Dogs have to stay outside, but so do children.
I don't know if the lifeguard got up on the wrong foot, but he discovered 6 things during our 2-hour stay that you shouldn't do and even kindly gave us a copy of the house rules.
I've been going there with my children for a year and no one has ever asked us about anything, we didn't do anything different that day.
Very uncomfortable! :(

I can recommend this hotel almost unreservedly. The only drawback was that a booked massage appointment was not communicated in time, so that he fell in half. The parking situation at the hotel is very bad, so the car in the parking garage must be placed, resulting in additional costs of 12,00 per day.

Very nice hotel, surprisingly informal in all areas. The rooms are stylishly furnished and have a tablet in addition to a TV. This can be used to play Netflix or YouTube, for example. We missed air conditioning in the room.

The wellness area is beautifully designed, and the sauna area was also convincing. The rooftop bar is also great.

We recommend using the underground car park by car, outdoor parking spaces are in short supply.
Despite our early departure at 3:30 a.m., we got a packed lunch, a clear plus.

Staff very friendly and nice, all in all very clean. Sauna master was very friendly and knew what he was doing. The facial treatment we had was professional and pleasant, the whole body massage we found as a pampering unit used extensively with oil. Towels are in short supply. At the entrance to the bathroom and sauna, I asked for a new sauna towel, Answer: I can for a fee a loan!

Conclusion, without great expectations, you can not go wrong for 2-3 days off at the price and the great location in Spandau. 2 bus stops to the city hall / city center, from there 20 min subway to Berlin City!

Modern and clean. The hotel definitely has the best fitness area of any hotel I know. It is a huge health club with rehab and swimming pool.
As a hotel guest one has free admission with his room card.
There also seems to be a large sauna area, but I have not gotten that far.
The fitness equipment is state of the art.
Restaurant is organized as a buffet but with a large selection.
All in all, a real recommendation if you want to keep fit during his visit to Berlin.

Recommendable hotel with great spa area in a nice location (from the breakfast room and from the roof terrace overlooking the Havel). Modern, very clean rooms and great breakfast. With public transport you can be in the center of Berlin in about 40 minutes (even late into the night). With a cheap booking a real bringer.

This hotel is well maintained and offers a lot of variety during the stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is very good. I have stayed at this hotel several times and have already booked the next stay.

We were seduced by the pictures of the wellness area.
Unfortunately, the hotel is in the flight path from Tegel Airport. Otherwise it is very noisy due to the traffic.
Unfortunately, the standard rooms have no air conditioning or ventilation systems, which makes it very warm and stuffy in warmer temperatures.
Even the fan borrowed from the reception did not bring much relief.
The argument made in other reviews: "Ecological thought" does not reveal itself to us when setting the tap and flushing the toilet.
Breakfast is good, despite prior reservation, the selection of gluten-free baked goods and cereals leaves a lot to be desired for a 4 star "Vital" hotel.
The service at breakfast is from to. There is the nice, service-oriented wait staff as well as the trainee who pours the drink over the guest's back or the waitress who thinks they have to educate the guest, patronize or even tease them.

Good location right on the Havel. A 15-minute walk takes you to the old town of Spandau. The rooms were clean. Despite the corona crisis, the breakfast was plentiful. From freshly prepared egg dishes to salads, salmon, sausage, jam and much more. Coffee and drinks were served at the table. The entire hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. The wellness area pure relaxation. Swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, massages. Unfortunately, due to capacity reasons, I could not book any further massages. Hotel is recommended.

Here to the Hotel Centrovital: large, spacious, and clean. The rooms are already showing slight signs of wear and tear which could certainly be repaired with little effort. Popping toilet lids in 2018 - are absolutely out of date.

Complaints are received in a friendly manner, but there is no feeling of responding to the guest at the reception or in the restaurant.

In other words: what doesn t work - because you don t want to - as a guest I m told clearly and painfully. Often it is the small gestures that could help. Unfortunately, nobody there has an eye for that.

I am - was here for 12 days - my AG has booked - as a private person I will certainly not do it.

I know 4 stars much better in many places with only 3 stars, especially when it comes to taking care of the guest.

Unfortunately only negative experiences. Most trainers are overweight and not athletic. We felt very comfortable during a weekend trip in this hotel. The rooms were big enough for two people and equipment was nothing missing. Even a tablet was available. There is free water in the minibar. There is also a kettle for tea or coffee. Well, we found, if no room cleaning is desired, you get a voucher for 5 , which you for example. can redeem in the bar again. The wellness area is sufficient with a swimming pool and a whirlpool as well as various saunas and cold chamber. At the breakfast we did not miss anything. Finally, no pre-packaged jam, but was served fresh in the glass. Various cheeses and sausages were available as well as bread and rolls. The staff was always friendly. The aircraft noise is of course not to be missed, even with the windows closed. The center of Berlin can be reached either by S-Bahn or U-Bahn in about 20 minutes. Gladly again!

Okay hotel - but all too far away from Berlin in the middle if you are there to see all the sights.

A high standard hotel with swimming pools and sauna. Full grazing, tasty and colorful breakfasts. Rooms equipped with refrigerators and kettles and all equipment to use the pool.

Cozy room, very good breakfast, large beautiful swimming pool, several saunas, but quite crowded on weekends.

The location right on the Havel is good. Rooms were also ok. Pkt.abzug but there is for the handling of the room card. It usually did not work. Even cleaners u other guests could not help us.

Were in the restaurant cooking for brunch. Delicious food and good quality. Nice and courteous service. All dishes are of good quality and will be replenished quickly.

The spa is also very relaxing with a larger pool, a smaller one and a whirlpool. What I did not like so much are the communal showers. Here I would have expected the prices at least partially showers.

The hotel itself, the rooms, the food in the combustible and the staff were good to very good. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to a private birthday party.
Because of the party, it was not possible to sleep until 2 a.m. because the bass sounded through the entire hotel.
Unfortunately, I don't expect a "wellness hotel" to have a party atmosphere like the one at Ballermann.
Due to the night, and the closed restaurant (which we were not told before) I cannot recommend the hotel.

Nicely decorated rooms, good service in the restaurant. Wellness offer very good, but you would have to plan longer. The high-flyers are not a wellness.

First of all, the good list, the staff was mostly friendly and the rooms clean.

What was ok?

Breakfast was normal standard breakfast without love, highlights like the omelette were unfortunately disappointing in taste.
The sauna area is nicely done, but the fact that the shower next to the relaxation room is being repaired during operation doesn't really relax you.
The five euro voucher that you get for not having your room cleaned is nicely meant but almost not redeemable, you have to redeem it on the same day and if you want to finance a nightcap in the evening you have to find that at 23: Everything is closed at midnight.

Now why I give two instead of three to four stars.

On Saturday morning there was a line in front of the breakfast room where you had to wait 15 minutes. Had to wait to even get to breakfast. No other room was opened and the guests were not taken care of. Next to me stood a man with crutches who was neither asked to come forward in the queue nor offered him a chair.
If you have made it to breakfast you can look forward to moldy tomatoes.

Great hotel in Spandau. Most beautifully, of course, without pandemic restrictions.

A very nice hotel with nice and modern rooms. The wellness offer is very varied and goes from very nice and good saunas to a nice and spacious indoor pool area (25m long). There are different saunas with different temperatures and infusions. There is also an ice room and a plunge pool. The rooms are clean, but not air-conditioned. For this, the large floor-length window can be darkened from the outside and inside.
You get three times 0.5l of free water per day (two times classic, once still) from housekeeping in the room's own refrigerator.

In the room there is a tablet in which you can find information about the hotel and where you can book wellness treatments, for example.

The breakfast is rich and well sorted, there are eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, rolls, cereals, various juices and tea. Coffee and cocoa can be brought to your table in a pot on request. When the weather is nice, it is very worthwhile to sit outside and enjoy a very nice view of the water.

The hotel is about 100 m from the next bus stop, which takes you to Spandau train station for 24 hours.

WiFi in the room is free, you can register as many devices as you want.

The hotel's bistro, however, is not recommended. There are around 16 tables in the bistro, which were not all occupied when we visited. Nevertheless, the staff, which consisted of 4 waiters, did not manage to serve all tables equally. From my own experience as a waiter, I can say that it would have been possible. Orders were forgotten or incorrectly executed. The offer is okay, not particularly much, but sufficient, since it was also a bistro. The portion sizes are very small and the quality of the food is not very good. I ordered a cheeseburger, got a hamburger. The meat came from the freezer and otherwise the burger only consisted of a few onions, ketchup and unpickled cucumber.
I can't judge the quality of the cocktails, but ootically they made a good impression.
However, the waiters looked like this was their first day and no one had trained them. The atmosphere was generally quite hectic and not very cozy.
In general, the bistro is very expensive 0.2 l pepsi cola for 2.50 , no cocktail for under 8.90 and the burger described above with a few fries for 12.50 .

The staff were very helpful and also very friendly. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended.

Spa experiences. Dirty hot tub. Allegedly, other customers should also have complained to the health department.
However, the water made a clean impression. In any case, it didn't smell strongly of Clor.
Both pools were temporarily closed for baby swimming and aqua aerobics. In-house events take place very often until noon on Saturday.
Long story short. The SPA u. a. Lost because of the far too high entrance fees for the many restrictions.
Any complaints by name are not answered by the hotel.
Today I went to the SPA again.
Everything the same as before. It's just clean now.

Friendly welcome and mostly friendly staff. However, definitely too few and partly very unmotivated staff, waiting despite appointment only to then finish the treatment earlier. I used to give 4 - 5 stars.

This was my second visit to Centrovital and there is nothing to complain about! The staff was very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel has a good hygiene concept, "one-way streets" in the elevator and in the corridors, breakfast is still offered as a buffet. Portions are prepared in glasses or bun bags so that not every guest has their fingers in everything. Unfortunately, this means that more food is thrown away, but health comes first. In the fitness area there are enough dispensers for disinfectant wipes and the area is large enough to keep a distance. Some saunas are closed, but there are still enough opportunities for relaxation. The weather was on our side and we used the large roof terrace. We would love to come back again.

Bad cuisine: lukewarm food, unseasoned, overcooked.
We asked in vain for appointments in the spa area, we were always told that the colleagues make the appointments themselves, but they were always being treated. After asking several times, we gave up. So much for the spa hotel!
I also tried to use room service, but it didn't work because my order from reception only arrived in the kitchen after 40 minutes and had to be prepared for another 20 minutes, so I canceled again!

Used to stay at hotel during expo Fruitlogistica every February.
Hotel is very comfortable, staff is polite and do its job well.
Fit&Spa zone worth special note: big pool, saunas, gym, jacuzzi, etc. Although this year access to this zone is changed: separate key on bracelet before was much more convenient that hotel card now, because it is nowhere to put this card while being in pool. Besides now to use spa guests have to use towels from rooms, while before special towels could be taken at entry to spa zone.
But nevertheless pool and other spa facilities are really big advantage of Centrovital!
Hotel has few lifts at each of two wings of building, that reduce waiting.
The location of hotel in hundred meters from the road behind the another building eliminate outside noise. But inter-room sound isolation is mediocre.
So generally is quite nice hotel for short business trips, it is sure value for money.

Lovely room and spa, but poor location and disappointing restaurant

We went to relax / wellness for one night in this hotel. Then we came across an offer from Secret Escapes. Although we did not pay much, we were still treated extremely well. That is not always so!
As we had already spent one night in the center of Berlin and had to check out there early, we arrived in the centrovital long before check-in time. The very friendly, young, blonde staff at the front desk gave us a room, so we can make full use of the spa area. Unfortunately I forgot the name.

The room was great. Very modern equipped, absolutely clean and comfortable. The info trays are a great idea and were used by us right away.
It went straight to the spa area. Again, we were very excited. Clean, modern and well organized. Absolutely a place to unwind. The aircraft from Tegel Airport did NOT bother us at all! Anyone who is not supersensitive and does not want to complain, they will not bother.
The rooftop bar we liked to use and found here price-performance more than adequate.
Unfortunately, we did not know that we should reserve better if we want to eat in the hotel restaurant, so there was no free space for us. That did not matter, right around the corner there are 3 small restaurants, which have something to offer for every taste and budget.
The breakfast the next morning left nothing to be desired and was perfect to start the new day. Again, the staff were very helpful and friendly!

Conclusion: we had a wonderfully relaxing short break. The hotel is very chic and you feel right at home. This is mainly due to the staff. The beautiful look and the interior will make the rest. Many thanks to all, who made our stay so pleasant.
