Great brunch .... quality top, ambience top and friendly waiters

Nice big and clean rooms.
Staff leaves a lot to be desired about at an upscale hotel!
We had to drink coffee from paper cups because there were no cups left, with little customers.
Pool is great.
Have been there before and were thrilled, this time not at all.

I attended a seminar there. The rooms are at best sufficiently air-conditioned. Hotel lobby OK, lunch OK.

Very nice hotel with a great spa area. Perfect to jump into the pool again after a long day of shopping. The staff is also very accommodating and the rooms are clean and easy to get down from.

Was in the day spa for Abhyanga massage: super, nice ambience, professional, quiet and very friendly staff. I can recommend unreservedly!

I rate for my mother, who spent one night in the hotel. She chose the hotel, as it was the only room service in Spandau, which she wanted to enjoy including breakfast. The building looked nice and well maintained. She was received in a friendly manner. For a four-star hotel in this price range, the 'Comfort Room' is too small. Air conditioning was not available. However, apart from some dust, it was completely clean. The minibar was only filled with two very small bottles of water and at two o'clock at night no drink could be brought. (With four stars is one of the rules, 24 hours to get drinks.) The breakfast was not even worth a hospital, although for 15.50 were required. It consisted of a little warm cheese, a little wet sausage, some jam, very little scrambled eggs, a glass of orange juice, various bread rolls and a pot of coffee. It lacked garnish, yogurt, cereal, fruit and so on. Room service is charged extra. So hot water and a bottle of water to the room already total 7.40. The front desk clerk, who spoke to my mother about some things, began to argue. The minibar was empty, because it was a vital hotel. Juice is unhealthy and therefore would not be in the minibar. She felt fooled.

In times of Corona, hotels are not really fun. But I was lucky that the weather was good and breakfast was served on the terrace. Since I was out on business I could get over the fact that there was no buffet, but that the components had to be selected. Service friendly, room clean.

The saunas and steam bath were already switched off at 10.30 pm, although they were open until 11 pm and 15 minutes before the end we were "kicked out" by a spa employee. Some tiles by the changing showers were damaged. The same in the whirlpool. This could easily be fixed!

Nice swimming pool and spa area. Breakfast is good. But the rooms are old, small, and the AC doesn't work. Staff at the spa and breakfast are friendly, but the staff at the reception gave us a very unwelcome feeling. Lots of airplane noises too.

Despite the corona crisis, everything is excellent. It was just a shame that you couldn't use the spa area.

Quiet but centrally located.
You can walk comfortably to the train station in Spandau or take the bus and from there you can get very easily in any direction.
The rooms are very large, we didn't expect that. It is very clean and there are plenty of towels. There was even a bathrobe and slippers. There was a tablet in the room, with which you could book / order things or even rate the hotel.

The spa area is amazing. Also very clean.
We were there at the weekend and, despite the weekend, it was very quiet. We were able to relax in the whirlpool in the evening.

I booked a massage that was very good. Comes back very relaxed.
There was a brief misunderstanding, but the staff was very nice and pointed it out to me. You don't always experience that.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, you really felt comfortable.

We will definitely come back again!

Not sure how many points to give as was problematic at Christmas time. Restaurant meals didn't work out attall as planed and service on Christmas eve was terrible. Except for young apprentice he did a good job. Hotel guests were to eat at Cuban bar downstairs. Did not work as should have was extremely disappointed. But on leaving stated disappointment and received a good refund on meal. Otherwise enjoyed our stay very much. Enjoyed pool and Fitness Area very much. The spa tried Massage was good but expensive 75 euros. Breakfast Buffet with Freshly made choice omelettes a real hit. Good sized room excellent mattresses. Slept very well.
Recommend Raymond's Fish Restaurant next to hotel. Excellent octopus salad.

Ambience, food and staff top, but the landing planes do not contribute to the recovery.

The breakfast was unbeatable and the ayuverda massage very pleasant. Here, however, I was charged 3 for the tea I drank while waiting.
In addition, there is an iPad in the rooms, with which one can do all sorts of things, such as, for example, choose from 9 different pillows and deliver it to your room. Also at 2 o'clock in the morning.
I took advantage of that and tried all the pillows. However, the standard pillow has finally won for me

I had a full body massage for pregnant women today.
Unfortunately I was a little disappointed ....
1. I have assumed that if massages are offered for pregnant women, there are also corresponding loungers with cutouts. Unfortunately, that was not the case ... It is not really comfortable for pregnant women to lie on their back all the time. The lady asked me in between if it was still possible and it was okay, but what should she have done? A break would have been out of time. It would be nice if it were better noted that there are no special couches and that you have to lie on your back. Online as well as in the brochures and flayers. There were times when I couldn't lie on his back for 5 minutes and there are some women. But the employee couldn't help it.
2. At the beginning I was asked if I would like a head massage and I agreed. But it would have been good news if she had also said that she does this with oil. It was not very pleasant to go home with greasy looking hair ...
3. Under "whole body" I actually thought the back was one of them. This was not done at all. Although that was the reason why I decided to have a massage. They only took part a little on the shoulders, but I've also experienced that better with a beautician. Still, I wouldn't blame the masseuse for it, because how, besides that I was sitting, could she have massaged my back?

I give it 3 stars because massaging the arms and legs was very pleasant.

Still a shame. I will not recommend the spa to pregnant women.

Restaurant bad value for money

I would not want to spend a wellness day here again. In the entrance area of the centrovital is spotted and when you are in the spa, there are many small significant flaws. Price and performance do not match. In the restaurant you could still relax with a great meal and friendly service. Tip: Just repair or renew old, intact things.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are not the newest, but also nice, with some flaws and illogical stuff (outlet next to bed without electricity when light off). The reception and information is unfortunately grottig organized. Reservations were forgotten, booked incorrectly, or we were given wrong rooms. You can give yourself the lake view.

Very friendly staff and very good sports and sauna area. In the room a bath tub shower is just as the food still much to improve. However, I will gladly come back.

We went to the Christmas brunch with 6 adults and 2 small children. Unfortunately, it was very tight and noisy and there were many shards that were only insufficiently removed. The food was ok but nothing special. Therefore, we decided to return to Tierpark Hotel next year.

Nice hotel, good breakfast buffet and nice wellness area. We will be back.

We felt very comfortable in the very quiet room. Great is the sauna area and the pool with elevator to the fresh air!

Very good hotel. Super room with everything you need, mini bar, TV, hair dryer etc. The spa area is also great. The breakfast is also very good. Only a little too short for late risers. Great service and help with questions about Berlin.

Had 2 nice days in a clean room and hotel area. The breakfast and the service in the restaurant were excellent and courteous at all times. The hotel only has some work to do at the reception and in room service: The water in the minibar, which was advertised as being so important to drink (for health reasons) and which should be refilled every day, was unfortunately missing - and the tablet to get information and read newspapers etc. Was not usable during the entire stay, as 24 hours after a complaint at the front desk it still did not make it to the hotel room and to fix the problem. Too bad.

The swimming and sauna facilities were completely okay, unfortunately the relaxation area of the sauna was still closed, so that due to the bad weather, which we had, you could only rest in the swimming pool, which was correspondingly loud - but somehow the whole thing with the corona restrictions must be yes traded - and the maximum occupancy of the area guaranteed.

Room was superficially clean, carpet had stains and everything was a bit worn. Cleaning was always good.
Breakfast buffet rather small, service staff unmotivated and unreliable.

Visually appealing, inside and out. Unfortunately, dealing with complaints is treated very amateur. After four times reference to defective ventilation in the bathroom and a faulty TV you will be comforted to the next day. Twice. This is stupid for a 3 night stay. The 3-course menu included in the package of our arrangement was converted without reason into a dinner at the buffet, which consisted partly of quite tough roast cockroach and rather overcooked Mediterranean vegetables. For breakfast, the already darkened edges of the sausage rolled up ... after not even 45 minutes opening time! The offer was still very varied and delicious, the staff consistently friendly and endeavored. Highlight is the swimming pool, in the evening quite clearly visited and very clean. Too bad that we had either caught a stupid period or someone just had a bad day. After all, was written by the total price as compensation for the consumption of drinks on the house, so it was with noise and noise 3 stars. Too bad.

A very good house, with a great value for money. Small adjustments you always want, but do not lead to the star deduction, since minimal.
1. You should fill small "beach bags" in the room, where towels and bathroom are already included, otherwise you have to lend a towel at the pool for money and shower room etc. is not kept there.
2. Wlan password is not individualized, so it can also be included in the guestbook, instead of pointing again to the visit to the reception.
3. It does not seem clear to newcomers that there is only one restaurant in the house, as the name "cooking" is not used in continuity. The confused and just on Saturday night you would need a reservation there.

The hotel, the rooms, the food and the offers are great. There are no compromises.

The location and the tranquility are ideal for any planespotter. Pretty much every landing and take-off from Berlin Tegel Airport can be experienced live from every corner of the hotel, with full sound, from early in the morning to late at night in bed.

Overcrowded hotel with an average customer service. The rooms are smaller than expected and quite ordinary. No free late checkout possible...

Top location not far from the banks of the Havel, decent room and in Corona times a great offer for breakfast.
We chose two different ones from three opulent offers, plentiful and varied.
In the middle of the big city we could have breakfast on the outside terrace with a view of the Havel.

Very polite staff. Good food and drinks. Gym also good. Wellness pool good for relaxation. No sports or fun pool.
Rooms were acceptable cleaned but nicely decorated.

Terrible noise from arriving and departing aircraft (Tegel). Room, fitness area, swimming pool are great. Parking with 10Euro per night and dogs are charged for 18,00 Euro at which it was for breakfast in the outdoor area not even a bowl of water outrageous. We do not need that again !!!

I picked this hotel twice, as recommended by my corporate advisers. Throughout my second stay, I was terribly disappointed by the customer service. It all started in the restaurant, where the waiter was visibly working in slow motion and although I waived him to kindly ask for a menu, he noticed me and never came to my table. As the waiting time was unreasonably long, it went worse when I went to complain to the person who presented himself to me as the manager of the restaurant and his attitude was confrontational and utterly unprofessional.

And then it went even worse when I complained in writing to the actual restaurant manager (as advised by the receptionist) ensuring the hotel manager was copied in BCC. That formal complaint was never acknowledged, therefore to me that was a strong message of lack of interest and accountability. I will most certainly pick other options during my next stay in Spandau.

A wellness hotel to feel good and relax. Massage, gym, indoor pool, sauna, several restaurants and a Roofbar so top.
The staff is very nice bathrobe does not have to be taken, because you get free, but only in the hotel. If you want to keep the bathrobe or slippers you have to buy them in the hotel.

Know only the sports club and the wellness center !!!
