not the best and that this often leads to misunderstandings and mistakes. Even a "suit wearer" came during lunch and brought carpets or curtain samples to remodel the dining room, sorry this is a no-go. The only plus point was a young apprentice and an "older" colleague who did what they could, everyone else is recommended to think about their choice of words and behavior!
A big plus is the swimming pool with sauna, which saves the three stars here, a small sauna area and pool, whirlpool and exercise pool are included here.
Very nice staff in cleaning and in the swimming pool, as well as at the reception, everyone else should work on themselves again.
The services of the health center were not used.

I was there for brunch. I liked it a lot and there was something for everyone. Only the wait staff was funny she was friendly but always had a certain undertone when talking.

Chic, modern hotel right on the Spree. Room very good, breakfast good, but could offer a little more or more different sausage and cheese selection (especially with cheese there were various unusual types with herbs, paprika or the like, but unfortunately no classic Gouda, butter cheese or Tilsiter).

Nothing can be changed about the aircraft noise of the airships taking off a few kilometers away, it didn't bother us either, but of course it can cause discomfort for noise-sensitive guests.

Otherwise there is a great roof terrace with a bar, which unfortunately only offers overpriced bottle cocktails and no own creations. Sauna with cold chamber available, swimming pool with 2 pools and whirlpool top. As far as everything is clean. Nice reception and service.

Overall, highly recommended for anyone who is not sensitive to noise. TOP!

Lovely hotel, polite and friendly service. Very nice facilities. Great surroundings. The only minus was the location close to the airport co-taking off and landing planes.

A really nice hotel with a very good swimming and sauna area.
The swimming and sauna area is included in the rooms, the large pool is not really deep but you can still swim a few lengths or join the programs, there is also a whirlpool.
The breakfast is also very good, here you can even have a fried egg freshly made by an employee as you want it.
Since the hotel has good connections, I would probably choose it again next time in Berlin!

We always like to go there again. The staff is friendly, the rooms are a dream, the location is good (a bus stop right outside the door and the S-Bahn station is within walking distance) and the wellness area was beautiful. There is a swimming pool, a sauna and a hot tub. The gym is also very well equipped and the breakfast was great. Here is an omelette served to order and otherwise there is something for every wish.

We were two in the Centrovital over the weekend and were completely satisfied. Price performance is great! Breakfast wonderful. Very nice SPA and sauna area, in which we enjoyed spending time. This was not heavily visited (due to Corona?). We will definitely be going back. Thank you again to all employees. We hope that Corona does not hit the hotel too hard and we only wish the best for everyone.

My absolute favorite hotel in Berlin. The neighborhood of the hotel can be quite divided, within the walls of the centrovital you are always welcome in a very friendly environment as a guest. The rooms are functional and simple, clean and friendly. I call myself a regular guest and I look forward to the staff of the reception and in the restaurant with every stay. The combination of hotel and spa is convincing for me, also here is functionality and the rather pleasant simple in front of the pop-modern and trendy.

Nice staff, huge offer, which we unfortunately could not use due to the shortness of our stay, and good rooms. Unfortunately, we had a little bad luck with the bathroom, because the hair dryer was not only sticky but also broken. He was replaced immediately. The ventilation did not work, but it was passed on to the technology. The breakfast buffet was excellent, a lot of choice and various coffee specialties.

The fitness and spa area are just great. The breakfast is varied and fresh. An omelette can also be prepared. Somewhat unfavorable is the situation in the approach lane to the airport Tegel. But that fits.

1. Only one lift goes up to 4th floor only. Room is on fifth floor. Carry your bags on the stairs.
2. TV is like 10 years old. Push a button and wait 3 seconds for the channel change.
3. Very limited choice of channels..
4. Parking entrance is so small that every alarm in the car screams warning .. Parking is 12 / night. Dirty.
5. room terribly hot with no a/c.
6. Booked room with one double bed, got two single beds put together, and they very easily slide apart...and you fall in between.

Far below expectations for a FOUR star hotel. I have been to two star hotels that offered real double beds, easy parking, lift to floor, great TV and channel packages!

"Yes, please"! So the lady at the reception greeted us while she was still looking at the computer display. A brief description of the way to the spa area followed. We had reserved for 2 full body aroma massages. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by a member of staff who, since this was our first visit to the Centro Vital, explained everything to us. The staff at the entrance were more than friendly!

The changing room (ladies) is nicely laid out, mirrors everywhere, which were all clean. The floor is wet in places, so that you can slip with your flip-flops, but otherwise clean in the lockers. The bathrobes we borrowed were also clean but anything but fluffy. Not really to feel good. But ok for short use.

I definitely don't want to associate the 3 stars with the massage, because it was super nice! My girlfriend and I enjoyed that very much. We felt that the two employees (sorry, I don't know what the technical name is at this point) knew what they were doing. The wish for not that much pressure was implemented immediately. The room itself would need fresh paint in places, precisely because oil is also used, which leaves unsightly stains on the walls right next to the loungers.

After a massage like that in the hot tub ... that was the plan. Unfortunately it kills you when you enter the pool area! The air is super heavy, hot and mixed with a pungent smell of chlorine, so you don't dare stick your toe in the water!

Yes what else? The roof terrace was open but the bar was not (not decisive for rating). Wood decoration on the railing cracked, no longer beautiful (disturbs the feel-good factor). View very nice! No staff on the terrace, so we would have to clear any fallen objects out of the way on our tour.

Back through the pool area to the changing rooms (there is no other way) we found that there had been no mopping here. You still almost slip here and there. Of course there is a pool, of course it could be because of your shoes, but after more than an hour you can "wipe it".

Unfortunately, and I really don't like to say that, for me personally this is not a place to spend an all-round wonderful day. It's really a shame!

My toilet was not on the departure day in the morning, and the dirty water came already from the shower drain.
So no shower possible. On my hint came only the answer: Since I have to tell the technician.

My voucher did not want to recognize the lady at the front desk because he was not in paper form. And in today's digital world!
The breakfast was quite expensive, but good.
15 clock check-in I find also quite late, I was at half past 2 again sent away.

I wanted to treat myself once a cosmetic treatment but instead of 60 minutes I got only 45 and the performance behind it was not 69 . I found that very disappointing.

Unfortunately, the rooms are not air-conditioned and therefore it was quite warm in the room at night. For trade fair visitors there was a great service: free coffee to go in the morning and small snack boxes, free craft beers in the evening.

We were four for brunch and it was extremely delicious, fresh and rich. Staff very attentive and friendly.

I have to give a decent rating here. The stay was great.
However, it also had small defects. Most of these were stopped immediately.
The lighting in the room was switched on strangely. The socket with the hotel's own tablet PC was switched on via the light switch and the lamp on continuous current. After changing the plug in the socket, the light in the bedroom worked perfectly again.
In the living room it was not possible to switch the light using the light switch. The room made a very clean and tidy impression. The mattresses were too soft for me personally. Air conditioning was available. The aircraft noise didn't really bother us. You could hear the planes, but that wasn't a problematic noise. It was very quiet at night.
The swimming pool was unfortunately a bit full, but it was an oasis of relaxation. The pictures do not correspond to reality in any way. The swimming pool is much bigger than in the photos. That's a pleasant surprise. The DaySpa team is worth gold. I am very satisfied with the services offered and the treatment. A dream....
Appointments can be booked online in advance. Which I also highly recommend. The breakfast buffet is a feast for the eyes. There is nothing that is not there. Even a newspaper is offered free of charge. The restarant itself is a bit expensive for my taste. The selection did not correspond to what I personally would have liked. But tastes are different. Nevertheless we ate there and I have to say: excellent.
The house bar (greetings to Marcus) is very cozy. We were served by Marcus, the bartender. He knows how to treat guests and can almost read minds. A big praise. The way of dealing with them is also excellent.
Kudos also go to the restaurant team. You are friendly and helpful. Fortunately, this "exaggerated" friendliness is missing here. That makes it really pleasant.
One negative point, the hotel's own bathrobes are only available in one size. XL. Unfortunately that was way too small for me. A large size would have been desirable here. But that's a suggestion for the future.
The underground car park is overpriced at 12 euros. With a little patience, however, you can easily get a parking space outside - free of charge. But be careful: traffic tickets will also be distributed !!!! So parking properly.
For the DaySPa, I definitely recommend paying for the treatments when ordering. That secures the appointment.
Conclusion: The CentroVital in Berlin-Spandau is beautifully located and worth a visit. I will gladly come again.

It is very small, but if you want to take a short break from everyday life, then it is just the thing!

The main distinguishing feature of the hotel is the beautiful pool and spa with 6 different saunas. Special sacrifices every hour, including with peeling.
The rooms are simply furnished but equipped with everything you need. Better to choose rooms of a higher class (executive) - they face the lake, standard rooms (superior) mostly face the neighboring residential buildings. All rooms have bathrobes and slippers.
Breakfast - with a bias towards "healthy food", hot - omelet to order, fried mushrooms, potatoes, beans - everything is fresh and tasty, but the offer of meat products is limited. Quality coffee.
The prices offered by the hotel itself are quite high (a room with breakfast costs from 150 to 200 euros), but the hotel often participates in various promotions on German (and not only) collective shopping sites (such as Groupon) and almost always (especially in autumn-winter season) there is an opportunity to save - the last stay at the hotel cost us 80 euros for a superior room with breakfast. So google to help! Unlimited use of the spa pool and saunas is included in the room rate. In addition, massages and other Ayurvedic procedures can be ordered for a fee.
The highlight of the SPA complex is the pool bar, which is open until 23:00 (like the pool itself) and offers a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and light food (salads, soups, pasta, hamburgers, etc.) at a very moderate level for a hotel restaurant prices.
We love to stay at this hotel, having arrived in Berlin for the weekend - having arrived at the hotel at 18-19 hours on Friday, by midnight you already forget about the hard work week and are ready to enjoy the weekend in the metropolis.
