My husband and I were so impressed with this restaurant. We live out of state and are only in the Seattle area temporarily. We've tried a lot of restaurants in Oregon and Washington. This was hands down our favorite meal!!! I've actually never written a restaurant review but thought this meal was worth the time to do it. Amazing food, great service, and selection.

The food is good, and for the most part the wait staff is great. Went for brunch today and our waitress was very cold, borderline rude. It took 10+ minutes to get our drinks, she came and took plates without asking if we were finished, then disappeared. We had to ask the other waitress for our check. Overall, good food, very slow service today. Hoping it was just an off day.

Super delicious. I had the Curry fish and chips, which were excellent (so, so good! Compliments!), and my girlfriend (not pictured) had the Grilled Cheese & Crab Bisque, which was decadent. I also tried their Bitter Rabbit ale, which they brew in house, and thought it was a great food beer.

Atmosphere and service is top notch. Great restaurant.

There was four of us we all had different items and all of it was superb...awesome wait staff and awesome food. The cost is worth the freshness of the food. Would recommend this place to everyone.

We are new to the West side so Iron Rabbit was a nice surprise. Their menu is much larger than we expected, with more interesting options than typical bars. "Best burger in a long while" to quote my husband. Glad to find this place near our home.

Wow, very unimpressive. Out of our table of four, 3 meals were disappointing. #1 Burger was cold, lettuce was wilted to a puddle, bacon was raw, top of bun was wet with oil. #2 chicken cordon bleu was a very charred chicken breast with a slice of ham on top and so much bleu cheese there was no other flavor present. #3 artichoke pasta was cold and the sauce had almost no flavor. Based on all the great reviews, I imagine the kitchen was having an off night, but I'm not sure I want to give them another chance after the $100 tab.

My husband and I stopped here on a whim for lunch. We very much enjoyed the food and the experience! I had the artichoke pasta and my husband had a burger. Our waitress was very professional and we LOVED that the tip was included into the price of the meal! We hope this restaurant sticks around. My only complaints are that they are a little overpriced with small portions, but we will definitely be back when we are in the area!

Went for the first time recently. My daughters had been there before with the grandparents. It is extremely difficult for us to find a place we can go as a family since my daughter has Celiac disease. Iron Rabbit managed to make her food that she enjoyed and was no cross contaminated, so kudos on that. Many places simply can't. The food was good, I enjoyed the bitter rabbit beer. Yes, prices are a bit higher than you would expect, but we prefer locally owned independents with good food to chains, and that is part of that. Worth the visit for a special occasion or a treat.

Very clean and relaxing. I had the grilled cheese with a cup of crab bisque to die for, my mate had the regular fish and chips and said it was perfect. We will definitely return. A little pricey but not UNEXPECTED..

Went for the first time last night 12.7.19 sat at the bar and had fabulous service. Christy was kind, funny, and made tasty cocktails. She had a smile on her face the whole time and was such a joy to be around.
I ordered the crab bisque and it was very tasty but my main dish was outstanding! I ordered the shitake chicken marsala with no mashed potatoes and extra green beans. Oh my goodness. I couldn't stop eating it. The chicken was perfectly grilled, the sauce with tasty and well seasoned, and the green beans were crispy and well cooked. Im so happy I decided to stop in. From the beginning to the end it was well worth the prices of drinks and food.
Good job! I can't wait for my next visit!

Decided to come here for a late lunch on a day when it had been snowing profusely. I called ahead to make sure they were open and they were. This place is not super easy to see from the street. It has two entrances, the main one being the door on the right. The left door goes to the bar area. I am not sure how busy they are on a non "storm" day, but when I went it was 2pm and it was just me and another table. The manager sat me and explained the new items on the menu in detail as well as pointed out the 18% gratuity that was an auto add to the checks. I already knew this from browsing the website, but appreciated her letting me know. My take on that is if you are mandating customers pay gratuity then your service better be ON POINT.

Menu- lunch consists of a variety of specialty burgers, sandwiches, some salads and a few entrees. It isn't overwhelming. For those who don't eat a lot of meat, they make their own veggie patties to substitute if needed on their burgers.

My meal:

Dungeness crab chowder- excellent. Flavor was savory, base was a mix between a cream and broth, with chunks of potatoes and other veggies that complimented it. I enjoyed it.

Rancher burger with veggie burger patty substituted with side of carrot slaw- ate the slaw first. Nice mix of flavors. The semi sweet carrot flavored with a tangy honey mustard type vinagarette. I really enjoyed it. Now for the burger...the presentation was great, fresh veggies with onion straws, melted cheese, the veggie patty looked like a mix of quinoa and other things...I was excited. I bit into it and...what a disappointment. The veggie patty was mush. It pretty much oozed out of the bun. What was left had no texture or flavor. I'm pretty sure the Costco bean patty burgers would have tasted better than what I just ate. Such a disappointment. Maybe they don't make them often. I'm not sure, but it needs to be re formulated and perfected. It shouldn't be mush or taste like nothing.

Cons- music was a weird selection and kind of loud. Expected better service for mandatory gratuity. Had to ask for more water and the server didn't offer any insight as to meal selections. Veggie burger patty was a fail, and if you are going to charge $17 for a burger, the veggie option should be just as good, otherwise charge less.

Pros- if you are a beef eater, this place is a really good choice. Food was fresh and the selections have chef creativity behind them. They have a good selection of local brews too.

Based on my experience 3 1/2 stars. I might have to come back and try something without the veggie burger Patty. Iron Rabbit chefs, if you change up your veggie Patty please let me know, I would definitely welcome a redemption challenge.

Used to be my favorite restaurant. You d think now that they charge an automatic 18% gratuity, you would get better service, not the case. First off, the food was just ok, which in the past, I would have raved about the quality and flavor. They make their own root beer, and is usually fresh, and delicious. It was flat, and gross, so after they returned with new ones, they said they shook the barrel, so it should be better , not the case. (We got overcharged for these btw) My daughter s cheeseburger came with no cheese, just a bun and a patty, and dry. My crab bisque tasted like tomato soup with a few small pieces of crab. I ordered the raspberry drizzled cheesecake, it was yellow, and tasted like lemon. You would think after all of that they would offer some sort of discount, nope, just a price adjustment for the overcharged amount. I don t mind spending over $100 for a nice lunch, but this was not one of those instances. I ve spent less money for a much better experience at other establishments.

Wait staff was great. Prices were a bit much but they were worth it. Food was excellent. Wish I had gone out of my comfort zone and tried something extraordinary. They could have put more on the plate but was full nonetheless.

They add an 18% gratuity to your bill without telling you. There is a tiny little sign behind the bar. Super frustrating. Then when you get your bill there is still a section for extra gratuity. I will never go back.

Really great atmosphere, food, and specialty drinks. Not the best beer selection, but what they have is great. A little on the spendy side. Try the fried chickpeas and the house beer for "hoppy" hour.

Honestly, Iron Rabbit knocks my socks off each time I eat there! Last night, I ordered the Fig-Onion Burger for me and Drunken Sailor for my wife, to be picked up. Yes, Iron Rabbit can be "pricey", but holy heck - I was mewing like a springtime ewe with each bite. It was truly that savory! My wife loves Drunken Sailor, so it was all money well spent. Only thing is that I forgot to get my loyalty points, but I don't think it'll be an issue having them credited. Also, the online ordering and hand off was seamless - well done on all fronts!

Two words delicious and accommodating. We have serious allergies in my family so finding restaurants can be difficult. So after reading a few good yelp reviews we decided to cross our Fingers and see what the Iron Rabbit had to offer. Right off the bat we were able to talk to the manager about allergies and it all worked out. Everything was handled with care and the results were delicious. My two recommendations are the drunken sailor and the chicken cordon who. Not only was the food great but also the building was nice too. It had a quaint hometown feel and had clean bathrooms. I would definitely recommend stopping by.

Food is classic American comfort food with some experimental flavors thrown in lightly. Results in you eating well beyond being full because the flavors are so dang good.

Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Place was clean and comfy. Good drink selection to go with your meal.

I don't give 5 stars often; this place is a gem.

Best Caesar Salad ever! Make sure to add blackened shrimp Sooooo delicious! The burger and fries were on point as well They have many local options for liquors and wines. My man said his scotch was smooth and my wine was superb. The service was great and the hosts were friendly. Will definitely be back in when we're back in town! Overall, great quality in food and service. Thanks Iron Rabbit!

I was on my way out of town and wanted to splurge on dinner so I decided to go here since it was in my list of restaurants to visit. I figured it would be a bit pricey since they don't have prices listed on the menu on their website.

Overall the prices weren't too bad. I got the buffalo cauliflower to start with and it was amazing!! Spicy and sweet with delicious chunky blue cheese dressing on the side.

For my main course I opted to get the Wagyu Top steak instead of a burger but I wish I hadn't. For $32.00 it was very disappointing. It didn't have much flavor, was really dry and also over cooked. I asked for medium, hoping for some pink, but it was more medium well to well.

My service was good, the guy who took care of me was friendly and attentive but after he dropped off the steak he never came back to ask how it was or else I would have told him it was too dry and over cooked. In the end I just checked it up to being part of the adventure of exploring new restaurants while on vacation. I will add that thw mashed potatoes were really good too!

We were here for a bachelorette dinner last weekend. The service was excellent - professional, friendly, fast and patient for a large group. Food and cocktails were delicious. I would recommend the drunken sailor from the dinner menu.
