At first it looked a little sketch tucked away with a minimalist lobby. Once I got to my room I was pleasantly surprised on the modern decor and cleanliness.
No real complaints outside of the persistent knock at the door for breakfast delivery. Breakfast is simple enough to get you going.
Great location to 9th street MTA.
If I stay in BK and need a hotel I ll come back.

Great experience! We were saved by Tanya! She discovered that a third party web site botched our reservation and found a room for us. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the balcony allowed us to enjoy the incredible weather. The location proved to be very accessible with access to three different subway stations within 5 blocks of the place. Marvin was full of suggestions for local fair. I gave four stars instead of five because in my opinion this is more of a couples retreat and less conducive to family travel. The pictures of the bathroom facilities are accurate. It is difficult to shower and dress with privacy.

The hotel is too terrible to stay. They directly cancel my booking without connecting with me just before 4 hrs I arrived there!!!!!!! Even I have written two emails and get one confirm call with the service center. People who will stay don't know what they will do for you!! And the attitude of desk man is so horrible to let me trust that's a qualifier hotel. The star of the comment is not be trusted. People should be aware of this hotel.

One night stay for me wasn't worth the price, no quiet, no views and no clean linen. The room could of been serviced and cleaned better before I checked in. The linen and towels should be washed better there was hair fibers and spots on the towels and bed sheets. The toilet was giving off a foul odor that filled the air in the room, yuck! Above my room there was loud banging late in the night, I don't know if someone was fighting, breaking something or maybe repairs taking place but the middle of the night isn't the time for any of that. Also all through the night there were doors opening and slamming shut constantly! The walls are thin! I also overheard people shouting and arguing very loud early in the morning. I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The only slightly good ting was the modern look of the rooms it was nice to look at but when you look closer you just noticed it wasn't all that clean; sticky tables. Also the balcony view was also disappointing to look at. I was just looking off to a U-Haul parking lot and a Storage facility; one could barley see the city view that was promised. No fully stocked minibar, No bathrobes and no complimentary welcome basket like you see on the website, just slippers that barely fit! Basically nothing that was mentioned as complimentary was given. I paid for a Signature Collection Deluxe King Terrace Manhattan View room and didn t get the luxury I was hoping for. Also there is no fitness center, so that detail is incorrect info on Google's part.

Be warned, this is a party hotel. The rooms are spacious but expect to hear lots of loud music from the rooms nearby day and night. By the second day fumes from the marijuana being smoked in the room next door was all we could smell in our room. When these issues were raised with the staff they told us they would take care of it, but nothing changed, and the noise persisted for the next few days, despite repeated complaints. The staff was also not regularly wearing masks. Definitely would not come back here again.

I have been coming here since the hotel opened and it has been going downhill since. There used to be a restaurant and bar, but they closed. Frequently I saw 'women of the night" coming to service clients at the hotel. Management is unfriendly with very poor service. Things are breaking down and you get a feeling the place will close very soon. There are better hotels on the area with hot breakfast and nice staff. Check out the Fairfield Inn and Suites around the corner. Better everything!!

This was an interesting experience with 2 couples that aren't super familiar with each other. The hotel staff was alright (although one was more interested in her phone than checking us in) and the rooms were decently clean. The bathroom was interesting though. The shower was all glass and protruding into the bedroom. You put curtains around it but still felt like you were showering right in the middle of everyone. And the toilet just had a thin sliding door. So not very private for a room that had 2 double beds to suit 2 couples.

This should be renamed to Hotel Le Nightmare because of the poor customer service and poor state of the rooms. The room I stayed in with my friend was less than a four star experience. We had a huge stain on the floor, our blue light wasn't working, and there were stains on the curtains. The bathroom was nice I must say. However, customer service here was HORRIBLE. The front desk manager, Maria, is RUDE. For dealing with an issue, she has little to no people skills. She disrespected me, my guest, and her own staff right in front of us! If you ever have an issue, good luck getting someone here to care about it. DO NOT GO HERE! You're better off with a big name hotel with attentive staff who will actually care!

The staff was the highlight. We loved the hotel and the room. Very comfortable beds and big shower. Quiet, too - we couldn't hear anyone in other rooms above, below or adjacent. Thanks to Henry, Tarek, Amanda and Jsian for making our trip great!

The hotel is in a great location, parking on property, rooms are beautiful, love, love , love the shower. This hotel is going down they have too many young people renting rooms for parties. They play music all night, they do nothing but smoke weed day and night for it to be a no smoking hotel. I was woke up by gang members in the room next to me on the balcony screaming at another gang members what he was gonna do to them. The stuff do not wear mask, they clean your room twice, but the next time they give you the sheets and you have to clean your own room and fix your own bed. They would really need to clean this place up real good before I ever stay here a gone. Not including when I spoke to the manager she told me she was going to talk to the police, because someone in the room pulled a gun on her and told her he was going to shoot her . So no not a safe place to stay .

We got stuck in the driveway and literally 4 or 5 of their staff came outside and dug us out in a blizzard. Our room was awesome - very comfortable and spacious for NYC. Delivered breakfast to your room on time. I ve never stayed at this hotel before but I ll definitely be back. Close to downtown bklyn.

We'd booked two nights and had a most comfortable stay. The shower is particularly enjoyable. There would seem to be staff loyalty since front desk turnover is low. Diona most helpful. Checking in and out is a snap. Parking is FREE (as long as space available). Location easy to get to. High value for the $.

This hotel has great views of the financial district and downtown brooklyn from the high floors. Room was clean and well thought out. Staff was friendly and helpful. The proximity to the all the great dining and drink optio s just a short walk away was a key reason I stayed here and was glad I did. The reasonable rates and limited but complimentary parking just capped a great stay.

We stayed for one night while passing through Brooklyn to visit some friends living in the Gowanus and Park Slope areas. This was an ideal place. Incredibly affordable for a NY spot, stylish, clean, and staffed by friendly and welcoming folks. My 4 and 6 year old daughters were totally charmed by the modern design elements, and for being on a busy stretch, noise was not a factor. The Whole Foods just around the corner from it (behind it really) was a great spot to get some incidentals and even a bite to eat in the pub/restaurant upstairs. Small in-room breakfast service and some free snacks and water were appreciated as well. We also benefited from the free parking, though the spaces are limited (I believe there are 14), so you are not guaranteed a spot. Worst case, there is a garage just down the street. We will not hesitate to use again if we are looking for a spot in Brooklyn to stay.

WORDS COME TO MIND LIKE::: WONDERFUL, ACCOMODATING, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.
CLOSE PROXIMITY TO FAMILY/FRIENDS MEETING OUR VISIT NEEDS.
PARKING WAS A TAD BIT TRICKY; WALKING HALF A BLOCK OR ONE BLOCK WAS A BREEZE.
ONE SNAG : REFRIGERATOR IN ROOM DID NOT WORK DURING THE ENTIRE TRIP; THE STAFF ENSURED THAT MY NEEDS WERE MET ,RELATED TO MY DIETARY REGIME AT THE TIME.

This was my most pleasant experience in all my 69 years on earth with regards to lodging! The staff is just plain awesome, from the front desk all the way to the roof top lounge every person out does the next! Treat yourself to an incredible experience, stay at the Hotel Le Bleu!!

Very friendly staff and the room was pretty clean. I had to ask for towels and they were at the door in 4 minutes. FYI There's a microwave on the 1st floor for customer use since there are none in the rooms. I asked that so I figured I'd share the info. Noise levels are low and overall very comfortable. Will be returning.

Nice hotel, good location, ok neighborhood
This hotel was very modern and clean. Conveniently located close to subway, the location makes it possible to easily take the subway and skip the rude, overcharging taxi drivers! The neighborhood is safe, however it does not give you the feeling of being in New York.
Don't count on the parking, it is always full. Specially if you tend come back late night, all the spots will be filled.
The key cards became inactive several times during our stay, and the same as thing happened to many other guests. The staff was helpful and courteous. It was nice to have bottled water ready when we checked in, but it was better if they had done this on other days. Overall, no complaints.

My third visit to this hotel; my first in one of their newly renovated rooms. Had a lovely stay, which is nothing new. However, I had a spill and needed to replace my bedlinens in the evening, and the help I received from Victor and Sabrina at the front desk was above and beyond.

One of my favorite hotels in Brooklyn. Very clean and reasonable size rooms. Bathroom is very nice and has robes and slippers. Hotel is modern and up to date. Breakfast is also included. The parking lot is small, but a space was always available when we were there.

This place is terrible and very unprofessional. I booked a room, paid for it, and got a confirmation email and they turned me around at the door and told me they already filled the room and will refund me tomorrow. You can't trust a hotel who double books your room, I d give this 0 stars if I could. Customer service was terrible on top of that. They offered no way to compensate for THEIR mistake that costed us a room and transportation and no way to contact their manager.

Having stayed here in the past we were astounded as to what has happened to this hotel. Here is the list of things that happened during our last 4 day stay: Came in at 11AM, did not have a room for us which we understood as it was early. We went out, came back at 4. They still did not have a room for us. We had to wait. First room: safe broken, AC not working well. Requested room change. Then they switched us to a room that was not yet made up. Then we waited for a third room which we were finally let into. No light bulb in fixture over sink.Reported it three times, someone finally came had the wrong bulb. We left to go out. When we returned there was a bulb but it did not work. We called the front desk again, they had no idea. They could not or did not fix it for the 4 days of our stay. Breakfast choice included yogurt which we ordered. In the morning, they said sorry no yogurt. The coffee maker in the room had only one regular coffee pod. Had to call for more. The room was never made up until at least 5 pm. The wet wash cloths were left in the shower. The key to the room continually stopped working and we had to return to the front desk from the 4th floor everyday. The bedside lamp stopped working and they could not fix it. The TV did NOT work. Then they said it was fixed and it only worked on 2 or 3 channels. They could not fix it. When we left we gave our phone number to the front desk clerk requesting that she give it to the manager to call us. We did not receive a call. There was absolutely no communication from one shift to another at this hotel. Every time we told someone something was not working it was totally new news to them even if it had been reported for days. For our inconveniences during our stay they gave us several plastic bottles of water and 2 small boxes of chocolate with 4 pieces in each box. We will never stay there again and I recommend you seek hotel accommodations elsewhere.

Hard to review this one - rooms themselves are nice, but (despite their lobby signs saying no parties) this seemed to be a staycation party hotel for multiple rooms. So if you re traveling for business or multiple nights I can t recommend it

As soon as I got there the bed and the bed sheets where dirty they told me put it in the hall way they had no room service I had to change the sheets myself there was hardly any towels in our room I don t recommend going here at all

I loved the convenience of the breakfast delivered to my door, which was warm and fresh. Rooms look modern and interesting. Location is not that central, though, and parking can be tough to find if you don't check in early enough. Staff are not that enthusiastic, but do their job fine

Had an absolute amazing stay at this hotel. I was there for 3 nights while it was snowing. I was with my 1 yr old and his father. Everything was AMAZING. Desiree at the front desk was the best part of my hotel stay. Her accommodations were amazing she went above and beyond for me. She is the reason my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Anytime you visit always ask for DESIREE !!!

Great staff (very helpful, friendly and polite)! Great service!! Safe area. Rooms were nice and clean - almost like new! Parking is also easily available. No complains with anything. I & my husband had a pleasant stay. We will definitely come back here and we recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Hotel le Blue staff was courteous and they were always willing to promptly help address any of our needs whether it was ice or to fix anything in our room. This was a big reason for me to stay here again if I am ever in Brooklyn again.

My king bed room on the 7th floor was roomy and well laid out. When the curtains are open, the room is very bright and welcoming. I enjoyed the shower and that they have built in systems for shampoo/conditioner/bodywash since that means less bottles being thrown out.

The location is great. It's a few blocks away from the subway station and a block over from 5th Ave where all the shops and restaurants are. Right across the street is a very large local park that is a magnet for the neighbourhood and I recommend going there on Sundays when there is a farmers market and having brunch on the astroturf instead of an expensive sit down lunch.

What I did not like was the terrible wifi on the 7th floor. Higher floor rooms actually cost slightly but the wifi doesn't go up to those levels. Next time, I wouldn't pay extra for the view and instead try to stay on the 2nd floor so I can use the wifi.

The Balcony was very beautiful when you look to your right to see the city, a view to remember. The shower was amazing, the door opens and closes easily, and the shower head is so amazing it feels nice on your head and has great water pressure. The only things that weren t the greatest was that someone was yelling in their room or hallway! We had to call the front desk twice until they had that stopped, and may I say it was 12 AM!! When you wanted coffee i5 was easy to call and get it delivered very fast but the other thing I must say is that the floors in my room are a little bit sticky. Maybe clean them.

Good deal, comfy bed and modern. Really liked the shower. However, might be better for couples, singles or very close and comfortable friends as the shower is pretty much in the room with a slightly see through curtain.

A cozy and a quiet place. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Just 3 blocks away from 4 Ave-9 St Subway Station, and 1 block away from the 5th Ave (Park Slope). Pretty close from plenty of places to eat. I'll come back for sure.

My room had a few small Cockroaches, and the staff told me that it's impossible. I pleaded and they said no to moving us even though there was room. Also, their shower stall had mildew on the glass. I paid how much? $270 A NIGHT FOR THIS?

Don't go here, ever

Our hotel room was clean and beautiful, very nicely decorated. The room had a mini fridge and Keurig machine. We enjoyed our small balcony. The bathroom was so cool, I really liked the wooden floors in the shower area.
My husband and I really loved the rainfall shower head! We have this hotel 3 times, since we enjoyed the first so much!! The location is great as well near great restaurants and close by to the train station.
They also have free parking which is great.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will be returning in the future. I highly recommend this location, its affordable and convenient.

Outward impression, including the neighborhood, leads you to think this hotel will be fine for a night. Then you enter your room and what a surprise! It's elegant, beautiful and full of amenities from complimentary snacks to white bathrobes, a HUGE shower, bed and TV screen with a high end sound system. The wifi is free (really unique these days believe it or not) and complimentary breakfast is delivered to your room warm and right when you have scheduled it! Really we will be back and back and back for more than a night - the Hotel Le Bleu is in easy reach of all the great Brooklyn restaurants and bars, and a 5 minute walk to the subway right into Manhattan. They have parking, too and Starbucks coffee. Really everything was such a wonderful surprise!

A beautiful hotel that was clean, comfortable....had an amazing view of the skyline from the sixth floor. Staff was excellent /friendly. Bathroom is luxurious. I came in blind from Buffalo, picking Hotel Le Bleu based on the website and parking availability and am happy that I did. Unfortunately the hotel had an unforseen problem with a guest next to our room whereas he was making a bit to much noise. They handled the problem professionally, removing him from the property and all was well that ends well. The manager/owner personally called me and apologized to us for this isolated incident that really was beyond anybodys control. I stayed at the Marriott and Sheraton Brooklyn and this is by far our favorite hotel. Highly recommend.

A great place to stay while you are visiting NYC or Brooklyn. It is not as expensive as NYC, but is so close to NYC. I have stayed there Dec 2016 and Dec 2015. Found it to be clean and comfortable. They do not have a breakfast hall, but is delivered to your room. Breakfast is included and of much quality than what is usually available for free.

We were greeted with a smile and welcome plus assistance with luggage. Room was sparkling clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast (complimentary and delivered to room) was warm and tasty. Throughout stay staff was friendly and answered our questions. Particular people to single out in this connection: Amanda, Henry, and Audrey.

As soon as my wife and I walked into the parking lot we basically had a contact high. The parking lot is barely a lot at all. The door to the bathroom squeaks. The robe seemed overly used and was fringed from the ends. I do not reccommend.

The super-friendly and helpful staff - daytime and night staff made it a great stay for us. The room and bathroom were nice but it had a funky kind of dank smell, or I would have rated it 5 stars. Plus we were on the second floor in the back, with a lovely view of the UHaul facility- so that could have been better too.
As other people said, limited parking but we were lucky and got a spot when we checked in. Just didn't move the car until we left- walked most places and used ride share the two times we ventured further out.

I was not impressed with this hotel. We arrived past check in time, and our room was still not ready. This was a problem since we had dinner reservations to get to. They agreed, reluctantly to store our luggage. Returned later and got into our room. The room was nice enough and clean. However, the bathroom/shower was set up very strangely. The shower had glass walls with a curtain to pull around it for some amount of privacy. But, there was no private area to dry off and get dressed. Not the best place to stay when you have boys. Not impressed.

Comfortable room that is incredible 3 stars without any dust. Free breakfast delivered to the room and access to the subway station (2 lines to Manhattan). It's not a major hotel, but it's second to none!

We love this place. It's a fantastic hotel, beautiful room, and excellent customer service. However, when I see a hotel offer a continental breakfast, I expect a breakfast, not a single pastry that you must order the night before. Otherwise, fantastic experience.

I came to have a drink at the rooftop bar but think its closed now. I liked it when I was there because the people that worked there were nice and friendly...would check out a room if one was awarded to me :)

A gem of a hotel in Brooklyn withing easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Many rooms have a balcony with great Manhattan views. The rooms are very modern with a superb shower. Free wifi and a free room service breakfast are unexpected amenities. The bagels were delivered hot and toasty! There is a roof top restaurant with outside seating. Amanda and Roberto had excellent customer service habits also. Would definitely stay there again - and the bed is PLUSH!
