Here, it's all about the sauna: Unfortunately, both saunas can only be reached through the textile area, which is why we prefer to forego a change. This is of course quite thin, as far as the selection is concerned and the stay quickly monotonous. In turn, entry is too expensive.

I can only judge the spa and sports area - I just give it 5 stars - the studio is well equipped, there is childcare and many courses - the spa area has some saunas and a cold chamber - even if the area is not huge is, it is sufficient, from my point of view - it is almost never overcrowded and the highlight is the sauna on the roof terrace - the swimming pool is rounded off by a whirlpool and if you want to eat something, you can do this in the swimming pool below - there is always one The lifeguards and the trainers in the studio are always open to questions ... For studio visitors, the parking garage is free for 2 hours

Relaxation and pure wellness plus a wide range of sports courses. The fitness area is spacious and the service is great. The only drawback was that the cleaning lady in our room did not come over too often

Great hotel with a great wellness area! Every hour between 08:00 and 22:00 there are infusions in one of the saunas.

The rooms are a bit old - but that didn't detract from the overall impression.

We didn't have breakfast in the hotel - we went to the small Turkish Elegant Bakery across the street. Highly Recommended!

Conference hotel. My room was good, but the conference room was too narrow and too low. Not a lot to see if you re sitting in the back. Barbecue dinner was good, but left a nasty aftertaste as the barbecues set off the fire-alarm at 2300 hours. Not fun standing outside after being ripped out of your first REM-sleep. The fact that the hotel is right under the flight path of Tegel Airport also doesn t help with a good night s sleep.

Beautiful wellness area, clean rooms. Delicious breakfast, but only 4 stars instead of 5 because there was once a piece of plastic in the wrap and in the evening in the extra restaurant in the entrance your cold fries were reheated in the hairdresser instead of new ones.
But it is in a great location and since I don't know whether this restaurant belongs to the hotel, 4 out of 5 stars.
I will visit this hotel in winter and I am really looking forward to it, because the wellness and sports area is awesome!

Was there for the third time in November 2019. When we came in we were unfortunately informed that there was no room for us due to a cable fire: / only an emergency room. (Emergency room = conference room with 2 camp beds separately mounted on the wall in the next room)
We refused and got a room in the partner hotel: Select Hotel Berlin Spiegelurm, the night was okay, unfortunately not comparable with the CentroVital.
For the rest of the nights we got a * Junior Suite * as compensation which is only recommended!

Service as always excellent and friendly, more visits will follow.

We booked the wellness break with a room facing the lake on the centrovital website. The first thing we got was the wrong room facing the street. That was quickly fixed, however. The room - relaxation room with lake view - is big enough and offers a beautiful view of the courtyard and the lake / Havel. Breakfast is in the restaurant. You can find everything your heart desires here. We missed something here. Breakfast bacon - there was no indication that you could order it, as we read later in another entry. There was a place to have eggs cooked to your liking. Unfortunately, there was often no one to be found here, so we took the finished scrambled eggs, which were obviously made from industrial eggs. Labeling the individual dishes would also make sense (e.g. types of jam, salads, contents of the warming containers). A head, neck and back massage for everyone was included in the break. We had booked this by phone for the 2nd day before. The massage was super relaxing and is really recommended. Furthermore, a dinner in the form of a 3-course menu was included as part of the booked time off. The waiter was super friendly and quick, did his job with a lot of joy. Unfortunately we then had a younger waitress (trainee?). Wordlessly and a little grumpy, she cleared the table. No question about whether it was tasty or whether you might want something to drink. Too bad.
The wellness area is very large. Apparently the Spandau residents also like to visit it at the weekend, so it is quite crowded here. The pool is large and actually very nice.
It should also be noted that the hotel is located exactly in the start area of Belin-Tegel Airport. That means, there are planes flying over the hotel every 3-5 minutes from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in the evening. In the cold season you can close the window. In summer this is a bit borderline if there is no air conditioning. We were here in the fall, so all is well.
Unfortunately there was a major power outage in Spandau twice during our stay. The staff tried very hard to keep everything running smoothly and in a controlled manner. Unfortunately, the power outage meant that the wellness area was closed.
On the last evening we ordered a pizza in the room using the tablet in the room. After more than half an hour I got a call from reception asking if we already had the pizza, she had only just seen it. Then I got a call from the kitchen asking if we really wanted the pizza, since there is also a service fee. After almost an hour we finally got the pizza ... It was warm and tasty. The tablet in the room is a great thing. Here you can learn a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area.
All in all, it was still a nice and relaxing stay in the Centrovital.

Nice hotel thanks to the breakfast and the excellent facilities (swimming pools and several saunas). The room itself is somewhat basic, small, no air conditioning. The wifi was slow and had poor range. The look of the hotel is somewhat dated in terms of colors and materials, but fits the average visitor: in their fifties and older. What is striking about Spandau in general are the low-flying aircraft and the noise thereof.

Meanwhile, I was the 3.x there. I'm still completely satisfied. Service, rooms and spa top. With open windows disturbs the aircraft noise. With the windows closed, this is hard to hear. I will be there again.

Can not understand the 5 * ratings. Quality has deteriorated a lot. Quick check in without additional information. Staff at the counter overwhelmed, sometimes linguistically. Breakfast buffet was sufficient, but chaos here too. Wellness no longer in the quality as it did years ago. Especially all day long courses with external participants. You can participate, but we didn't want that. We can also take courses at home. I don't have to book an expensive hotel. Overall, no more recommendation.

Great seminar hotel. Perfect organization of the seminar rooms, good catering and great fitness and spa opportunities for before or after the seminar. The location is fine for Spandau. Within a few minutes you can take the bus at the Spandau train station. The double beds could be made even more comfortable with a mattress gap filler.

I would love to come back here.

In general my stay was fine. Room was clean, good bed. Principle requirement of a hotel. So there is your 2 stars, congratulations. For more stars I need reasons to give stars, sorry but I can t think of any.

Breakfast, is fine. I would like to eat more fruit in the morning, the assortment was very limited.

WiFi
Reception in the room was useless, where I had reception speed was too low for video calling to family at home.

Roof bar
I took the elevator up to D and the door appeared locked. Hmm, no message that the bar is closed or anything. Ok, back to the room as the bistro bar is still out of order (despite promises it would open again by end November).

Safety
The rooms have two windows, one tilts and the other opens classical way. When I am out of the room during day time I prefer to have a window open for fresh air. However, if you open the tilt window, it is deadly simple to open the classic window (pictures attacked). The room was looking out on the room of the pool, where people can easily jump onto from their rooms. This is not meeting my standards of safety.

Reception, hospitality
I may have caught the wrong guy at the reception during check-out, but that s the choice of the hotel management to put him there. When I asked him whether he would welcome feedback, I got a reply which sounded like sure . This felt like I could start giving him feedback so I shared the above with him, while he was fiddling with his computer. There was simply not a single reaction?! What are you doing behind this counter if you are not customer focused? Feedback is a gift, say thank you and take actions on what you have learned.
Then I paid, knowing that putting more energy in convincing this guy that my opinion counts would only irritate me further.
The invoice was placed on the counter and without saying anything he started to address another customer which was waiting at the other side. I had to pull him out of that conversation, as the invoice I received had actually no connection with the costs I had paid, it was some tourist taxes invoice.

Anyway, if you made it all the way through this review, thank you for reading it. Would I go again to Centrovital? Perhaps. It is not my intention to keep people away, but it has adjusted my expectations for a next stay.

Nice place for swimming and exercising. The room is not worth four stars.

No air conditioning
No high quality ambience
Not much in terms of cosmetics and care extras
In addition, the location is not ideal for tourists. The Brandenburg Gate takes just under 1 hour by train and bus.

For people who come to relax and swim, the hotel is great.

My summary is modern, good offer but loveless and characterless.
Extensive and comfortable wellness and sports hotel in a good location on the water. Large and modern rooms. Very large sport, wellness and spa offer. But the house is sterile, little mood and character. The food was quite extensive, but loveless and at best satisfactory in terms of quality.

The hotel was clean, the fitness swimming pool and spa area is very nicely done, the quality of the food is reasonable in the price range. Annoying I felt the permanent fan noise in the bathroom.

Always my pleasure!

Connection great, either take the bus in front of the hotel door, or walk 10 minutes to Spandau (old town)!

Very nice wellness area with a beautiful swimming pool, whirlpool, saunas and massages. Very good food, friendly service. Unfortunately no air conditioning in the room, at high summer temperatures too hot, but with fan still tolerable. Room otherwise functional and well furnished with tablet. Location very nice on the water, good for a stroll, if a little out of the way. Gladly again.

Hej

Hej

We had a very nice stay at Centrovital. Fine Rooms, good service, fantastic swimming pool area. Only negative side is that the location is far from the center of Berlin, which courses long transport time for sight-seeing.

But be careful with the gastronomy!

But be careful with the gastronomy!

Arrival: perfect! Super friendly, competent, great room!

Sauna: a bit unusual at first, but overall absolutely okay.

Then to the restaurant with enormous hunger ... Table reserved, nothing should go wrong. It goes wrong ... The restaurant looks like a kindergarten, the service is a disaster, but there is always an increase: Rack of lamb lukewarm and the side dishes looked as if someone had run over it. Fillet of beef: Lukewarm (consistent), nice and pink, as ordered, but unfortunately dry and tough ... would have better just looked at it and not eaten it. Potato tart: Lukewarm ... but absolutely tasteless, so it could have been worse! We have already thought about breakfast, we will have breakfast out ...

Otherwise everything was great in the hotel!

Oh, whoever thinks that the bar could save you: the food comes from the restaurant, it's the same staff ... so reliably disinterested

Addendum for the sake of order:

So we want to be fair:

The second morning we had breakfast in the hotel. Here we can give a 3.5.

On the second lap the water tank was empty when it was finally my turn. Yeah, where's the camera. The loving staff was willing, but overwhelmed. Didn't take 10 minutes, then there was new coffee. The coffee is really delicious though!

Bacon with the scrambled eggs is missing, but sausages and small meatballs. Whoever likes it will be happy.

In the flyer, various rolls that could be offered are listed, unfortunately there are only 2 types per day.

The hotel can be recommended without reservation!

The thermal baths are a bit "jarring" because very well attended, but also recommendable.

The fitness room is absolutely fine!

The treatments in the spa are very good!

The staff in the hotel, whether reception or room service, is very friendly, courteous and competent.

Thank you for your kindness and effort! If you work on the catering, everything will be fine!

Consistent value for money, never really crowded, several saunas, steam room, ice chamber, plunge pool roof terrace. In the restaurant "Brennbar" the service could be a bit faster.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel and were very satisfied, friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was very good, a lot of choice, if you are dissatisfied, I do not want to look at the fridge. The spa area we did not use therefore no statement. The rooms and beds are clean and adequate equipped. The bathroom is ok, for us there was nothing to complain about. Small drawback of the flight noise, from 22.00 to 6.00 o'clock is peace but in between it is loud. When the windows are closed in the summer it gets very stuffy and warm in the room. The hotel is located directly on the lake, good walks.
We would come without ifs and buts.

+ Large spacious hotel
- Parking in the multi-storey car park 14.00 euros per night is a bit expensive
+ Breakfast in Corona times: You can't expect more than that
= I would like to come back to Corona to test the spa area; Corona was partially closed

Great check in, great hotel. As the restaurant was being renovated, breakfast took place in the meeting rooms upstairs. Was a little improvised but ok. Satisfied all round. Keep it up

The centrovital is a very nice hotel in Berlin-Spandau because it is on the approach lane it is sometimes very noisy but this can not be avoided. Why I give only 4 stars is that the hotel has no air conditioning and in the summer can be quite unbearable.
Beds, spa and bathrooms are very good.

We were only in the spa area. You can also get a massage there if you are not a guest at CentrO Vital. We had the herbal stamp massage and we can absolutely recommend it. The girls did the massage really well. The reception was also very friendly. It was a very nice experience which I would repeat anytime!

The room was very warm. I didn't get much sleep. It wasn't possible to keep a window open because of outside noise, in particular the planes flying overhead sounded like they were about to land on the roof. Apparently, they have air conditioning but only in higher grade rooms, but really, I expected at the price (over 120 euro for a single room) that a 4 star hotel would have a/c in every room. Didn't get a chance to try out the spa as it was only a quick over-nighter before a meeting so a very disappointing stay.

We felt very comfortable. The rooms are functional and comfortable. When the window is closed no (flight) noise is noticeable. The breakfast offers a good selection. Easy to reach by bus from the central station. Only the spa treatments were not bookable and overcrowded with the in-house tablet. Well, maybe it will be the next time.

The rooms are very large and very quiet despite the occasional air traffic. The bathroom is very modern. However, the doors were very difficult to open. The mechanism should be revised again.
The breakfast room is very bright and the selection is okay. The freshly made omelette was very good.
The occupancy for the conference rooms is discussed even in the occupied room. That was pretty annoying.
The attached gym is very modern. However, it is very warm there.
The sauna area is not very nice except for the roof terrace. What was positive, however, was that the sauna rules "no sweat on wood" and "no swimwear" were very well observed.

The hotel is good and deserves the four stars. For the Fluglarm the hotel can install nothing except maybe noise protection window. It would also be nice if every room had air conditioning in the summer. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. The only thing that did not touch me was the breakfast. The bread rolls were not baked well not cross. As I am a trained baker I recommend to let this one a little longer in the oven. Also the sausage sliced could be a bit more varied. Spa and wellness area are great. You can also ask at the entrance for a larger if in the room is too small. The Verkersanbindung to the city center is also good in about 15 minutes on foot to reach the underground station Spandau old town. On the whole I liked the hotel. Should I come to Berlin again I will stay there again at night.

Friendly staff

Friendly staff
All clean
Great breakfast
There is a bar on the roof
With the windows open you can't hear the planes loudly

top location a few meters to the Havel
There is a small brewery with a beer garden nearby
I would have given it 5 stars if some of the furniture hadn't been worn out (smacked) in the finer details
the bathroom is pleasantly large, unfortunately the toilet is close to the wall
Inclined installation would have meant more space, but this problem occurs almost everywhere

I was here with my partner from Friday to Monday to visit. The hotel was easy to find by car and there is a garage (for a fee). At check-in we were given room cards, but we missed a brief introduction to the hotel facilities (SPA and fitness included) and the procedure. The freshly made room awaited us on the 5th floor. After a short stay, we unfortunately had to ask that the planes flew over the hotel at a regular rhythm (every 3-10 minutes) until about midnight. The volume was so high that you couldn't talk with the window open. Ironically, a relaxation area for the saunas has been set up on the roof terrace. Unfortunately, the high level of noise pollution contributed to the fact that we couldn't enjoy our stay so much.

The SPA and fitness area is excellent.

We can't say anything about breakfast because we didn't book it.

Conclusion: We would like some more information (breakfast price, garage, bicycles, SPA access, fitness access) upon arrival.
The staff was friendly at all times
Sport and SPA top
Unfortunately, the experience was very negatively influenced by the plane).

A very great hotel, friendly staff and very tasty food in the restaurant, the only flaw is the aircraft noise from planes taking off from Berlin-Tegel. Otherwise, the spa area and the wellness oasis are highly recommended. There are also good connections to the city (approx. 10 minutes to the subway). Will definitely be back.
