We attend a baby swimming course weekly and are very satisfied. The locker room is clean, the staff was super friendly.

Great hotel!

Already at check-in you feel warmly welcomed. Everything went smoothly and all wishes were fulfilled. My room was very big (corner room). The cleanliness and facilities were great! In the room there was even a tray for free use. After the "setup" it went into the sports area. This is in no way inferior to a gym (it is almost one too). The employee at the counter helped me immediately to find my way. Also here convinced cleanliness and facilities. Also very nice is the Badewelt. Temperatures and size very pleasant. This will probably be my regular hotel in Berlin.

Top hotel, nice people, great atmosphere, staff very nice and helpful, training room very modern. Lunch wasn't really mine now, hence a point deduction.

The hotel itself was very nice, the wellness and sauna area relaxing!
There was a star deduction for the inability to speak English to my friend at the reception. He had booked the hotel but was definitely not explained anything in English. Furthermore, a star deduction for incorrect information about when we will get our massage. I explicitly asked reception when and where I had to book a massage that we had already paid for. We were told that it would not be a problem to do this directly in the spa area the next morning.
We go to the room and I'm having a shower when the phone rings. My friend who doesn't speak German goes on the phone and I only hear him say "please in English, I don't understand" a few times. But then it was hung up and he couldn't tell me what the other on the phone wanted from him, since we then went to the candle light dinner, we forgot that again.
The next day in the spa area ... we were told that we had the massage appointment the day before and that it was the day we wanted to use it. Is fully booked and nobody is available the next day.
Nevertheless, we were taken care of and an attempt was made to resolve the situation, although unfortunately I did not get a massage for my birthday: /
However, we did not get any further reparations for the missed massage and the circumstances

In the sauna area, the sauna master was quite attentive and made incredibly good infusions, which we then enjoyed!

The breakfast is great and the overall ambience in the hotel is wonderful!

Just please, learn English or do not leave anyone alone at the reception who is being trained and does not speak a word of English! That just pisses you off!

Oh well, we got the money paid for the massages fully and without decency refunded!

We will think I come back, then with English and a wonderful massage :) (hopefully)

Very good hotel with great bathing facilities and great opening times from 7 clock to 23:30 clock! Many extras, robes and slippers in the room, free Sky Cinema and tea and coffee.

Was at the conference because the staff is very friendly. I can't recommend the food too much salt, far too small portions

The hotel itself is good, the buffet is varied. The rooftop bar was the service but a gross disappointment.

Reception overstrained if more than 3 people are there. Not coffee machines at the seminar, coffee tastes like falling feet.

The food was very good 3 courses, the atmosphere was very relaxing and the service was friendly and relaxed (not tense at all) very personable. The only drawback was the bed which was not very friendly.

Rest in the approach lane from Berlin Tegel Airport. Should you know. No fingertip feeling when receiving. After misleading booking through travel agency Travelcircus (spa was closed during the stay and it was explicitly advertised with the service). Only reference to the provider. No efforts to improve the situation (nicely located room with a view or similar, which cost nothing or a little). Hotel otherwise ok but not special.

Their food is no good and the waiting time is just too long.

We were on business at the ITB in Berlin. The hotel is really highly recommended, four stars are adequate. Decent rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, nice bar and restaurant. Outstanding is the wellness area with pools and whirlpool. We would like to come again.

Always nice and relaxing. The massages are also highly recommended !!!!. If you can use the roof terrace in summer, it is really a great time out that you should treat yourself from time to time. The staff at the reception of the spa is super nice and it is always very well-kept and clean

Our active plus week at Centrovital Hotel was very nice. The concept of hotel and connection of the vital center is very well done. We have not experienced the offered courses in diversity yet. The coaches do a great job. They support and advise at any time and it does not matter if you are a guest or a member. The equipment park is very modern and available in sufficient numbers. The hotel itself is nothing to complain about. The staff is very friendly and present every time without being intrusive. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The breakfast buffet is very varied and fresh. The avoidance of packaging waste was very good. We are happy to come back.

A great conference hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. But also for private individuals recommended for short visits, extended weekends. Relatives are guests there several times a year and always very satisfied! Room was adequate and nice. Breakfast buffet great, lunch ditto. In the evening you can visit the bar above or the snack bar downstairs, where there are really delicious little dishes. All hotel guests have free access to the large spa and swimming area as well as various saunas. But not even guests can register for fair conditions for the spa and sports club. Guests with cars can use their own parking garage. Located close to the city and very close to Spandauer See, this hotel is a good address!

Actually a clean hotel with potential for more. In times of the coronavirus you certainly have to cut corners, but I missed the petty implementation with directional directions a little. The staff is friendly and hard-working, the rooms are okay. I'm coming
again and then maybe add another star.

Well suited as a conference venue. The seminar rooms are located on the 4th floor under the roof of the health center. From the hotel via a closed bridge.

I've been here several times, comfortable rooms, delicious food. However, there is no air conditioning, which is 35 degrees short.

You have to like planes and their noise because of the flight path.

Very nice hotel! The rooms I found not so nice. Rooms are not very modern. Very disturbing is the airport and the constant noise of the aircraft. It bothered me terribly and woke me up in the morning.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, but very nice on the lake. For people who are not bothered by airplane noise the hotel is great. Room, staff, spa and food is all recommended.

Always a good address if you are in Berlin for a few days and want to feel good. The rooms are very nice and clean, it is worth booking a room with a view of the Havel. The sauna and bathing area is also very spacious and clean. Enough towels and one bathrobe per guest are in the rooms. The breakfast has a great selection and the staff doesn t lose their nerve even when all seats are taken.
This was my third time in the Centrovital and I would love to come back because I always have the feeling of being welcome here as a guest.

Nice hotel. Rooms are not too small and the provided spa area ist quite good. Jummy food in the hotel restaurant, but the variety of the breakfast buffet is a bit small. I liked the lose tea bar the most.

Very nice SPA area with a large pool and many saunas to relax. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the service excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Well, we also liked the available tablet. We will be back.

Very nice staff.
We forgot the CD player and headphones in the hotel room. The friendly young man I spoke to on the phone noticed that we live in the same town. So we met the next day and he handed me the CD player.

Neat and clean hotel, friendly staff at the reception. Swimming pool and sauna use is a preference. In the brick bistro there are little things to eat. Nice atmosphere and friendly service.
I would suggest, not daily to change the towels and in the pool the room temperature by a few degrees to lower. That would be a little more environmentally friendly. Therefore no full score.

This hotel is just overpriced! For over 160 euros you expect at least a clean room. However, we had hair in the bed, a totally glued hair dryer in the bathroom, you could only use with towels, because it was absolutely disgusting. The decor is getting old and looks totally worn and partly shabby. The rooms are so warm and stuffy, although the heating was turned off. When we opened the windows for airing, the next surprise was coming ... The aircraft noise! You could hardly turn a blind eye at night, it was just awfully loud. The breakfast was ok, but it was not even Bacon, etc. to scrambled eggs. The service, however, was very nice and accommodating! Had the room cost 80 euros and it would not have been a 4 star, you could have accepted all that, but not for the overpriced price.

What do we expect from a hotel / room / spa or wellness area / sports area. The hotel is well run, the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean as is the spa and wellness area. The fitness area or studio is very well equipped. Let's be honest, we as guests are not always the best. Not satisfied, always in a nagging manner. The room is not like home. The spa and wellness area is not like the one we have been making pilgrimages to for years. The fitness area or the studio not as I know it. If you read this and agree with me, you'd better stay home.
It will never be as good as it is at home or in the studio around the corner. I am ready to compromise, it took me some time to realize that. I would and will book a room here again next time.

Would I visit again if the price is right again as it once was.

Breakfast buffet was sufficient and solid but unfortunately there was nothing special to choose from. Spa area also more than adequate and very clean. Just right to relax after the sport unit.

I spent a week at the Hotel Centrovital as part of a seminar and saw a lot of light, but also a lot of shadow, which is why I didn't like the rating. If you could have given it I would have given it 3.5 stars.

+ nice clean rooms
+ great fitness and spa area with sauna infusions almost every 30 minutes
+ delicious breakfast
+ nice seminar rooms with lots of windows
Neutral:
* Depending on which employee you met, the service was either extremely good and friendly or incredibly slow and snotty
* the lunch and dinner was an absolute disaster the first 2 days - tasted and looked like frozen goods - (maybe the chef was sick), the other 3 days everything tasted fresh and delicious.
Negative:
- Hotel is located directly in the approach lane of Berlin Tegel Airport ==> very loud
- no air conditioning in the room

Great for a short break in Berlin with great sauna on the roof and great service.

Top recommendation for wedding celebrations!
The Centrovital offers an excellent location for a wedding celebration.
We celebrated a wonderful wedding there in the summer (approx. 50 guests). The hotel staff ensured that everything ran smoothly. During the planning phase, we were given great suggestions for catering, entertainment, DJ and florist, etc. If we had any questions or wanted to make changes to the planning at short notice, they were always friendly and helpful to us.
The location was decorated very festively. The restaurant and the terrace offered enough space. In the forecourt it was possible to gather the wedding party and raise balloons. A few steps further, beautiful wedding photos could be taken on the Havel. The service staff was just great! It was always responsive, very courteous and quick to order drinks. And the food left nothing to be desired. In the planning phase we had great recommendations and were able to design the menu according to our wishes. The food was delicious, well presented and available in sufficient quantities.
There was also the possibility of renting a projector with a screen to show photos. However, the room couldn't really be darkened, so the photos from the back rows of seats were difficult to see. It is therefore advisable to schedule a presentation in the late evening.
Even our dog was allowed to be taken into the restaurant at our request.
The wedding special also included a honeymoon room.
All in all, it was a wonderful wedding. Many thanks to the Centrovital!

It was our fourth time in Centrovital Berlin and it's always great. The first times to explore "touri-like" Berlin, which (city center) can be reached in no time with the subway. The last time we enjoyed the hotel itself. Sauna, fitness area, spa treatments, cosmetics and swimming pool. The service is great and always friendly. The food fresh, plentiful, healthy and something for every taste. A few days in Centrovital and the battery is full again!

Very good rooms and good service. The seminar rooms are not really suitable for large groups (from the back rows only half of the screen can be seen for the projector). The location is great and the food is good. The aircraft annoy starting from about 06.00 clock.

We were in the sauna and swimming was unfortunately too crowded, but nice atmosphere

Third came to a wellness weekend. Quiet location on a lake. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Since 1 prs. jumped off, we were easily transferred to a 3 bed room - very accommodating ;-)
Breakfast is plentiful. The hotel very clean and stylish.
A bar in the evening and a restaurant during the day and evening with great service are located on the 1st floor.
The spa and wellness area is spacious, very clean and has a large offer (great pools ;-)). Nearby shopping facilities and connections to the city center.
Some small criticisms of the service at breakfast were resolved on site and immediately accepted and implemented positively.
We like to come back and feel very relaxed.

We only know the Centrovital spa area for pregnant women and baby swimming.
The area is very clean and well maintained.
The staff is friendly and especially Silke is very good at baby swimming.
However, the water and the changing room are far too cold for babies. Risk of hypothermia ...
In addition, the shower area is handicapped accessible but unsuitable for babies.
If the baby is naked and soaped, it becomes very dangerous ... A simple remedy would be a foldable plastic changing table.
